I have stayed at adjacent hotels many times but just felt unsafe at this location. No washer dryer as advertised on one site. Room was dirty and hotel was under construction on a very busy weekend that I am assuming is why the discounted rate for that room.

The staff was amazing! Especially the young woman who checked me in. The room was very clean as well as the hotel. Very very nice place!! Very close to stores which was convenient when we needed a few things.

Hot Water took a long time to get hto, both in the shower and the bathroom faucet.

I would have given 4 stars but on my last night (out of 4) it was so noisy. People were running up and down the hall, laughing until after 11:00. I also could hear a dog barking on several days. Room was clean and comfortable. I asked for tissues and never got them. But overall I was pleased.

Bathroom was trashed. Mold all over the shower. Main door to our hotel room would not even latch correctly . So was left open and unlocked all night. Tv did not work.

The first room they gave us was a little bit stinky like Bo. But they gave us another room and it was fabulous. Very nice about it too didn't give me any attitude. Just gave me a new room.

People above kept walking like an elephant several times through the night

Construction in hallway. Wires hanging from ceilings, dips on floor. Room: stayed for 4 days/3 nights. Room was NOT CLEANED, called front desk and they just made excuses. Supervisor came to room and I asked for clean towels, nothing came. Pillows were 1/2 size standard pillow. Bed uncomfortable.

The room was not complete with the refurbishing work.

I stay here every time I come to this area to visit family. It is very clean. Very well maintained. It smelled so good! My room was clean. Breakfast was hot! Tasty!

My room was huge, and very well laid out. It was spotlessly clean, which is important to me. It was a pleasure to stay there.

I made reservations for 3 rooms. At the time of the reservation, i requested 3 queen bed rooms, 2 of the rooms needed a crib and all rooms needed a late check in (we did not expect to arrive before 9 pm). I also called the morning of arrival to confirm the late check in and the cribs. When we arrived for check in, they did not save 3 rooms with 2 queen beds. One of the reservations had to take a room with 1 king bed.

I have stayed here before because it is convenient to family that I am visiting. This trip was not as smooth as previous. The first room that I was being checked into keys did not work two times so the room was changed. I requested a room close to the elevator and got one furthest away. The business center did not work with room key and once in the computers did not work. The pool is noted by its door to be open 8am to 10 pm but at checkin they said 10-10( waiting for new sign). Previous trips I had been able to use earlier but this time I needed front desk to open( they did let me in at 940 but family came by after 10 and I had to let them in). The microwave in my room did not work. They did get it replaced. Tiffany, working at the front desk, was my problem solver or else the rating would have been less. I am returning to the area in August and plan to look for a hotel that has pool hours earlier in the morning.

The hotel was quiet and easy to get around the area.

Our stay was exceptional! The entire staff was wonderful and very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The nightly cookies, the “on the go” breakfast bags and the treats for our pup pup were nice touches.

The music is so loud in the lobby you could hear it in our room and the person at the desk can't turn it down. So 10/10 don't recommend staying here if you need to sleep.
