Service is very bad and the elevator can’t use when you from upstairs to the ground, so every time we had to use the stairs which is far from our room and the stairs have a smell badly.
In the room no coffee machine, fridge and microwave.
The heater doesn’t work well and felt cold at the night. The FREE breakfast is a bagel and an apple which you have to wait a line to pick up from the front desk.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend to go there.

You guys need to fix your thermostat issue. Complains re this go back 7 years. Set the temp at 18, went to work and 8 hours later when I came back, the room was a stifling 27.

I arrived at the Motel 6 Burlington at 02:15 am. The doors to front desk were off and no signs of an employee seen. I called front desk of the hotel and it went to voicemail. I was informed by 3 men who were drinking at the entrance if anyone from the hotels there. I was directed to small cashier's window. Under the blinds as NOT wanting guests to see inside. It's now 2:35 am. Yelling hello into the room, FINALLY an employee emerged who looked annoyed. Upon checking my reservation, which I paid IN ADVANCE, i was admitted. The men outside looked like alcoholics and drug addicts, dirty, and scabs on their face. The 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes and booze. My room's window was open, the room was cold. I wasn't able to set the thermostat. The wall above the headboard was disgusting as something was sprayed across it and hadn't been cleaned. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets. In vacating my room the elevator on the 2nd floor was broken and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. Upon seeing the state of the morning staff, I checked out without a word. Don't recommend this place for women, children or the disabled. Not safe as a facility, or by other guests. I asked for a room in the safer part hotel. He suggested the 2nd floor knowing the elevator was broken. Or he was negligent. If a fire or other emergency occured, I can only imagine how perilous on that floor was. You can go up, but not down. There was only one. I'll never stay at Motel 6 again.

Our third time staying there in a month, friendly staff and clean rooms.
3.5
Full of people that live there full time, smoking weed outside. Barking dogs (pet friendly so that is expected. The breaksfast was a container you pick up frem the front counter that includes a granola bar, pack of jam, bagel, and apple.
The furniture will remind you of the bed your greasy haired friend lost their virginity on in college.
It's a budget hotel. Just pay an extra 50 to not be paraniod about a break in or beg bugs.

This is the second time I've stayed here.
The staff is fine, the condition of the motel is.....ok. the hallways are cleaner than the entrance.
The biggest issues were A: running out of hot water, and B: a broken heater the first night. The room peaked at 37 degrees C!
This will probably be our last stay.

Well I booked for 4 nights Queen room , no fridge , sink was broken , crappy A/C … 👎👎
3.5
The announce that you have breakfast included, but you only get a small take away container with a Bagel, an appeal, a muslibar and a small juice

My booking was supposed to include "free breakfast", upon check in they said cut off time was 9:30....at 9:00 front desk staff said it was not available but free coffee was available in the lobby???? The free coffee area was a total mess & they only provide powder creamer....they even ADVERTISE free breakfast on sign outside....IT DOES NOT HAPPEN! Would not stay there again, buyer beware.

Three people waiting to check in. There was a sign on the desk saying “back in 5 minutes”. Waited 15-20 minutes until someone finally showed up.
3.5
Elevator not working. Ice machine not working on level 3
3.5
The motel was nice, but some vending machines weren't working.
3.5
the room was perfect for a nights stay. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect right off of the highway.
3.5
Just needed to sleep 4-5 hours after a flight from Europe. Perfect place. Very quiet. Bathroom was newly remodeled and beautiful. Best part inexpensive
3.5
It was a horrible experience of my life.
No microwave, no fridge, no Iron, when asked from the front desk, she replied we don't have these facility in our standard rooms.
Smelly comforter and bed sheets, two small low standard pillows, dirty rest room with hairs all over ground.
Unbelievable low standard breakfast, Even people buy better breakfast to give homeless person than this motel is serving to guests.
3.5
Quiet, clean, with a parking, not much to say.
Breakfast is a (poor) Grab to Go.
Nice hotel with nice room who do the job.
3.5
Everything just fine
3.5
Good but noise from highway
3.5
The breakfast consisted of a take out dish with a bagel,
and an apple. No toaster for the bagel but was offered a microwave.
They also allow people who live in their cars to park on the property which is odd.
Wouldn’t go back.

