It was so bad we didnt even stay left at 1 am after arriving at 12 am

Paid extra to check in early and shortly after checking in, there was an explosion close by and The room only had half power so the bathroom light worked, but the TV didn’t work and the AC didn’t work from around 2 PM until 2 AM the next day when I asked about discount or the hotel extending something because of the power issue, I was told that only people that were staying over another night were being offered a discount

Dirty and broken items in the rooom looked like a drug dean by the people hanging around it and condition of the room . Very loud in the morning got woken up multiple times. Parking lot was sketch as well and felt unsafe parking our car outside

Check-in easy, friendly man. Office and room smelled like stale cigarette. That part bad. He gave us a room on ground floor with our car right by our door. That was the good part. Bed hard but not lumpy. NOISY. Dog howling for its humans. Right next to freeway offramp. That noise didn't slow down until after midnight. A lot of coming and goings going late into night. Very sketchy. Decided to sleep in clothes if something came up. Pluses:TV worked well except hard to hear over freeway noise. Instant hot water and water pressure in shower super strong. Will never stay at this motel 6 again

The motel suffers a bit from certain customers littering, loitering, etc. But, all in all my room was clean, I slept well, I was safe, and it was truly dog friendly.

Just off the freeway. Loud. Lots of sketchy characters walking around. Room felt unclean, we slept in our clothes and left early in the am. The young man/ attendant who checked us in was warm, friendly and expedient. He is the reason we stayed!

Not a bad stay, not a great stay. Lots of freeway noise. Dog area small and kind of icky. Crowded. One bed not great, the other okay. The price was the best thing about it.

Worst stay in my life , motel was dirty ,old stains on entrance piece of carpet, graffiti on tv stand ,requested non smoking room but toilet seat cover, bahtub had cigarette marks on it, disgusting motel, also door did not close all the way , lots freeway noise can't sleep , motel looks like its falling apart, STAY AWAY...nothing good on this property. First and last time on this motel..

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I do wish others would clean up after their pets. This motel does not charge for pets which is an amazing perk. Guests though should not abuse this though and take the time to clean up after their pet who is being allowed to stay at no cost.

This is a great place to tay, this place has been remodeled and they are still making improvements. I really enjoyed my stay here and I slept really well it was so quiet. It's also very clean and the beds are comfortable too. The customer service from everyone who works here is excellent and they are very nice, that's very important to me on my travels. They make you feel right at home, I will definitely be staying again. This location is close to everything including a Casino across the street.

While the cost wasn't that much, the room would've been better if there was another outlet somewhere closer to the beds, and if there'd been enough towels in our room to begin with.

People outside, screaming in the middle of the night can hear your neighbors TV. People talking loudly walking through the hallways. Did not take a shower it looked old and grungy in the ceiling look like it was about ready to fall in. And never once have I ever been asked for a cash deposit and tell my stay there at the Sparks Motel 6

First off, the front desk staff are amazing from morning to late night the service was excellent. I previously resided locally in Reno/Sparks and was very familiar with the Motel 6, whatever recent changes they’ve put forth has paid off. The roooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable for my family, and they’ve done a great job at minimizing unwelcome activity/noise. Whenever I visit the City again, I’ll be returning!

AC didn’t work well, curtain rod was broken, inside weather strip was broken so we could see daylight come under the door, no counter to set toiletries in the bathroom, and it smelled bad.

H/C advertised rooms need to have space to get wheelchair or walker through door into the bathroom . Door should not be blocked by a bed. Doesn't matter how well set up BR is if you can't get into it!

The staff had to deal with a situation beyond their control (broken water main-city) and they kept us informed when it would be fixed. That was appreciated.

This property is in serious disrepair. The pool is permanently closed. A support beam holding the second floor was literally broken in two. The bathroom door would not close. There were barely any outlets in the room. The mattresses were barely sleep able. The hot water worked and was literally the only bright spot. The staff required a $60 cash deposit which was unannounced and they didn't offer a receipt for the deposit until I insisted. The location was absolutely ideal. They should level the property and build a new hotel on the lot.
