Super cool staff. US Marshall raid on first day but it's not out of the norm I suppose 💀 def not the cleanest and the pool was broken but we've been in much worse hotels so

The air conditioning front cover was loose and shifted almost off. The bed was hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! 1 flush of the toilet and it was backed up. Walls had been partially patched and not painted over. This property is in desperate need of a renovation or to be condemned!

The woman who checked us in was fantastic! We required a refrigerator. She arranged it! We had our service dog, she provided us with a water bowl and bottles of water. I needed extra towels. She provided them. She was above and beyond what we expected.
As for cleanliness, we had clean sheets and over all the room appeared clean but I wouldn't recommend walking on the floors in your bare feet, as this was an impromptu trip, I didn't have my slippers so by morning my feet were black. Also during the night we had a water leak from the tub.

First “nonsmoking” room smelled like cigarettes. Next room was cleaner but, you definitely get what you pay for. Only 2 pillows. Definitely one of the roughest hotels I’ve stayed in.

Very dirty and lots of people wandering around all night yelling fighting scary security did nothing about all the situation never go back there again and for the price I should get all my money back cause didn’t even get any rest

My nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray. When I mentioned it to the desk agent, who was very cheerful, the reply was “some people can be so inconsiderate, can’t they?”
Multicolor mildew all over the bathroom ceiling. Nothing felt entirely clean, though the only bugs were drain flies - no roaches or spiders - yay?
All of the furnishings were very tired, though I was glad that there was no upholstery or carpet, as those would’ve been gross.
On the bright side, the water pressure was great (the bathroom sink regularly sprayed all over the place with tremendous force), the a/c unit dutifully gave me 68°, and the bed was comfortable enough, even though I could feel the mattress springs when sitting on the bed. Nothing more damning than faint praise, eh?
At over $150/night during spring break, it was the least expensive option within miles, and I regret not paying more for even average accommodations.

All in all it was a good stay customer service was very helpful, friendly room was clean. Next time I'm in the area I would stay again.

The beds had dirt on them. Upon inspection we figured out that the air conditioning unit is so filled with mold and nastiness that when it turns on debris blows into the room. The beds are antique: they are broken down and you feel like you're just sleeping on the springs. The television is shot. There are a dozen lights shining through the screen. It was impossible to watch. The lock on the door has been broken through in the past. It didn't look like it would keep anyone out. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. Bar missing and only one bracket was left. There were people running around outside playing music and talking loudly all night from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. The hallways are filthy. The elevator is filthy. I would not stay here again if it was free.

Absolutely terrible. Checked in and seemed to be an inconvenience to the people working. Room keys did not work so went back and asked. Was told obviously I was doing something wrong. After arguing they rekeyed the cards and I went back to try again. After finally getting in the room there was no lightbulbs in the bathroom. Back down to the desk and told oh yeah we took them out because they didn't work. After 45 minutes and inquiring 3 times about getting it fixed they finally showed up to install a light bulb. Sink backed up and faucet sprayed my shirt more then the sink bowl. Floor was filthy and garbage was found under the bed and desk. Absolutely disgusting room and not to mention the homeless population around the property. Was awoken at 5am with someone pounding on the window asking if someone was inside. Front desk didn't seem to care about the issue or concerns voiced to them. Will never consider this location again. Stay away if you can.

I rented 2 rooms--207 & 235--and both had issues. Heat in room 207 was not functioning. It turned on but only blew out cold air. Also the room did not have a room phone to call the front desk. The fridge and TV in room 235 were not functioning. Front desk was contacted about this and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Also, the other patrons at the hotel were noisy and could be heard talking loudly from outside.

I made this reservation seven days in advanced, then needed to push it forward a couple of days due to very bad weather, when I went to change the reservation on the app on my cell phone, it actually canceled the reservation, the penalty to cancel the reservation three days before Occupancy was about $75, so I had called customer service at Hotels.com who said it is possible to speak to the hotel directly to have the penalty refunded and which I did so and the front desk manager had approved it and told me to get back a hold of Hotels.com to have them call the front desk manager to confirm. So I followed all the steps I was told to follow, and finally got a hold of a representative at hotels.com who then lied to me stating that hotels.com had already done me the favor of returning 300 and some odd dollars to my card and that for the remaining $75 what is a service fee! That person’s name was Donald Marak
Unfortunately I do not have the front desk managers name but I plan on getting it Monday, January 23.
So beyond this ridiculousness with a refund approved by the hotel itself, the hotel room in a motel six was the worst hotel room I have ever seen in all my days of traveling! The bed look like an old piece of toast with Springs, popping up through it. Every piece of furniture in the room was cracked or broken. The floor was so dirty your feet would be black. If you walked only 3 feet on it, it was purple hair dye, stains all over the bathroom area with a cracked toilet

