Toilet didn't work, tv didn't work. Couldn't get another room So I left after half hour and went to a different Hotel.

I honestly wouldnt recommend staying here. The beds were uncomfortable there was a weird scent that more than half of us were allergic to. The breakfast as cereal or a waffle. And I witnessed the milk sitting out all morning til 1230 pm

The indoor remodel of rooms was a huge upgrade as well as new paint in hallways and outside. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Now as soon as they clean up the grounds around the building and fix concrete up a little. I know its a work in progress. We will definitely stay there again.

This was the most run down & dirty Wyndam Property Ive ever seen. People sleeping on couches in the lobby I felt like i was in another country.. VERY run down, I was surprised my vehicle was still there in the morning. Had to call to wake up employees for any service. If you wanted breakfast you had to eat in the entrance hallway. Never again!

The motel shows a lot of deferred maintenance. Hall way carpets dirty, & worn. Rooms heating and AC unit dirty and outdated. Bathroom tub area needed replacing. This motel didn’t meet our expectations for a Wyndham recommended motel!

Seemed like the man at front desk was doing everything...front desk, cleaning, grounds, repairs. He was really nice and let us change rooms when TV was broken. Truthfully the hotel was better than I thought it would be. Still too expensive at over $200 for a MOtel 8.

Tv service was out to entire motel. Everything was old and worn out. By far the worst of all our 6 motels rooms on our trip. Staff was friendly but motel needs a major remodel and upgrade. Outside property was in very rough shape. I would not stay here again.

Beds were terrible. Couldn’t sleep. Poor upkeep of the facility. Shower looked dirty. Chipping paint on walls. Buttons were missing on heat/air conditioner, had to use the end of a pen just to adjust the air. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

I did not like the Hilton Garden prices for an overnight stay in a flophouse quality facility. The only reason I selected this motel instead of driving on through to another city was it was advertised as " By Wyndham". I expected a lot more with this advertising. I will place Wyndham properties on my "do not stay at" list. This review does not contain any of the reasons you cited as grounds for rejection.

I was able to reserve a room last minute but it was not worth it!. I paid well over going price for a Motel 8 at $202 for 1 night for 2 queen beds. Comforter felt like it was plastic. The tiny bathroom was so small, we could barely close the door to the toilet and shower room. The toilet was very short and not very accommodating for a 6'0 person or anyone over 150 poinds. The sink drain smelled like poop. The old air conditioner did not cool the room very well and was extremely loud. Very small area for "Continental Breakfast," which consisted of DIY belgin waffles, Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran, or oatmeal. Milk was left on the counter. Styrofoam plates and bowls with plastic forks and knives that cut the styrofoam plate when trying to cut waffle.Only option for a drink was cofee or tea. Pluses:The ice machine worked well and there was 24 hour front desk.

I don’t leave reviews often but with how Terrible this was I hope people read these. The front desk clerk and rude, barely even greeted ne aside to ask if we had pets and to make sure I paid online. Otherwise didn’t tell us our room just threw our keys at us. Breakfast was stale cereal and waffles and that was it. With milk just sitting out in the counter. The AC in our room didn’t work so it was extremely hot, it felt like I was sleeping on a hard wood floor, there was hair in the tub and sink and the sheets were stained yellow. Regardless of it being a cheaper hotel I should still have a clean room with all things working. This hotel is set back off the road and seems to have a lot of people who live here. Worst experience I have ever had

Disappointing, especially for the price. Looks like someone did a very cheap cosmetic fix a few years ago, lots of big areas of dirty caulk layers, peeling paint, the most minimal breakfast possible. Hubby had to go out at midnight and unplug tv near lobby to stop music.

Way way way way overpriced. The price was what I would expect from a 5 star resort not a grungy out of the way dump. But unfortunately I was exhausted and didn't want to start looking elsewhere at that time of night. I would never go to a super 8 again and I will tell my friends

This is an old building with a newer update on the outside. The step down in the back door to the floor is uneven...could cause someone to stumble or fall. Rm 112's old AC had a sour smell when only fan was running. Most limited breakfast option I've experienced..only waffles, cereal, coffee (lousy) and milk.

I could tell this hotel has not been kept up on maintenance wise. The carpet leading down the hallway to our room was covered in stains and marks all along the walls. Our room had tiles falling off the floor running board. There was a giant hole by our AC unit. When we drew the curtains it looks like moths have eaten many holes in them. Our shower was leaking and the shower head is at 5 feet. I had to have my husband help me with my shower because of this due to medical conditions I have I can't do back bends to wash my hair. The "continental breakfast " waffle, oat meal, fruit loops, raisin bran and coffee that tasted either burnt or old. I know we needed a pet friendly room but come on... Will never stay here again.

It was horrible the freezer didn’t work because there was ice build up so bad my wife couldn’t fit anything in it . The carpeting in the hallway was filthy . The bathroom had digs in the walls and the fan in the ceiling was loud and shook and there were large digs in the ceiling. The floors in the room were filthy. The work. It was it was loaded with ice. She couldn’t stick anything in.
