Room linens weren't changed prior to me arriving. Therefore making me change my own sheets, just to be comfortable.

The check in was basic, slow, but basic, no smiles, no energy. The walk to my room was strewn with trash. There was a stack of room trash cans by the stairs I had to pass. The pool was green and giving off an odor I could smell from the walkway outside my room. Cigarette burns in both blankets, filthy tub, cracks in the paint in the wall, no remote for TV, faint algae odor, and when a roach walked across my headboard, I left. Did not stay the whole night. I cleaned the tub, had a shower, and left. Never to return. God I wish I had taken pictures.

Need a lot clean up around property and room too as need upgrade as saw alive roaches in room and bedsheets are dirty too

DO NOT BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I do not understand how this place is open or on this site. Read the Google reviews. There is sooooo much I can say abt this place. Roaches, stained towels, burn holes in sheets……ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
2.3
Disgusting from start. Clerk could not coherently give directions to my room, had to drive around property several times because there were no signs indicating where groups of room numbers were. I parked by nearest likely stairs only to find those stairs boarded up & inaccessible. The wood boards were rotting. Had to walk all the way around the building to find a safe set of stairs. It was pitch dark very unsafe. I wanted a refund at that point but they clearly stated no refund. The bolt on room door was very difficult. Long strips of veneer peeling off furniture. Next day i saw the advertised pool had greenish brown water. You could not pay me a thousand dollars to stay there again.

WORSE HOTEL TEXAS
ROOM & BATH FULL ROACHES
2.3
The room was a disaster. Roachs running around at night, shower rod falling down, graffiti on the walls and night stand, no smoke alarm, vent in bathroom pushed in, toilet seat dirty needs to be replaced, no refrigerator, wood floors were dirty, pool water was black with algae, no spare towels, other rooms around mine were boarded up, other rooms had broken windows which did not seem safe. Charged $60 per night I would have requested a refund if I was not on a bicycle trip.

Not good
2.3
Check-in staff was very impersonable
2.3
The photos are not current

You are not allowed to have any company in your room which was unrealistic being I was from the area. The laundry room smelled like urine and the microwave used in the lobby by all guests was filthy.

I Came to Visit Family So When I Got In My Room I Showered & Left When I Came Back I Pulled Back My Sheets And There Were Bloos Stains On My Sheet I Asked If I Could Have Clean Ones The Man Told Me No Said That I Should Have Came 5 mins Within Check In , None Of the Small Lamps Work , & My Toilet Kept Stopping Up I Had to Plung It Like 3x Throught the Night

I was told that I needed to call Expedia and talk to them because they had no booking under my name. Then they asked me what price I paid for my reservation and he told me yeah that’s the problem I didn’t pay enough and that Expedia would refund my money. I tried to show him my confirmation number and receipt and everything, even called the number from the listing and spoke to him on the phone while standing in person. Terrible experience especially given every other hotel was sold out and then having to drive to New Orleans and spend even more money on a hotel

Non smoking room had burn holes in sheets, stains on towel, dead bugs in corner, trash in garbage can, red liquid stains in wall, bathtub was all colors from being dirty to mildew on shower curtain, smell of room was cigarettes and must, random homeless people hanging out by your door constantly, pool was green. Tried to get refund, another customer interrupted me and started beating on glass yelling and cussing so staff retuned with cussing. I left immediately for my safety. We returned to try and get our money back but now they refused since it had been over 20 minutes, they literally had a drive by shooting at the Adult store parking lot that was 50 feet from the check in window while talking with them. I was there for concert so price hike for the $58 hotel cost me $253. Grosses hotel ever.

The toilet didn't work.
The icebox was full of old food and not plugged up.
No wall cover over the light plugs.
Was dirty.
No tv
Beds looked like they never washed the covers.
Management didn't care about any of it.
It was overall trashy place.

