Ok but we got bitten by fleas at night.

The waiting at the front desk was fabulous! She was helpful and courteous and even walk me to my room to help me open the door. Being disabled I sometimes have issues when I stay at hotels. However my room was very accommodating with plenty of space. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels plastic cups and things of that nature. The only downside to my stay there was that two doors down there was a gentleman that's sat and stared at me when I was outside so I was a little uncomfortable. But all in all this was a wonderful relaxing place to stay.

My husband, son and I stayed there for four nights. It is very close to a train track and off of a freeway. There was a lot of noise from both trains and traffic. The entrance to the motel was not clear from the road. I chose the hotel because it was close to family and relatively inexpensive.

No fridge in room, no microwave and no hairdryer. Sink was starting to fall off wall. Shady characters in parking lot, etc

Bed was terrible, wooden chairs came from a food court, no shampoo conditioner, no microwave, no tissue , let us not forget the train across the street, blasting through 3 times a night. Also, could not get refund for checking out 1 night early.

Found dirty spot on the sheets as well as paid for a room with a queen and ended up getting a full

My room smelled like smoke and it was very dated. I was surprised because it had better reviews than most.

Sketchy people in parking lot, the non smoking room smelled like pot and cigarettes. Did not feel safe- ended up going somewhere else. Lobby to front desk locked and you could only talk to the clerk through the night window- that should tell you something.

Great customer service. My original room wasnt ready at check-in and when i said I had a wedding to go too, they upgraded my room free of charge. Thank you!

Nothing unique about this place. In a poor neighborhood, railway tracks across the road. The worst thing is Expedia said they helped us out but didn’t cost an extra night at the hotel.

Worst mattress ever , Property is right on the train tracks and train sounds its horn when it goes by all night, and on top of that it's right next to a military air base so they have fly overs every 20 minutes all day long that shakes the windows....

Place is older, room very small, tv very small, but its clean. Bedding stained, but clean. Beds not comfty, but for 1 night its ok. No micro, fridge, tiny restroom, but again it was clean and no little bugs or critters so its good for a night.

Train track is about 50 yards from the motel and the train conductor seems like he intentionally blows the horn when they’re going Thur the area. And there’s a Military airbase south of the rooms with jets taking off all night long.

Unfortunately I was unable to make it tO my reservation but sadly they charged me for one night and that was an inconvenience for me as I only get paid once a month 😞 please if there's anything you can do to get me a raincheck for a night that would be awesome.

They let me check in earlier was a big plus as I just drove from Vegas & got there earlier than planned. The room was clean although smelled a little of cigarette smoke. Only complain would be the bed as it’s pretty worn down especially next to the side table—-other side against the wall so I assume everyone who rented the same room sat on the same spot. You can hear the train, pretty loud, but not their fault & I didn’t mind since I passed out from exhaustion anyways before midnight.

This property needs considerable improvements. Getting a card key that worked to open our room took several tries. Several Homeless people were wandering around. The room was clean but the beds were not comfortable.

The only problem I had was the wifi was down the entire time I was there.

The first room I was in had a horrible smell of tobacco. I asked for another room because my allergy reacts very badly to the smell of smoking and the lady at the front desk changed the room without any problem.
The smell was less strong than in the first room. The mattresses in that room were horrible, I couldn't rest well. If I had to stay in that area again, I wouldn't stay in this hotel.

I killed a cockroach on the wall. I had my two kids. I have never been to Youngtown,AZ before so i didnt know the area. It was noisy. I gotten woken up by people yelling at each other outside of my motel. Im glad my kids were still asleep. Not the motel fault for the yelling people considering where it was located. That coudl happen anywhere. I got my kids and i out as soon as the morning came. I was taking them to the zoo in Litchfield,AZ..

I asked for a room that was non-smoking, but was given a room that smelled as if it had been smoked in. Not having time to replace my room, I just had to deal with the evening. I will never stay there again.

The staff was attentive & accommodating to my night shift, day sleep needs. The room was clean, bedding clean, neat. The bathroom was clean, even in the corners! The temperature was to control! I will definitely stay again when I’m in town for work!

Exterior of the property was in poor condition. 2 broken down trucks in the parking lot gave us pause. We left the key in the room and found other accommodations.

Stayed because it was close to state farm stadium. Very basic room . No refrigerator or microwave. Bed was very firm. Ok for the price and convenience compared any where else. Close to stores and the stadium. Worst place that i have stayed at this year for about the same price.
