The hotel is undergoing renovations. So while there were some supplies still left in the hallway, and some dirt on the ground, everything within the rooms were new and clean

They’re in the process of remodeling, so the lobby smells strongly of paint right now. The room itself was perfectly clean, though, the AC worked great, and staff was friendly.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke, which badly irritated my lungs and caused me breathing difficulty throughout my stay. Other guests were also super rude, carrying on speaking loudly at 11 pm and allowing babies to scream bloody murder at 2 am, causing me to have a terrible sleep quality. Very disappointed this stay compated to the last.

It was a great experience but one dislike I have is they only give out towels for 2 guest even if u have a party of 3 or 4 people.

It was lacking any amenities…very basic rooms, no hair dryer, no alarm clock, no refrigerator. The floors in the room were very dirty & our feet were dirty after walking on them. The towels had hair stuck on them. I didnt feel safe being a women with daughters staying there. The area was very nice but the motel didn’t feel safe. They had human trafficking signs on the wall & the checkin counter closed and then the person was behind a bulletproof window at night. This will be my 1 and only time staying at a Motel 6

Room was cold all night. Tried to set the room to 70•. But the thermostat would not work. Called the front desk. No one answered.then went to the desk. No answer

Small cozy room for one senior citizen male They were kind enough to put me on the ground floor , opposite side of I-55 and parked my car right outside my window. Easy , cheesey WIFI , and Thanks for the basic easy to navigate 70ish channel cable TV. Coffee only but worth the buck paid.

The room was still dirty, used a tips on the floor, pop bottles under the mattress. Dry blood on the sheets. The controller to the tv was broken. I’ve called and asked for new sheets, new blankets but because housekeeping wasn’t there, they could not help me. The lady at the front desk had an attitude when I asked for new sheets because of the blood as if it was our fault that it was there.. we checked everything before we even brought our things into the room.

Very outdated, with other very establishment hotels in the area, i would've thought Motel 6 would've atleast make an attempt to keep up with the times.

When I arrived my room temperature was 85°. They resolved the problem immediately. Unfortunately, at 4:30 in the morning I woke up to a 55° room. This is a "bare bones" accomodation.

I appreciated the friendly staff. I like how convenient the motel was off the highway. What I didn’t enjoy was the thin walls/windows because I was able to hear people outside screaming and being loud throughout the night.

I didnt like paying for two queen beds and getting two full size beds that shouldve been replaced trs ago and a over full trash can near the rear entrance.Nor did i like being treated like a criminal bye having to pay for room up front.i really dont blame Motel 6 for all of this i blame expedia for not explaing all this first.and i will never use either one of these services again i felt cheated on the beds,i felt belittled for having too pay up front have a nice day dont send me any more email please im not interested

I booked a non smoking room but i was given a smoking room with promise that the room will be changed to non smoking on or before 24hrs. All my effort to get my room changed were proved abortive for the whole 7days. Every where was smelling like daed animal. .

Staff was very nice but room was kind of dirty and the bed frames on both beds were broken so the beds were slanted. It was a short last second stay so I made it work but they definitely need some improvements made to the building.

Room was clean, and slept comfortably. Hallway smelled of cigarettes and pot in the morning.

Room was clean except the walls needed wiped down. This was expensive for no microwave or fridge in the room. Staff were pleasant. Definitely minimalist - no toiletries except soap, no hairdryer, no breakfast, no ironing board, no iron, just 1 thin blanket, very cheap mattress but it was OK. Blanket and sheet were put on the be inside out - so are they washing the blanket after every guest? Heat worked well and the microwave in the common area was helpful. Coffee in the morning was welcome but ground coffee was old. Motel 6 chain has been using a stinky cleaner but luckily it was just in the hallway when I was there.

From making reservations online to receiving the key to the room was a great encounter. The price was affordable especially it being a last minute trip.