I've NEVER in my life been to such a nasty hotel! I seriously can't believe EXPEDIA keeps them on their site. The 1st red flag should have been the NO REFUNDS sign posted on check in window. There was nothing to be liked about this place!!! 2 minutes into check in process fire alarms on every floor starting going off. (My best guess after seeing our room was someone caught the bed on fire with a cigarette.) Our original room was on the backside of the hotel.... IF THOSE WALLS COULD TALK.... approximately half of the windows were busted out on the backside....some boarded up, some NOT! As soon as we rounded the corner we knew we weren't actually going to spend the night, but I needed a place to change my clothes for concert. After lugging our suitcase upstairs, the key card wouldn't work (the batteries were dead in the card reader, but no one could comprehend what I was saying after I walked BACK to the office so they just gave us another room.) We spent roughly 15 minutes in the room and checked out. I didn't argue with these people about a refund as I was about to fulfill a bucket list item and didn't want my night ruined. I will gladly provide pics if there is an option for that!!!

terrible place. door locks broken , stained sheets , used condoms around hotel. just straight up nasty.
2.3
all thought it was night time the closed pool looked like an overflowing toilet. With floating debree in it. The elevator didn't work, there was trash around the parking lot. They stored broken dismantled window AC units at the top of the stairs. The lights didn't work in my room with the exception of the bathroom. The room was dirty and the room smelled smokey and had cigarette burns and stains in the comforter The ceiling was also pealing and coming down.the walls had been spackled and it was unpainted. So I didn't stay at the super 6:inn suites

I was very tired and just wanted to sleep but someone or something already been creeping in that bed! I have never seen such a gross misrepresentation of the truth between the pictures online and the true reality of this hell hole. I will forever suffer from hotel anxiety disorders after this experience. I only got a few pictures on the run as I feared for my life. I don’t know if Louisiana has a health department checking up on hotels but this place needs to be condemned! Days later when I think of this experience I feel itchy. Run away, far away, the farther the better!!!

The safety lock on the inside of our door was broke and several times someone went by and jiggled the door handle and then I was awoken in the night by someone trying to get in and knocking on my door and then this happened three other times I called the front desk and he said he sent someone down to my room and everything was fine and then he hung up on me so I called him back 30 seconds later and I said how could you send someone down when I am in the back of the hotel that’s not time for anyone to get down here which it was actually more than 30 seconds I looked on my time it was two minutes. And he just hung up on me again and so I’m texting my friends asking what to do and I have my daughter that attends Lsu staying the night with me there in the hotel room and then someone come by and pounded on our window and so I ended up calling 911 and she called a coworker to come and escort us to our carThis is a very dangerous hotel and the cop that showed up to escort me to my car told me this is the worst hotel in the area It’s known for sex Trafficking anddrugs and prostitution In crime and sewage leaking out in the road and the pool was nothing but a green soupy stagnant mess. There was nasty hair all over the bedding and the pillows and the towels I took bleach wipes and wiped everything down

I served in the military for 23 years. I've slept in tents, sardine can housing, on the concrete under bombers, in warehouses, gym floors, on cots, hotels all over the world, on shipping containers, the back of trucks... I can sleep pretty much anywhere.
This hotel was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. First, it was in the hood (there was an active police crime investigation occurring when we arrived at 0100). The attendant was behind bullet proof glass. He was polite, though. When we got to the room, the floor was wet. The ceiling had water damage and black mold, the bed had stains on it, the floor had debris all over it, there was no fire alarm, there was some nasty brown substance on one of the walls, no headboard on the bed, chewing gum stuck to the wall where the headboard should be, no towell in the room to shower. I snapped a few pics to show the inside of the room. Not only was the room disgusting, it didn't meet minimum safety requirements to even keep my dog in.
At about 0200, someone knocked on my door and tried to open it. At that point, I decided I'd rather leave and make the drive home rather than have to engage in a gunfight in a hotel room that I paid in excess of $250 for! Outside condition wasn't any better than the inside. Mold and mildew everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere, pool was black and unkept. I'm not trying to get something for free, but I don't think it's right to be charged for a room Icouldn't sleep in.

Just straight up nasty!!! Roaches crawling all over the place! I’m handicap and requested a bottom floor instead of the 3rd floor where he was trying to put us… he opened a handicap room to discover roaches all on the bed and floor! He would not refund my money!!!

This whole property is the worst I have ever seen. The rooms were so dirty (holes in pillow cases, stain on sheets, dirty towels, etc.) We were super tired and could not stay there. Office manager is a terrible person. To top it all off, they would not refund my payment. This hotel should not be on the Expedia site. It really makes Expedia look bad!