A cheap mediocre room. I figured I was getting what I paid for except... No microwave (as promised and paid for), the mini-fridge (also promised and paid for) smelled like rotten milk, had mold, and didn't even work. No phone. No toilet paper holder. Curtain falling off a little bit. Bed covers had ciggarette burns. Key cards had to be reset in the office every day. Room smelled musty every time we went in. Not like a smoking room, but like a non-smoking room that someone had done a lot of smoking in. Ignorable once we were in there a while.
Talked to them about the fridge every day, but they never got to it. Nice people, but overwhelmed with upset guests, and the wildest problems I've ever heard. A guest two doors down had part of his ceiling fall on him.
Only came back once to paramedics taking someone out on a gurney.
They were able to get me a ground floor room on short notice, which I appreciated. No bedbugs. But I checked, you know?

Worst experience ever.
Booked a 1-night stay for an overnight layover at PHX Airport, when arrived at the hotel at 2:15 AM the room was not clean, "Lisa" the receptionist didn't even apologized or nothing she changed us to another room and this one was even worst!!! It smelled like someone literally smoke a pack of cigarettes before we walked in. It was horrible. When I asked for another room at 3:30am "Lisa" said there is no more rooms and that I can go find another room in a different hotel and laughing at my face offered me a refund.
Save your money go somewhere else.

A bunch of things broken in room. Lights, faucets, toilet seat. Door barely locked. Room key had to be reset at front desk nearly everyday. No shower curtain so water soaked whole bathroom. How do you not have a curtain??? Multiple families living in hotel long term in other rooms. Room was reasonably clean but very scetchy people everywhere.

I paid for 3 days in advance. I was very sick on the day of check in, and decided that I would check in the following day. Since I paid in advance, I figured there wouldn't be any issue with that.
The bum at the front desk mumbled around for 5 minutes, saying he didn't see my booking. After several minutes, they told me I couldn't check in for the entire stay....since I was about 10 hours past the check in.
I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to go to hotels.com for a refund. I spent a frustrating hour on the phone with hotels.com going nowhere. I talked with the manager of hotels.com support and he just gave me a hard time. He said that he was capable of giving me a refund, but literally just sat on the phone for 15 minutes doing nothing. Didn't put me on hold...just sat there silent.
I just got off the phone with the fraud department of my credit card, they are going to refund me thankfully.
I reported this crap as fraud and just got my refund...sad that I had to go this route when they could of simply refunded me after I was not honored with the service I paid for.
DO NOT BOOK ON HOTELS.COM IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Didn’t stay here. I walked in and asked to cancel the reservation.
The building was sketchy, and the front desk was unmanned. There were two people in front of me but the sign said “back in five.”
Clerk seemed disinterested and was texting at the same time I was talking to her; she said I would get a refund.

Everything is bad about this hotel. The place is dirty, only one house keeping person. The lady at the front desk took an hour to show up because the police said she was dealing with an animal control issue. She finally shows up with an attitude. I got a room on the 3rd floor and when I got to the room the key didn’t work, this happens twice. I asked the front desk lay (ciera) to come and open it for me, maybe I was doing something wrong and she said she was too busy. Finally she gave me a different room but before doing that she said if I didn’t like it I could leave. I would of left but it was non redo and the funds if given back would arrive in 3 days which means I couldn’t get another room that night anywhere else.

The common areas were run down and filthy- garbage in the hallways, spilled drinks and cigarette butts along with random abandoned items. Room seemed ok at FitOn terms of cleanliness but on closer inspection there were nooks and crannies with accumulated dirt/debris. Bed cover had holes in it. Mattress was sunken and had broken springs. Sink in bathroom sprayed water everywhere with each use. Will not return.

We booked a deluxe room a few days before we arrived and when we got there, our room wasn’t ready, waited an hour after check in time, then we get put into a room that is small because they didn’t have any more rooms available even tho we booked a deluxe and smells like cigarettes and didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. Beds are so uncomfortable. We left within 30 minutes.

Upon Check in, apparently we were given the wrong room. Which was completely mishandled the next morning.
We left the property in the morning to get breakfast and while we were gone, our personal items were removed from our room, except for our pizza.
We were accused of not sleeping in a room we were authorized to stay in. We were accused of not being in the correct room, like we were homeless people.
The front desk staff gave us the key to the room and put us there, how were we not authorized to be in that room? It was paid for, we were given the key. We were registered guests!
Obviously, it was a confusing situation, especially when all of our belonging, minus the dominos pizza we ordered $50 (taken by Motel 6 staff) was gone when we returned from breakfast. So we wanted our belongings back and the house keeper told us they have them after the front desk said they did not.
We paid for 2 nights and got kicked off the property after the first night and because of the confusion over the front desk's mistake rather than an apology.
They were hostile and did not treat us like guests. I want my money back!
I want a full refund!
