The hotel cancelled our reservation, which we had already paid for, at 8pm. We were on a flight and landed at 9pm to a voicemail saying that they didn’t have any rooms. They then proceeded to tell my husband that if we wanted a refund we’d need to come in to the front desk. Fortunately, hotels.com took care of the refund.

This was the worst Motel 6 I’ve stayed at in my life. The rooms are absolutely filthy. The tubs in each room I was in during my stay were either falling about or needed to be respackled. Roaches were in every room I stayed in, and they have no rooms with a refrigerator or a microwave despite them being advertised on the website. The worst part about my month long stay at this hotel is that I was forced off the property after the front desk person called and lied to the police saying I was fighting someone in my room. I was alone. And had gone without sleep due to insomnia, and not being able to sleep due to construction being done by n the room behind the one I was in. Not only was I humiliated, but I also did not receive the full refund I was entitled, after paying $430 for the we. I was told my room was being converted to the daily rate since I was checking out early. The general manager is a sad excuse for a manager, and it shows in how the motel looks. There is no housing keeping, and there are never fresh towels or sheets. So you’ll have to do your own laundry, and the laundry room is always out of order. The ice machines leak constantly, so you’re very likely to slip and fall. Had I not been in such a bad position I would’ve never continued to stay here.

We were given room 278. We walked in it has 2 beds as requested but only 1 single pillow total. The tv was on.....the bathroom floor smells like a dog or cat was in there and peed on the floor. The stench was too much to take. There also was no shower curtain in there! We were given a second room. 2 beds, 4 pillows, and a shower curtain. We slept and then left.

upon signing in , i noticed the office was old and filthy . the room was absolutely disgusting and water pressure was ,at most, a mere drip . put our belongings back in car and left . Not much flac from office as I'm sure it happens quite often . Were I you , i would not associate my name with this motel .

The hotel is outdated, the room and bathroom were not clean. There were cockroaches. The tub would not drain properly. For a last minute reservation for an unforeseen stay, it got the job done, mainly cause just needed a place to crash that wouldn't break the bank, but wouldn't book again.

The property is extremely run down, as are the rooms and everything inside. TV not working, no water pressure, doors in disrepair, thred bare towels. Just aweful. After we left, my husband mentioned a few bugs, too.

Terrible, and I would not recommend this hotel. Dirty toilet, bath tub had a crack in it and when my sister showered it opened up. Only 1 toilet paper that was at the end. Dirty windows. TV didn't work kept cutting out. Disgusting.

The rooms were so disgusting that we requested a refund and did not stay. The first room looked like someone had at some recent point tried to kick in the door. The bathtub/shower had been spraypainted. There were stains on the comforter. The second room we were shown had black mold on the tub and walls and the bathroom floor was flooded. The walls of the third room were covered in mold. The only redeeming quality was the staff. The ladies working there were very kind and accommodating. They understood that there was no way we would stay there.

I had two rooms booked through hotels.com because me and my family, along with my elderly father, had to evacuate the east coast due to hurricane Milton. I had even spoken with the general manager two days prior that I was definitely coming. She said no problem. After driving over 7 hours in bumper to bumper traffic, we arrived at the hotel and they had canceled my reservations that day and gave them to other guests. What a way to leave a family and an elderly man with no chance to use their hotel. They never even called to tell us. I had to scramble because everywhere that had affordable prices was booked solid, due to so many evacuee’s. I got lucky and was able to find two rooms about 45 minutes north of motel 6, but it was in a very rough and dangerous neighborhood. They should be embarrassed about what they did to my family and so many more.

I was evacuating hurricane Milton. Got the welcome reservation Email around 2 pm and I arrived around 7pm to find out they overbooked. They turned me around plus 2 others parties I believe they don’t deserve any business from anyone because they prove me they will overbook even on state of emergency situation. Which left me with no options but to stay in my car because everything was sold out. Horrible stay away!!!

Hotel canceled my reservation while I was en route, evacuating my home due to a pending hurricane. It would have been helpful to have a warning when booking that reservation is not guaranteed if not paid in full at time of reservation, although “reservation” literally means that I am reserving a room. Additionally, it might have been helpful to receive a cancellation notice by text or email, rather than being told on arrival, after a five hour drive. Luckily, I was able to secure a much nicer accommodation elsewhere, so my dogs and I weren’t forced to sleep in my car during a hurricane.

Stay Away!! This Place had roaches!.the nightstand had been ripped from the wall as well as the phone. I saw blood drops on the floor. The matress was ripped. The lights on the vanity were out. The bathtub was dirty and had some stranger's hair.The musty smell is really bad.The police was there late at night . I booked 2 nights I left after the first night. This place was a nightmare to say the least.

There were permanent residents sitting outside close to rooms talking, playing music late in the night and early morning. The room smelled heavily of CBD. One of the residents kept knocking loudly on the room door next to mine even after asking him to stop. The staff was no help.

Nadia, Linda, the GM, and Parissa has always been highly professional and accommodating me during my 3 week stay. I checked out of 106 today and I highly recommend staying here. A very quiet and safe location very close to Dania and Hollywood beach. You can’t beat the price and location! Thank you for all that you all did for me during my stay!

The woman at the counter, Nyasha, was friendly. Given room 124. Upon arrival, could see rodents scurring into and hiding in the door frames. Got into room, observed 2 lizards and a mouse in 3 minutes. Absolutely gross. Walked back to car, then returned to front desk, asked for a refund and was told management would deal w it next day. Place is a wasteland, not children. Photos are highly inaccurate. Kindly requested a refund, was told manager would call me next day, but have been getting response. Place is a fraud.
