Very nice hotel with sea views. Beautiful, spacious room with balcony. Tub and shower. Lots of functional space for clothes and beach goodies. Separate toilet space. Nice breakfast selection included with the room, but breads were not great. Wonderful pool and sauna area though. Walkable to all things Ostende. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were mostly all very friendly (a few in the bar could be a bit more welcoming). The service was great. The breakfast was very nice. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

The hotel is in an excellent location right at the beach. The sea-view rooms are perfect for watching the sun-set. Lovely, modern swimming pool. The hotel is in great condition (although one of the lights in our room did not work properly).
The staff is generally friendly, however the night Porter at reception was not particularly helpful when it came to helping out with food delivery. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance of the ongoing building work to the lifts, which made the stay during day-times between 9am and 6pm rather disturbed and unpleasant (loud drilling and banging noises). The building work is ongoing for all of March, so I would recommend not staying until the end of March 2021 if you’re looking to spend time in your room during the day, particularly as the hotel does not offer a discount for stays during the building works.

The hotel location by the beach in Oostende is very convenient. It also has a spa section with all the necessities to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The restaurant and breakfast is of good quality. A good place to stay, centrally located.

Bad rating is for hotels.com/expedia! Booked 13 rooms for 3 nights and the hotel charged me all for 4 nights! Even after complaining to both hotel & expedia I still did not receive back the +\- 2200€. If something goes wrong in the communication between the hotel & expedia, it should not be the customer who suffers from this. Really dissapointing after more than 6 years booking through this site...
Second note is that it’s very weird booking directly through the hotel is 30€/night more expensive than booking through hotels.com. Not really good Customer Service from the hotel’s part.

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable although in common with a lot of Belgium hotels a little basic with very little frills. Very good position on the seafront and central to other parts of Ostend. No restaurant but many within a short walk.

A very brief stay, only 1 night - possibly the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, a big well done from me and immaculately presented. Excellent TV with international channels. Warm and comfortable as i travelled in the winter time, amazing view from Breakfast Room. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again on next visit.

Nice hotel on the boardwalk with great swimming pool and good breakfast. Family room was a bit tight but clean with a very large balcony and a good view of the city. Parking was a bit expensive €20-25. Friendly staff. Good for kids. We will definitely return.

We always book a room with sea view, we love being able to open the curtains and there is the sea. Lovely breakfast room overlooking the beach. Good choice of food. Nice bar and outside area where we enjoyed a couple of cocktails. Love it. Would not stay anywhere else.

Staff was very nice and accommodating to our requests--early check-in and late check out.
Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast room was moved to a new location within the hotel and was completely updated. The food was very good.

I had stayed before at this hotel and knew what to expect. I was in a room with a sea view and wanted to use the swimming pool and Jacuzzi to improve my fitness. I used these facilities while the children were at breakfast and had breakfast at 1030 which was a reasonable hour. The staff were friendly without being too unctuous.
