This property is so dirty. Blood stains everywhere, clogged drains, mildew everywhere, no coffee service, crack pipe in the drawer. The workers were nice enough though.

Used to be a decent area but now as of 2024 the area is over-run with homeless loitering around the parking lot and adjacent gas station. I am not exaggerating, there are dozens and one night it looks like an addict OD’d outside by the Tesla chargers and ambulance with stretcher carried her away.
The bed had metal brackets that used to attach to something and my wife and kids cut their legs a few times. The shower surround had large cracks where the curtain rod had not been properly installed. The beds were fulls when listed as queens and the mattresses were not comfortable to me. The furniture seems to be about 20 years old so probably long due for some replacement unless they are going for the quaint antique look eventually? The overall cleanliness is noticeably lacking but not the worst you would expect in like a motel 6. The chlorine in the pool was pungently strong we didn’t even use it because worried it would lead to skin issues with my kids. Location is nice for Thornton but this property needs a change in management or it reflects the local labor situation. I don’t know just speculating it’s a little of both. IMP this place will shortly be a full on permanent residence housing for the homeless if it doesn’t go a different direction. If you like the location you might look in to the nearby double tree. It seems to be better managed but last time I stayed there the rooms were tight so decided to try this place. Next time we will just deal with the tight rooms

Hi it was good except that it said non smoking and our room smell like cigarettes all my clothes smells like that … the staff was very nice .. fast service I would of give it more stars but .. the cigarettes didn’t do it for me

The hotel was awful! For starters, the rooms that we were told would be together were on opposite sides of the building, which could be overlooked, except that there was a d**g deal going on outside one of the rooms we were staying in. The parking lot was full of questionable people and felt very unsafe. The rooms were both dirty, uncleaned and BOTH had the fire alarms torn from the ceiling!! Nothing but exposed wire and fire alarm mount. The door and the dead bolts were barely screwed into the frame. One of the bathrooms had mold growing in the shower and a full trash can. The hotel staff refused to refund my money, at least for the 2nd night that we would be canceling a day in advance, and when I asked what I could do he told me to "just call the number". We left shortly after seeing the condition the rooms were in and were scrambling to find hotel for the night. 0/10.. do not stay here!

The bedding was filthy with blood and poop stains and there was vulgarity written on the mirror. The room wasn't ready when we arrived and clearly was never cleaned. Disgusting. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I didn’t stay here for the sake of my family and I safety. I booked rooms and should have read the reviews weeks before but I decided to the day of check in that I rather let my money go to waste without even staying there. Seeing comments about their being mold and cockroaches did not sit with me. My family member had called about her room and they were rude!

The property is a crack shack. Prostitutes and homeless people were everywhere. We checked in to see the room, pulled back the sheets and found dried blood stains and burnt cigarettes in the bathroom. We left and did not come back.

We asked for a non smoking room. Was given a smoking room. Reeked of smoke and had cigarette burns on the furniture and on bathtub side. Got another room and it was better until about 2 AM when the pimp for the prostitute using the room next door was banging and yelling because it had been over an hour. I expect better from Expedia.

We checked in and found the room dirty. Sheets were changed but floor was dirty, light switch had something smeared on it, someone's hair clip was the shower bar. Sink only had cold water, bathroom door was punched from the inside and crushed the veneer, outside of door was even worse. Front door inside lock was missing bar part. Outside of the property needs a thorough cleaning with a pressure washer. Otherwise, convenient location.

The lobby was locked, and you get served through a port hole. I guess it’s setup like this because of the potential crime.
The room had a fist hole punched through the door, the shower was cracked and would have collapsed if you would have stepped on it, and the toilet seat was broken.
There was at least one car in the parking lot with someone sleeping in it. The hotel area felt unsafe, luckily i was with a group of 4 guys, but if you are a family stay away.
We all agreed that this was one of the 3 worst hotels that we have stayed in and btw the pool was green!

Had something stolen from my car. Back part of the parking lot closed so i couldn't park closer to my room. Saw 2 men walking in with 2 women that definitely looked like prostitutes. Cars running in parking lot, shady. Van had front wind shield smashed. Pool is TOTALLY gross and should juse be drained and gotten rid of. Elevator broken. Key didnt work when we got back after a day at 6 flags. I used to go bc it was so cheap but I think that might have been my last time. Just dont feel safe or clean anymore ;( we actually didnt even stay there the second night booked.

Went to Six Flags just up the street
Saw signs there saying if 3 people stay ninths room they’ll charge you $80, 2 extra for $160.
Got there in the morning and was leaving g for six flags in 15 minutes
Just wanted to see if they had action ready to save time later at night
They did. But then he wanted to charge me extra. No way. I was just trying to help us both out

They have zero concept of customer service, everyday hotel security comes and bangs on the doors at exactly 11am yelling at customers to leave, and threatens them to call the police if they don’t leave. I prepaid the hotel prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was amazed by how dirty this place was. It’s as if I was in bad horror movie. Completely different from the online pictures and the pool is empty dirty filled with trash appeared as if it has NOT been cleaned in 30 years. The pictures are fake. If you have an emergency and you need place to spend the night shower, sleep and go, ok. But anything more than that please think twice about your safety. This place is extremely scary and Unsafe.

The dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed in! It’s run by Indians from India. They could care less about Americans welfare! They asked out Fox from their television channels on dish.

Desk clerk was rude. No smoke detector in room. Room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Gang members hanging out in the parking lot. We ended up forfeiting our room to stay somewhere else.

The refusal of refund was due to me staying at the room. I arrived at 1 or 2 a.m. I slept in my vehicle and used the rooms bathroom which water pipes erupted within. I did not enjoy my purchase. $100 for a night at this establishment is not fair nor logical.

This property is listed as being non-smoking, but be warned! It is not actually non-smoking. Every room smells like cigarette smoke or weed, or a combination. The area around the hotel (parking lot, walkways, etc. was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The pool has clearly not been cleaned in months. The only upside is that the staff were friendly and willingly gave us a refund.
