They allocate our room on fourth floor no lift my wife couldn’t go that we booked from 8th to 11 but we left the property without getting refund. We have rebook some other property paid agains out shelf.

The entire hotel really is in need of renovations. The hot water and A.C. stopped working pretty regularly. Only one T.V. out of the 4 in the room worked properly. The pool looks nice and the tiles were loose and sharp. It was a danger to the kids. The staff was very nice and accomidating. I believe they are also understaffed. Once brought up to date, i thinknl it will be a great place.

The room layout and hotel facilities were great but is due for renovations. The two bedroom suite was very generously sized, functional and practical for a family of four or more. There were maintenance issues in the room and pool. Tiles were falling off inside and outside the pool. There were no elevators so can expect to walk up to three levels. The buffet breakfast was average at best. The hotel location itself is about a 20 minutes walk to 7/11 and other attractions. The staff were friendly, the room with balcony was awesome. After a renovation this place could be wonderful again. Overall we did enjoy our stay for 2 nights, but for the price, we could find something closer to beach and other attractions.

More or less a scam. Not 5-star, closer to 3. Strongly advice to stay away. Day of arrival water didn’t work until 6pm. Wifi didn’t work(they did come and put in a router the day after) When I came back from dinner first night my doorlock wasn’t working so I was locked out 1 hour before they fixed it. The problems goes on.. In the poolbar the Charge 234 baht for a small can of Singha??? Facilities old and worn out. Staff is VERY rude. My worst of many hotel stays in Phuket.

Items were stolen from our room. Hotel gave us the explanation that cleaners takes photos of valuable belongings in the room and since they did not have photos claimed out items was never there. Pool patio very dirty cleaners. Every morning there was thrash left in hallways and around pool.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. We were 3 people, got put into a couchbed that was 170cm long. The toilet was broken and the room was disgusting. We upgraded to a larger room. However, it was just a larger mess. The toilet in the new room was also broken, no water and the beds were more resembling wooden planks than a bed. How they can advertise this as a 5 star hotel is beyond me. The staff were extremely incompetent and rude. I have stayed at hostels with better service. The food was also the worst food we had in our 2 week vacation. For example, when the yoghurt had run out in the breakfast. I told the staff, only to be yelled at that it wasn’t their job to fix it. The rooms haven’t been renovated since the 90s. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.

We showed up at the resort about 5:00 PM, (normal check in time is 2:00 PM). We had to wait for about 1 hour, as our rooms was not ready yet. They were nice to give us a complimentary drink as we waited. Other than that, our stay was fine....

This property is back off the main road before you reach the township of Kamala, it is sign posted but it is easy to miss (if heading to Patong and you get to the Phuket Fantasea area you have gone too far) Very well appointed and well maintained this hotel is a great base if you dont want the noise and hustle of Patong. The room was fine with a large living area, a small well appointed kitchenette area and two comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom was a little small but was usable. The pool area was great as was the main restaurant area. Overall a good stay.

The room was spaceous, light and tidy and the balcony was nice. However, water pressure was really bad. First night there was no water coming from the shower and the tap water worked only sporadically. Also, I asked for more water through room service and never got it, neither did the roomservice have any snacks. Only proper food. The location was near the beach but far from 7-11 and other stores.

Staff is very dedicated and efficient. Swiss Hotel in Phuket is ideal for families. The proximity from the Kamala beach is very appreciated.

It’s not a 5 star hotel , probably a3 star at best. Rooms shabby but the location is terrible. I was looking at a building site and the opposite view was a shanty town.. truly awful.We booked a 3 bed suite at 3k for 5 nights. When we arrived we didn’t even unpack- we demanded to be relocated to a sister hotel. We were moved but they charged us £500 for the night ( we didn’t stay there that night). The relocated hotel was much better.The hotel is not as described and the one day cancellation charge left a sour taste.

Nong at the reception was helpful.The spa was also a bliss. Koi the therapist is god sent!

We have a 2 bed rooms units, both rooms are quite small, however they made the space for living and dining areas. I felt that the bed rooms and the bath room should be bigger instead. The room is due for refurbishing. The unit is kept quite cleans. The chairs and side table at balcony facing pool side need to refurbish.

Property is very close to the beach (just across the road - just be careful when crossing since it’s a busy 2-way street). There are restaurants along the beach which you can walk to - since the resort only has one restaurant. Resort room/facilities are a bit old and worn but it has all the basics and rooms are clean/spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Area is relatively quiet (but there was construction behind the resort) compared to the busy Patong area. Most taxis have fixed/flat rate - usually about Bt500 to/from Patong and Bt800 to/from airport.

The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and staff. The pool was nice but full of kids. It is a good family holiday hotel. The spa was lovely and the massage was fantastic and professional, the services were superb, really enjoyed it.

Mostly it was very nice and buffet breakfast excellent! We would say rooms although very clean do need upgrading and painting, shower door wasn’t good and after every shower water would leak out of shower door and side panel all over the floor.Pool very good great for children facilities good.Overall very satisfied.

This is really nowhere close to being a 5 star hotel, shabby and tired rooms, bad location and badly run. Pool water murky, breakfast buffet terrible and staff who were unable to provide anything gluten-free for one of our family. There are a couple of nice looking hotels (really) on the beach in Kamala, Novotel & Intercontinental - book there instead !

FEELING AS IN A TEENAGERS SUMMER VACATION, DRUNK PEOPLE AT THE LOBBY AND POOL HARASSING THE GIRLS, GYM SMALL AND NOT UPDATED, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND FULL OF GOOD WILL, VERY DEDICATED.
