The hotel was very affordable and provided a well-stocked breakfast of omelets, bacon, sausage, pancakes and the usual, fruit, pastries and oatmeal. It was clean smelling and dis not allow pets.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool needed some cleaning and updates and the smell of marijuana was prevalent in the lobby and halls Throughout our stay. Other than that it got the job done.

This hotel is what I love about HIE all over the country. Systemic uniformity and the expectation of at least the minimum of the brands standards being kept. This little hotel isn’t the newest, and is in the most inconvenient location to get to the parking lots (hidden behind other businesses- you sort of have to go through parking lots to get to it). But the rooms are exactly what you get from the east coast to the west coast and from the south to the north. The breakfast is dependent on who is stocking it. Day one was a coffee bottle neck because the lady forgot to hit the start button after about 4 people complained about needing new coffee, I thought people where going to go brew it themselves at that point, the next day, different lady, no waiting on anything. The spa was down which wasn’t a bonus as I was hold and looking forward to hot tub but the pool is a decent size.

I booked this hotel SPECIFICALLY for its pool and jacuzzi, as my high s hool senior had a very tough football game and was absolutely goung to need the jacuzzi. I checked about it when i booked, at check in AND returning from the game, in which 2 very tired, bruised and worn out players were going to use the jacuzzi...they went down..and it was ice cold. A hastily drawn small note said'spa out of order'....i was beyond angry, and frustrated. They had driven in the rain from across the state, played a very tough game and to not have the *single* reason i switched to this hotel, not be available? Not Acceptable. Also..most of the hand sanitizers were empty, and by 720am, thete was 1 apple left in the breakfast fruitbowl and no bacon.

We loved the pool. It was heated. A lot of places are freezing and this one was comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfasts were really good with a lot of variety. Staff was friendly but not imposing. We enjoyed our stay.

When we entered our room, the AC was not on, the window was wide open and there was white noise blasting from the alarm radio on the nightstand.The TV in our room also didn’t work. There’s no cable connection. In addition, the room we stayed is next to the hotel guest laundry room. We could hear water sound from the washroom periodically. We booked the hotel hoping to let my parents enjoy the jacuzzi tub but found out it was under maintenance. There wasn’t any signage indicating the jacuzzi tub was under maintenance in the pool area nor on the booking site. Quite disappointed with our experience this time…

Room and breakfast were great. Pool and hottub have lift for mobility clients. The carpet in gym was coming apart, and the mat was very old. No wipes for gym equipment. Smallest dumbbells were 30 lbs. . ( my only concern was the gym) staff was very good.

The toilet had to be plunged twice and every time I took a shower, my feet were taking a bath. Also we could hear the water run down the walls every time the upstairs neighbors flushed and/or showered.

** Disappointing Stay - Overpriced and Subpar Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations, especially considering the high price. Here are the key issues: **Overpriced:** The rates are far too high for what you actually get. I expected a luxurious experience given the cost, but what I encountered was far from it. This hotel does not offer good value for the money. **Spa and Hot Tub Not Working:** One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the advertised spa and hot tub. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find out that both were out of service. There was no prior notice or apology from the management, which was incredibly frustrating. **Cleanliness Issues:** The cleanliness of the hotel was also lacking. My room had visible dust in several areas, and the bathroom didn’t seem properly cleaned. Common areas like the hallways and lobby were not well-maintained either, giving the entire place a run-down feeling. **Worst Breakfast Experience:** The breakfast was by far the worst part of the stay. The food was cold, stale, and very limited in options. To make matters worse, the breakfast area was overcrowded, with not enough seating for guests. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, leading to a chaotic and unpleasant dining experience. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I do not recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements.

The hotel in general is good, the service was good. Breakfast is good. Room were clean. The parking is hard and the safe was closed and it wouldn’t open. I asked the front office how to reset it as I needed to put inside our passports as we are from Canada and we had our passports to go through the border. The lady told me that there was something in the machine th as t resets the safe code and I needed to check after a couple of hours, but I return late that day and next day was our check out. From what I understood, they knew about the safe problem but they didn’t do anything. Anyway, overall rate is good.

Property smelled clean. Condition of room was run down. Pictures of room were deceiving. Sofa bed wasn’t acceptable to sleep on. Springs sticking out. I had to buy air bed for daughter to sleep on. As for outside of property, there was homeless people in lot. I felt unsafe walking to gas station that was on property. The last night we stayed there there was group of people blasting speaker in parking lot outside room at ;am. Called front desk, they did nothing. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anybody.

This property is in need of much needed maintenance throughout the property. Hinges are rusty, doors are water damaged, walls are well dinged, curtains and drapes are well worn and furniture is frayed.

It was so noisy. Kids were running in the halls and slamming doors. We informed the front desk but we were told that due to understaffing, there was nothing they could do. We were awoken at 8 am by the housekeeping staff talking loudly outside our door. This did not create a relaxing atmosphere.

A few days before arrival I wanted to extend my stay by 1 day. Expedias EI could only cancel my reservation or move the reservation. After multiple tries it was obvious the automated system could not handle an extension. Using chat Expedia could extend my stay 1 day for 3 times the daily rate....I declined deciding to ask at the hotel. The hotel said that they could not modify an Expedia reservation or rent me another day. Good thing as a/c was useless, desk clerk came to the room twice to jiggle the wires to get the TV to work. After turning the TV off at night, the next morning it did not work.....we didn't call this 3rd time. Moved down the road to another hotel for the additional day.

The hotel was convenient and perfectly satisfactory. Breakfast was a normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast - again, perfectly acceptable. Holiday Inn Express met our needs for the night we stayed.

Wonderful customer service and a good spread for breakfast. Easy on-site parking and a number of eateries were within easy walk-in distance. Bedroom was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. Thin walls though so you can hear noise from next-door and upper floor rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel.
