The location if you want to stay in Ronnie is excellent, just few minutes from the center of the Village. The property has dates rooms and the mattresses are not the best button impossible to sleep. The SPA is the best feature of the hotel. The breakfast was disappointed compare to the rates they are charging. The Staff is willing to help. I would stay again here in the future even if it was not a 5 stars experience

The best spa i have ever been to in my life. The staff was warm and friendly. Easy to walk to downtown Ronne , only .8 miles from the ferry to the hotel. Driving around Bornholm was stress free. A bikers paradise with bike trails throughout the island

Nice hotel with a spectular sea view from the balcony. Also very friendly and service minded staff. The only thing to comment on is that the room and the general areas become very hot on a sunny day.

A hotel in this category should have aircon in their rooms. We had to sleep with the doors wide open to keep a barerable temp in our rooms. Good job the amount of flys etc was very low

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds. A plus for the refrige. The SPA was very good and nice with the out door jacuzzi. Good breakfast exept for the scrambled eggs. A very good location. A plus for the bikes. Will recommend the hotel to my friends.

The people working at the hotel were extremely helpful. The view from the room was beautiful. The bathroom in the room smelled like fungus. The spa was nice - especially the heated outside jacuzzi was charming. The handles to the showers in spa were not intuitive, and it was difficult to get water of the right temperature coming from the right place.

Fantastisk spot på Bornholm! Det er super nemt at komme til, da det ligger i gåafstand fra færgen. Der er dejlig spa, alt personalet var simpelthen så imødekommende og rare, restauranten var både superb til morgen- og aftensmad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Trevligt o rymligt rum med havsutsikt. Man bör dock tänka på att dessa rum vetter mot öns huvudväg, med tung trafik o ibland mycket ljudliga motorcyklar. God o riklig frukost, stor Spa-avdelning.

Det er et super fint hotel - personalet er super serviceminded - morgenmad lækkert og spa-afdelingen er super. Værelset er fint dog bliver de mega varme og der mangler mulighed for at sove med åbne vindue eller en eller anden form for ventilation. Ud over det er alt fint

Det var en ferie på et rigtigt godt hotel, havde værelse med havudsigt, rigtigt godt værelse med god indretning og rigtigt godt badeværelse og god altan, morgen maden bare i top, det samme må siges om alt personale, venlige og service minded.

Så lækkert ophold. Vi havde booket værelse med havudsigt og det var simpelthen den flotteste syn. Wauw wauw wauw ! Derudover skønt & afslappende spa område, meget roligt område, det var et kæmpe plus at det ikke var overrendt. Morgenmad og aftensmad var virkelig lækkert. Så kæmpe anbefaling 🙌

Oplevede ikke at føle sig velkommen ved mødet med hotellets reception. Dobbeltsengen bestod af to enkeltsenge der var skubbet sammen, med hver sin topmadras, hvilket gav fordybning i midten af sengen/gjorde sovepladsen lille og gjorde at man som par ikke kunne ligge sammen. Herudover var der edderkoppespind flere steder i loftet og støv på hylder samt lister. Der var misfarvede skjolder i loftet over bruseren og en beskidt toiletdør/karm samt væg. Gulvtæppet i værelset samt hotellets gange så beskidt ud.

Men vi havde simpelthen en så dårlig oplevelse i restauranten om aften lørdag d.29 januar at det nu ikke er et hotel jeg har lyst til at besøge igen på trods af at jeg har været glad for at komme der. Maden var smagsløs eller oversaltet og så meget sjusket ud som om kokken ikke kunne være mere ligeglad Tjenerne var som sådan søde nok men ingen af dem spurgte hvordan maden smagte hverken efter foretten eller hovedretten. Tror de havde fornemmet vi ikke var helt tilfredse og derfor bevidst valgte ikke at spørge, så lidt dårlig service. Jeg fortryder så inderligt at jeg ikke valgte at sige noget på den givne aften. Endte med at betale 1.200kr for et forfærdeligt måltid hvor jeg mistede appetiten til sidst
