The exercise room was full of none working equipment I mean nothing worked I was so sad because I gave them 5 stars when I came back and saw the updated rooms tv’s etc but I went to workout and it was so sad I was lost . Then the next day I went back down for breakfast and it was the same exact breakfast they offered no fruit none and all the cereal was still and the toast was also still to much water in the cranberry juice The first day the waffles was amazing tasted amazing. It was a cook a Caucasian lady with her children. She took pride in making the breakfast that morning. She didn’t amazing job but the next day I came back and it was a lady of an India descent she was not friendly. She cared nothing about the breakfast. She didn’t even apologize, the potatoes were bland. She just went in there a few minutes later and poured out Only one container of the cereal which was the steel cornflakes that were in a container that said frosted cornflakes and they were not, and then The fruit loops were still. I just need them to get it together. Of course I will stay again because the price was good for the Rams and the upgrade. Kudos today down the street to waffle House, and get you a good breakfast. Don’t waste your time going down for breakfast and just take your walk around the neighborhood because this hotel offers no good ad entities, sorry that was my experience me and my sister and we stay at least 2 to 3 times a year. We even recommend this hotel for our church to stay.

This hotel is okay if you don't really care about cleanliness. When I arrived to the room the bedding had not been changed. The pillows were dirty and the bedding had long hairs in it. There was a used coffee cup. The towels looked used. When I asked for new towels was told there weren't any they were all being washed.

Very friendly check in staff. Morning staff was less friendly but not a big deal. Breaky was good and coffee was hot and fresh. Only downside was the AC is older and needs to be serviced. Great location with food close by.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was, the trees was covering the side of the building where it tells the name of the hotel, and the directions from Expedia to the hotel was taking us across the road from where the actual hotel was. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable and we loved the breakfast . Front desk staff was very nice also

I left a day early and notified the hotel staff the day prior to departure. They refused to reimburse funds for that day. I was given the run around about who would reimburse. The hotel directed me to Expedia and I was redirected back to the hotel. Once it was discovered the hotel was the responsible party. I could not reach the manager for the refund. I still have not been refunded for that day.

The hotel itself has a strong disgusting odor. The room as well has a nasty odor. The sheets and pillows smelled dirty and nasty. I requested fresh sheets and was ignored. I had to go to buy a febreeze just to withstand the place. Never booking here again

Filthy. Everywhere you looked you could see housekeeping has zero standards. Front desk staff extremly rude and unprofessional. Shower missing handle and unable to adjust water. Then they Told us its not their problem they didnt have towels or wash cloths on 2 of our 3 days. We were told if we didnt like it to talk to the GM but then couldn't be told when the GM would be in or how to contact. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

Each night there were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking making it feel unsafe. My grand children were scared as one tried to get in while we were going out and almost knocked her down. Went to front desk but there never seemed to be anyone there. Even when checking out.

The man who checked us in was nice the female that was there at 4 pm could use an attitude adjustment overall the place was good the king size room could use a bench for those that are elderly so they have a place to sit if they need while showering and the tile should maybe have some sort of grip on the bottom there was a lot of mold in that shower on the bottom the queen rooms were good both the one my husband got and the one I did by 3 rd party they only thing they need to put on website is 250 deposit if you want to pay cash I quickly changed my mind of just paying cash when my husband got a 3 rd room we put it on his card we would recommend staying here the pool was fine for my kid to cold for us and it needs. A good acid washing on the concrete . breakfast was good and it was warm area was clean overall yes I would stay here again

Staff rude at check in refusing to see if our room was ready 1 hour prior to check in but checked my husband in 20minutes later with no questions asked. Dirty wash cloth in the pull out couch. No blankets available for the pull out couch so I had to go buy one. Only 2 towels in the room and when I asked for a couple more they said they had no more. Had to buy towels. Allowed other residents to stay out front drinking and being loud, letting their children run around all floors knocking on doors and cussing out adults. Said group of adults sat out front till 5am and next morning was vomit in that area where they must have drank too much. Staff notified and was cleaned up till late afternoon. Staff out front smoking weed. Several police noted in the area, unsafe. Just TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Avoid! Unsatisfactory outcome of no refund after I followed Hotels.com procedures to vacate early from a multi-day stay at the Country Inn & Suites Beaufort, SC due to: 1) Hotel room having blood spots on carpet in main area and on bathroom light switch (see photos) 2) Person smoking marijuana outside main entrance when we returned after dinner and entered side entry to avoid this stench and potential interaction 3) Lack of general maintenance and cleanliness on the evening we were there 4) Lack of appropriate exterior lighting for hotel location 5) Location and amenities were not what they appeared from the online info. We were reticent about staying even the first night July 7, 2024 after we checked in then went to dinner due to conditions and untrained/lack of staff and customers. I thought the liability was only for the first night and was advised by the Hotels.com representative who to vacate the next morning on July 8, 2024. Owner told Hotels.com that it would not credit remaining negative gets and Hotels.com offered a partial night credit on a future booking. Will contact my credit card company to dispute charges and Choice Hotels which is the franchisor regarding Beaufort franchise license being revoked. Moved to newer hotel which was a positive experience. Better to pay more than stay here.

was there for my nephew graduation at Parris Island. hotel was in a great place. literally 5 mins from everything. except for Parris Island, we were 10-12 mins away. Easy check in. Had to change room the next day, our AC went out, but we were quickly attended to. outside at the entrance could have been neater. cushions need to be replaced. vending machines on first floor was drink machine and ice cream machine and ice machine. every day they came into the room and gave us more towels and took out trash. overall, property was good. i would come back.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Picture of hotel on website definitely not the actual hotel. Had suite so could have extra bed. Mattress on pullout stained and torn. No extra bedding in room. Front desk only had sheet set left, no blankets. Small sitting area outside entrance had people smoking pot. Same thing second day. Came back from day out and hallway smelled like weed. Woke up at 3am on second night to some woman in hallway screaming she’s gonna stab someone…Older hotel it seemed as much decor old, paint worn and chipped and carpeting needs replaced.

The property is in convenient location near grocery store & food place but the Indoor pool was closed, the reason why I booked it & I asked that question before completing the booking. All the towels were dingy, one used. There was some bug crawling on the nightstand, looked like a big termite. I'm apprehensive to go to sleep. I hope breakfast is good.
