There was construction and a lot of blocked parking spaces. Other than that it wasn’t bad.

I would stay again

The exterior of the hotel was under renovation, so I’m not judging that, but the rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. I’ll try it again in about six months and see if it gets any.

Very nice

Was unaware of the construction & paving that was happening to our hotel & neighboring businesses that took place all thru the out the night til 4:45 am both nights, not a wink of sleep. On top of that someone parked a freezer box truck that had to stay running for the freezer to work right outside our window that was ridiculously loud so add that to the workers yelling at each other & the back up beeps every 15 seconds it was a nightmare. They had just enough parking for us to be packed in like sardines on top of nasty trash cans w/styrofoam pellets blowing like a snowstorm all in my van that was just detailed($300 right down the drain)& filthy from the paving being done w/in feet of the only place to park & last but not least they had no handicapped entrance available for my mother & another guest w/a wheelchair due to their own construction & when I asked for a concession for these issues I was told no because I booked online. In my opinion have an alternative concession for a future stay for these very valid mishaps instead of being so greedy & making the customer feel like it sucks to be you. If he would have offered maybe a 20% off your next stay he would have gotten a 5star review because I understand he has little control over what’s not on his property. For the record it was just myself caring for my elderly handicapped mother & grandgirls ages 2&9.

Construction

Room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The property was under construction and construction equipment took up more than half of the parking places. Our room had squeaky floorboards and one when you stepped on it made the carpet rise about 4 in away. They couldn't find my reservation through Orbitz and have now double charged to be and I'm trying to get them to refund the amount they charged. The bright spot was the cleaning team who actually didn't bug us to death and was always willing to provide clean sheets or anything we needed.

The hotel was completely under renovation. We got locked IN our room and had to pass tools through window to get ourselves out. They did switch us rooms. We were suppose to be refunded for last night as our plans changed and the staff had no idea how to do that. Claimed he would take care of it but that was a lie. And our bill was almost $100 higher than what Expedia said it would be!!

I liked the staff very polite and helpful

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was very friendly. Pool needed some attention but was okay.

Room was nice could use an update - carpet was frayed - quiet location

The staff were great. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the laundry room, where the washer [& dryer] ran nearly continuously - the very loud & seemingly perpetually unbalanced washer. There was also what sounded like a toddler doing gymnastics above us, and ants that were coming from the wall shared with the laundry room, who didn't seem to care about our bag of trash, but swarmed to our [closed & properly stored] box of leftover pizza & bag of breadsticks.

The beds are not very comfortable and my back is aching.

Very loud

Nice room, loved the breakfast options. Did not like the motion sensor lights in the bathroom - particularly in the middle of the night! Only other complaint was that both drawers of the two-drawer chest would not remain closed and would open entirely. Needs to be leveled to keep someone from getting injured or tripping.

My only complaint was there was no soap in the bathroom for hand washing which I thought was strange Our key cards were not working and the front desk told us it’s because we had placed the cards next to a magnet device (we did not) not exactly friendly

Check in was very efficient- staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hotel room looked exactly as described. If you stay in a room facing the highway, there is a lot of road noise.

Our stay was almost perfect. We arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed until the day after Christmas. We have family in the area and we were visiting them. The hotel was almost deserted, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast of good quality on Christmas morning, although not as big a selection as the following day. This was understandable, since the staffing was somewhat sparse on the holiday. The room was well equipped and the staff was very attentive to our request for an extra towel set. All worked out very well.

Lack of housekeeping services

Has never been updated. No outlets in rooms, very noisy rooms both from inside and outside. Bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was cheerful, helpful and professional.

Hotel needed major updating. Carpet worn, drapes outdated, tub chipped, and toilet seat loose. Front desk service was friendly and professional.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff member who worked the evening shift was exceptionally courteous and professional. She was also a pleasure to speak with.

Staff was great. The cleanliness and damp sheets were disappointing. We pre checked in and did not get a text our room was ready until after 5pm. and check in is 3pm?

Checking in was a hassle. I was told that EXPEDIA people had to wait until all those that has REAL reservations was in. The listing clearly shows a hot tub yet there isn't one. When I said this i was told tough by JENNIFER at the desk. No apology nothing so we checkout the next day to find a place WITH a hot tub. Very disappointed with that whole day. However, checkout was a different person who apologized about the hot tub and all. I definately will not be back. I only got that room for a hot tub all day the next day.. A hot tub by the pool.

Very clean room. Well maintained. I would stay here again.
