This place is an absolute joke. Upon arriving, the woman working at the front told me that shes gonna look for me to see if they have a room available when i already booked a room, she pulls out a crumpled piece of paper. She assigned us a room and when we drove around the door was WIDE OPEN. Went back to office and she said house keeping must have left it open and she will meet us in room. Go back to room a guy walks into the room and we asked him if it was his room. He says yes and that checking in was misery the day before. Manager comes around RIDING ON THE SIDE OF AN SUV of someone that doesn't work there. People outside doing drugs. Cat was in another room. We told her we arent staying here and left immediately. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Well, at first I had booked a room with no stairs and I was told by the colored female, manager that they give out rooms. By the way people get here not by the way they’re booked then I finally did get a room that did not have stairs. The key lock was screwed up. I had problems getting into the room. There was no refrigerator no microwave no TV no telephone just about inch and a half thick mattress a toilet in the shower in the room and when I went to the office to ask about a TV, the white female manager told me just be glad I have a roof over my head or find someplace else so I found someplace else. I will never book another hotel through hotels.com or with super eight.

I would just be fair warning that they will cancel your reservation when you arrive and book you under there new rate which is higher than what you agreed upon when book. Bait and switch. Contacted Hotels.com for refund

The hotel was nice, we did not have any room service offered we took out our own trash, was told to not leave our pizza box outside? We had to beg for towels to shower and to use the pool.

The second shift girl was amazing, they really need better housekeeping. The first room the ring around the tub made it look as if they forgot it was there. We were able to switch rooms very easily with the help of this amazing front desk rep. That was nice enough to walk me to 2 additional rooms to ensure that they were cleaned properly. She was alone running the place with tons of complaints from guest, but was kind enough to ensure our comfort during our stay.

First room I was in- the air conditioner made a horrible squealing noise, I went down and requested a different room. The second room wasn’t the cleanest, the bathroom shower mat was dirty, there was body hairs stuck to the shower walls, needless to say I didn’t shower, I checked the sheets and they looked clean and fresh.

The room we had smelled like an ashtray Staff was rude. Everytime I needed clean sheets or towels they didn't have any. I couldn't even get toilet paper. I had to go buy my own.the only nice people were two managers but didn't have time to help with anything. Tons of roaches. I woke up to one in my bed

The pictures online look good not exactly what I saw when I got there in person. I get to the room and there's no towels and there was garbage left in the room. I asked for the towels and they brought them up to me after having to go to office because there was no phone to contact them. It seem to have been renovated even though the toilet rocked and I felt like I was about to fall off. The bed definitely seem better days. At least it was good hot water in the AC was cold.

The room was not in good shape. The cleanliness of the room was horrid. The state of the room was dismal. The walls were rotting. The bathroom was dirty and rusty. The room did not even have an iron and I had to leave my ID as collateral so I would give the iron and board back. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. Motel 6 was a lot better back in the day but the fall from grace has been hard.