Didnt like nothing about motel room wasn't ready when i got there .add saud breakfast included when it was actually continental breakfast.we reserve for 3 person they onky left 1 towel in washroom and pullows for 2 people.i will bever go back to this hotel
3.5
No breakfast you sign on paper and you get an apple a bagel juice box. But they run out fast. Coffee is gone in a few minutes, they sometimes have cream, but not often and sugar is sometimes out. They simply run out of stuff and takes a few days to get it some in. Towels are hard to find you get 1 maybe 2. But they will tell you they dont have enough.
3.5
The bed was sooooo uncomfortable. The free breakfast was pretty sad. An untoasted bagel with a juice box, apple and granola bar. There was coffee but no cream or milk.
3.5
Good place to stay for a day or two
3.5
Renovated rooms and in good condition. Got a "basic" queen room and was surprised at how basic: one towel and one pillow. The factory next door had a compressor or something with a low rumble that ran all night, and the complimentary "breakfast" from 6:30 to 10:00 didn't happen because they "ran out of containers" (coffee is in an urn in the lobby and breakfast is in takeout containers) at 8:00 in the morning. I'd stay there again but be more mindful of these issues.
3.5
Terrible. I gurss its ok if u want a dorm room. Breakfast consisted oc a plain non toasted bagel an apple and a juivebox in a box. Not worth the 145
3.5
Worth it
3.5
Affordable price.
3.5
Not good
3.5
It was next to some sort of processing plant which created a terrible smell, the room booked for 2 people came with 1 towel, the bedding was stained and the continental breakfast consisted of an apple, a juice box, a granola bar and a stale bagel with a packet of jam and no knife to spread it.
3.5
During my stay, we saw bed bugs on the other bed we thankfully were not sleeping on. It was horrible. I requested a new room asap, which i got. But no one can sleep peacefully after seeing bed bugs in one room. Your going to think their in the new room as well. Was not comfortable at all staying here.
3.5
Bare bones but that is what you get for the price. The rooms were clean thankfully. But false advertising re: internet and breakfast. There was only coffee available for breakfast and internet was almost non existent. It was very important to me to have access as I needed it for business. I had to run around to try and find access elsewhere.
Also no smoking but everyone was smoking right outside the front doors so the smell when exiting was always very strong.
3.5
The room we booked and the room we received was not as written. We were to have a fridge and microwave and never received a microwave. I specifically picked this room for that option and when we spoke to front desk initially we were told yes. Once entering the room there was no microwave and only a face cloth. There were two adult women staying for the night so one facecloth is not going to suffice. We went back down to the lobby and the staff informed us we would not be getting a new room and we could use the lobby microwave if we needed. They then provided us with the towels missing from our room. This is not what I booked. This hotel has people who live here and not just travellers. Many parts of our in and out we did not feel safe. We would very much not return.
3.5
It’s was dirty, and surrounded by homeless people
3.5
The staff at the front! Amazing! Cleaning gal annoyed when we showed her the dirty ‘clean’ sheets. Told us to put new sheets on ourselves. No towels at all. But the people at the front who save my day by saving my envelope full of money that I misplaced…..aaaamazing. Thank you!
3.5
The room had several small issues that were a little annoying. 1) only 1 towel for 2 adults; 2) bedside tamp flashed and buzzed 3) the television had a dark screen which could not be cleared up to see; 4) the telephone didn’t work and was in pieces. There were no other rooms available. Breakfast was so minimal and there wasn’t even a knife to spread jelly on the I toasted bagel. Not my usual Motel 6 experience.
3.5
They never get back to u about anything
3.5
Everything is good. But make sure that breakfast is not buffet. They just gave you 1 apple, 1 granola bar, 1 bun and jam. So don't be excited. Everything packed in container and will get on front desk. Also coffee at front desk.
3.5
Not enough amenities, area was a bit sketchy didn’t look the safest. bathroom was clean for the most part aside from hair in the bathtub, people tried entering our room during the night thinking it was our room and there was a crack at the bottom of our door so people could easily hear us. Ac was really nice bed was comfortable
3.5
One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. All the rooms smell of cigarettes/marijuana. Very dirty corridor. People (junkies?) hang out right outside the hotel at 2-3am in the night and smoke. It felt so unsafe.
3.5
Very modern and nice compared to most other Motel 6 properties.
