We were comfortable, it is nice they are pet friendly. The sprinklers are set for early evening leaving the pet area flooded. Very noisy outside with some sort of metal banging throughout the night. Not the hotel’s fault.

Nothing exciting. It's a motel 6. You know what to expect. The room is always clean. The staff is always friendly. No extra perks.

Unclean discusting place, feces smared on the back of the bathroom door, sheets absolutely nasty under the 1st one... I would never stay here again. Ps. They charged a $50 deposit which is released several days later... the sign in their office says $100 deposit...

I made my reservation online so once I got to the office all I needed was to show my ID and sign. The room was a little better than I'd read on the reviews. Very nice setup, was clean, and decor was cool. My real only complaint was the upstairs neighbors stomping excessively ALL night long and fighting and the VERY LOW toilet. Yes there was a homeless presence around but not on the property. Overall would come back.

Overall, it is a cheap hotel so it as expected. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean but there were roaches. There was an issue with our reservation but Yolanda fixed it quickly! She was very professional and courteous.

So rude. The manager was constantly aggressive towards my son, who is a very polite young man. Our room was flooded in the middle of the night due to a broken pipe. We moved all our wet stuff to another room ( unassisted) and that was it. No apologies, no refund, no discount, nothing. "Pet friendly" is not accurate. They allow pets, but we were treated like we were breaking some law. We are very responsible pet owners and keep everything clean, the maids really only needed to change the beds ( which have no comforters. Literally white sheets on top of white sheets) every other day. Everything was so run down. Stained tub, dirtiest floors, I mopped the room 3 times before they were clean with a Swiffer wetjet. Smallest rooms and the worst wifi in existence.

Dirty bathtub, homeless surrounding property , and approaching hotel rooms and approaching us in parking lot and coming up to vehicles knocking on car windows ,it’s not hotels fault , but needs to take better measures to keep property safer not with the price .

Convenient location - really nice Starbucks across the street - busy memorial holiday weekend meant noisy shuffling in and out of units upstairs.

The rooms were small and not very well maintained. The bathroom vent fan has a light that freaked my kids out had to make sure it wasn’t something else. The parking spaces are not too spacey, I had a 5x8 trailer and it just fit luckily there was parking space in the side of the building. A lot of homeless people at the plaza next room didn’t feel comfortable about it all night.

Was alright for what was advertised but there were no small body wash / shampoo bottles so showering was awkward with hand soap. Other than that it was solid and the staff were really nice.

The bathroom was dirty with hair around the tub & toilet. We were placed next to the noisy street. The only plus about this place is that it’s pet friendly.

Clean, friendly, little noisy. There are a lot of transients nearby so just be mindful, not the best part of Riverside.

Overall stay was manageable. Stayed in first floor. Hardly rested due to no sound proofing, thought the room upstairs was gonna fall through celing heard every sound. Front door was not alligned huge gap on side and under door. Sink had huge crack. Floor very dirty. Friendly front desk.

As soon as I walked into the non smoking room it smelled like smoke. Then I went into the bathroom and when I turned on the light a couple of roaches scattered. I immediately called the front office and was moved into another room but it was only slightly better.
