Leaving at 3am because of ROACHES

ROACHES. Lots of roaches. Also ran into a prostitute doing drugs in the stairwell. Left as fast as I could.

We love staying at Studio 6. Property is kept clean and has a lovely garden area. The staff are fabulous.

Very quiet area, off the busy streets, no road or other noise. Very clean. Staff was super helpful. Offered a clean bed, clean bathroom and quiet nights sleep. That's 10/10 in my book.

Revised: they rejected my initial review, although it did not break any of their guidlines, so obviously they simply do not wish to post my review as it has negatives as well as positives. Ive therefore changed my 4 star rating to 1. I am not changing the review, just adding this to it. When checking in, there are two offices. Gps directed me to the first. There was already a lady there arguing with check in, because they were overbooked and sold out and didnt have her room. The check in employee essentially said sorry oops, find another room. When she told me the same, i called the corporate line and we learned that my reservation was in the other office. She should have checked this for both reservations instead of me checking and should have offered to find the other woman a room. However, at the other office, when our cat. Had hidden somewhere in the room, the employee, also working entirely alone, left his post to help us find her. He was very nice. The room was good, aside from the floor being dirty and havin NO kitchen emplements whatsoever, not even soap or a sponge and the bathroom had no shampoo or anything, just one bar of soap.

THE GOOD: ▪︎The staff is very accomodating and respond to requests promptly. I was pleased with the studio apartment. It is neat and clean and also smells good THE BAD : ▪︎The comforter had a couple cigarette burns ▪︎ 4 small roaches came crawling about during the night, i tried to kill them but they went back into hiding. ▪︎ The window curtain needs to be washed

I did not stay I ended up getting a refund and leaving. The property from the outside is nothing like the inside, this is a motel not a hotel. Easily fooled. I requested a 2nd floor room and upon arrival received a 1st floor. I was told there were no more 2nd floors. The first room smell was over baring with cigarette smoke with the window upon walking in. Phone didn’t work and was dirty, window didn’t lock, room felt dirty and sticky, bathroom was just as poor. My boyfriend and I went back to the first desk and expressed the situation. This time magically there was a second floor room available. We went to the 2nd room and it was just as bad and this time the window didn’t even close. We requested a refund and ended up driving 3hours back home at 11pm. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This was a clean place with a new mattress and did not smell musty and you could even open the window lol it was kept in great shape. The staff was good but the neighborhood is a little ghetto lol but I had no problems. Great day.

Do not recommend

I paid $143. I thought I would save money, but I didn't. There is no breakfast, so I had to drive around to find breakfast and pay for that for three teenage boys. We lost about 40 minutes doing that, and we were in a hurry in the morning to get to a college visit. There wasn't even a cup of coffee in the lobby. The night before we had to drive into the town to find dinner. This motel is not within walking distance of the town. In town, we couldn't find parking. We lost about half an hour looking and ended up paying for parking. Then it was too late to go to the restaurant we wanted and we ended up eating late at a more expensive place. The motel serves as a residence for many folks, so there is a lot of activity around the grounds like you would expect from an apartment building. Someone was coughing a lot all night and my son wasn't able to sleep. Also the man living in the room next door was cooking in the buff with his door propped open enough so we could see him when walking in the hall. The staff was friendly and the room we stayed in was clean. I didn't feel unsafe. The other place in town that we missed out on had a pool, breakfast, and parking. We would have been in more of a hotel environment and we ultimately wouldn't have paid more. We would have saved a lot of time both in the evening in terms of dinner and parking, and in the morning. We probably lost two hours driving around looking for parking and the breakfast place. We probably spent an extra $50 on breakfas

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel guests are also very friendly. Rooms and property are clean, it is quiet! Beautiful outdoor garden to sit in. All in all a positive experience.

Very nice room with kitchenette. Clean and modern. Would stay again! Good value for price.

It was good not bad

Stay was terrible couldn’t sleep with roaches coming out. The best thing was Irfan who had a welcoming personality.

Ripped up furniture, uncomfortable bed, cockroaches on the bathroom, place smelled like mildew.

This property requires a very special kind of traveler. Not recommended for the general public.

It was in a okish area but you definitely have some people of questionable character hanging about the property. The water pressure in the shower is all but non existent making it very hard to shower. Bathtub will not hold water. Air-conditioning is barelay operational. Mattresses are poor quality. Totally expect better from the motel6 brand. 1/10 would not recommend this hotel.

A great customer service and the room was super clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my mini vacation.

My room which was 248 was full of roaches. It was disgusting I saw at least 20 roaches all together

It was pretty good for a one-night stay. There was a couple roaches in our room but only two that I saw plus I think there's people living there. There was loud music playing all night.

Property employees excellent Property have Roaches And along with berry lower class people Every night police are there one person call the police every night that is annoying i have my 2 kids with me and my wife is not fine

This property was infested with roaches every room that I was placed in had roaches in it their response when I came down and said there was roaches in my room oh, will send maintenance up to your room in the morning. Is that helping me tonight?

They had roaches and mice and have people smoking weed in the hallway not a good Comfortable stay

Roaches all over the room, Burn holes in bedding, stains on the walls and mirror. Foul smells in the hallways, AC unit did not work properly.

The property was completely fine it was Expedia that overbooked their hotel so I'm left here at 9:00 at night with no reservation trying to find a refund on my card so I can get a hotel someplace else

this place has the most nicest staff. from the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone is amazing here.

The hotel was touted as newly renovated. It was, but AC didnt work, bugs every where, cigarette burns in the comforter. People were smoking weed, drug addicts outside and road noise all night

There was dog poop on the carpet by the entrance and smeared by the door to the entrance for two days. There was pee towels and poop covered towels and trash covering the front entrance for a day and a half… there was roaches in my room and they refused me towels on several occasions telling me to “come back at a more convenient time” the elevator barely works so be ware if you are handicapped.

Didn't have an elelvator and had roaches. A roach crawled on the bed while i was on it.
