We loved the hotel, room was perfect and clean at all times, staff professional, excellent breakfast

Nice rooms in the Center of Lido di Jesolo. It’s a shame the lack of a swimming pool. On the overall the hotel it’s a nice hotel and the peoples are kind and gentle

We are traveling with bikes. Hotel Marco Polo were very accommodating to our needs. They gave us a place to assemble the bikes and agreed to let us store the bike cases until we return a month from now. The beeakfast was also fabulous!

It’s was quiet, clean and private. The person at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I will choose this hotel next year when I return for another Karate tournament with my daughter.

The owner/wife and male at the front desk need lessons in good customer relations and effective communications. Both were very abrasive and nasty. It is possible to rigidly stand firm on the conditions of the reservation without resorting to that behavior and, instead, saying, "I'm very sorry, but...." (1) I was not feeling well and wanted to go home instead of staying the second night. I asked if they would be willing not to charge me the second night. (2) I booked a triple room because it was the only one available and was able to get a single room when I arrived. While I appreciate being given a different room, I asked that the rate I was being charged would be adjusted accordingly. Both were met with aggressive, snotty responses. Apparently, greed trumps good customer relations. Additionally, the bed was very hard and I awoke with a stiff back; one of the light bulbs next to the bed was burned out; I had to ask about internet, breakfast hours, and beach access.rather than being given that info at check in; I could not identify which beds on the beach belonged to Marco Polo ("M.P." was marked in black marker on the frame of the beds and only two were on the front row closest to the beach); and I was told I needed to provide my own beach towel when info in the room indicated I could rent one. On top of all this, the rate was not cheap! Do NOT book this hotel!

The room we stayed in was clean and provided everything you would need for a short trip to Jesolo.
The staff was extremely nice from beginning Til end and always greeted us with a friendly face.
The beach, restaurants and clubs were easy to reach. Furthermore the hotel offered parking facilities.
All in all I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

good location for restaurants, shops, beach etc. clean hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for beach stay near Venice.

Hotel was small, clean and friendly although not directly on the beach. It was a shame there was no bar or place to eat after breakfast. A good thing to watch out for is the booking of airport transfers...the service is offered but needs to be confirmed by email with plently of advance notice.

Hotel Marco Polo is a peach sorbet-like affair. This is a 2nd-tier property, 5 mins from room to beach and very own umbrella & lounge set. MP is no US warehouse-like vacation resort. It's quaint, Italian style, but Spartan: 1 terry & 1 cloth towel per guest, reluctantly replaced; extra towels=extra charge; no beach towels; 1 tiny freebie soap, reluctantly replaced; no shampoo, conditioner, lotion. No coffeemaker, no el. kettle, no wi-fi. Small fridge is inefficient, as is AC unit. Breakfast is a stingy buffet with bad coffee. Resort prices in town are norm. People-watching is free :) Venice proper is easily accessible by public transportation even for us West Coast people who have not been on a bus since elementary school. Ignore lack of US amenities. We had the best vacation here. God willing, we'll return.

We spent an enjoyable 4 nights in the Marco Polo Hotel, we had an excellent welcome and was most impressed with the room, it was large, airy and spotlessly clean as was all of the Hotel. It was only a short walk from the beautiful beach and minutes from excellent restaurants an ideal place to stay. Hoping to spend another 4 nights there next September.

The Hotel Marco Polo is situtated at the posher end of Lido di Jesolo. The management were very helpful allowed us to drop luggage before check-in time. We wanted a stop-over between Croatia and Marco Polo Airport, Venice for 2 nights. The hotel was a gem in a barren desert. Besides the sea - not much to do in Lido, except shop, eat. No parks nearby, just a strip development which extends for 4 miles. Pretty boring in comparison with Venice. Next time might stop at Mogliani, a town on the train route North of Venice. Tranport to Airport - okay from local bus station - its interesting because you can observe the effects of the sea on the landscape - how they are interlocked.

Jesolo is a fairly new town and seems to have been built purely as a tourist beach resort, so don't come here for Italian culture and history! But it's great for families - tons of good value restaurants and the usual souvenir shops, lovely sandy beach and clean sea, good for swimming. Felt very safe here. Mainly German not English tourists! Hotel Marco Polo was welcoming and modern, and our room was fairly large and comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable (fruit, toast, cereal, cheese/ham, croissants) but served squash instead of juice, and they seem to have gone for many other cheapy options, which let it down! Also a tiny shower in bathroom! Otherwise a pleasant place to stay. About a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach - it's not right on the front.

We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived at the Marco Polo hotel. The warm, friendly welcome we received on arrival continued throughout our 10 night stay and the staff were always friendly, professional and very helpful - whether arranging airport transfers and excursions or advice on local amenities - We were even offered an umbrella when it rained! The hotel has a good location near the beach and to the main Jesolo stretch. A great location to visit nearby Venice, Verona and the Lakes. We found the hotel the perfect base for a quiet, relaxing and very enjoyable holiday.

Close to the sea, close to the bus station for making trip to Venice, right on the main street are just good points only from the location point of view. However, as this is a small hotel (like most of the hotels in Lido di Jesolo) you'll find very nice people to the reception and breakfast room ready to answer your questions. Hotel is having a private parking place. However, there was something that looked odd to me - to get the car in you need support from reception, but when leaving, barrier is autoopening right away.
2.5
hotel location excellent for beach and shops very clean and friendly staff description as of expedia but maybe room could have been a bit larger good value for the money though
