What a beautiful and charming hotel! We loved everything about it. Our room was so thoughtfully designed - with every detail thought out. And the service was excellent. We loved our continental breakfast with excellent pastries, fruit, yogurt and steaming coffee delivered each morning in a charming picnic baskets. Fresh chocolate chip cookies delivered in the evening. The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly kind and helpful. We travel a lot and this was one of our favorites! Thank you Le Petit Pali!

The property is tucked into a fairly calm and quiet area in Brentwood. Not more for conveniences in the immediate area but stores and other sites are only a few minutes away. We stayed here while our daughter was giving birth to our granddaughter at the UCLA Medical Center that was only about a 10-14 minutes drive depending on the time of day. The place was very comfortable and clean. Though it was quite pricy for a couple nights stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Property has charm, construction & road noise from Sunset Blvd were to be expected. Property list Breakfast Included, they should call it a "Breakfast Bar" Literally. I asked the front desk where breakfast could be found? He pointed to the small basket of Kellogg's Fruit Bars (not bad). I then asked for coffee, he told me it could be found in the room. My suggestion, put the bars in the room with the coffee. You don't provide Breakfast! Update your Expedia Listing.

There was no breakfast! Free breakfast was just a false advertisement! What they call breakfast was hot water and snack bar. The coffee was just the awful coffeemaker and the coffee at room (that I didn’t use). I stayed two nights and each morning I had to drive in the rush hour, find parking place and buy breakfast.
The bathroom was absolutely not like the pictures. It was a kind of hole 2 feet by 2 feet. The carpet was probably as old as the building (a hundred years probably) and very dirty.
I gave one more star just because of the location.

It was cute and comfortable. I did have en encounter with a silverfish in the bathroom while showering but other than that everything was clean and nice.
My biggest complaint is the room was nearly as cold inside as outside no matter what I did with the control for the heat.
I'd also advise to have coffee in the lobby for breakfast, which was a fig bar. The person at the desk told me the only coffee was the coffee maker coffee in the room, which was not good and meant I had to go to the country mart for coffee.
I left at 4pm the day before I was set to depart for person reasons and let the front desk know.

The 2nd night we stay, there was no hot water and the front desk didn't have an option for us. When we moved back in on the 23rd, the room we stay in had only one outlet that work.
The manager told us they are working on the renovation and some of the rooms were closed off.
We lived in the neigborhood and this was convient for our daughter visiting us. We would gladly come back if the rooms and services improve.

Room was not as pictured and not near as big as the pics showed it. The bathroom was tiny and the floor wasn’t close to level and tile work was shotty. Behind sink and toilet were dirty. Needs deep cleaned better.

This motel is overpriced for what you get. It is located in an extremely busy street with horrendous traffic. Our room was very small with barely any space for our suitcase. The reception person said it was an upgrade but I think he was fooling us. Also, there's limited parking space and you may have to park on the street. Their idea of breakfast is a fig or granola bar which I passed. I will not be returning.

I like this property because it is only one mile from my daughter who lives on Teakwood road. every one of the office staff were kind, helpful and friendly.
I would prefer if the rooms had a Keurig coffee maker because I could bring my preferred K cups. Also, I did not realize that I would be on the second floor and I had to lug my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

Wonderful little Inn! Great location, very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We were able to check in a little early and they held our bags for us until we could check in. I would stay here again and I would recommend. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side and so was the bathroom, but that was fine for just the two of us. Very cute design.

The staff was very friendly. The room was small but nice. The bed was comfortable and there was a mini fridge and great A/C. Great location. Negatives: the shower is small, I am 5'8" and I had to bend down to get under the shower head. Parking is extremely tight. I figured out that backing into the space was the easiest to be able to see to leave in the mornings.

Used to stay at the Brentwood Inn regularly before Covid. The location is convenient to restaurants, the freeway, etc. The staff is different and the ‘grab and go’ breakfast is really just tea and snacks. The hotel seems a bit more worn. Will stay again because of its location.

Unfortunately after staying many times at this property, this stay was less than ideal. I flew 14 hours from Australia, arriving at 7pm at night and was checked in. I was woken at 7am the next morning with a wheelie bin being pushed on a cobblestone footpath and then before 9am hammering, smashing and drilling in the room next door where they were doing major building works. The staff acknowledged this when I raised it, yet there was no courtesy given when I checked in and told this was happening. There is also nowhere around the basis to put make-up or toiletries and I had to put mine on the window sill and toilet!
