Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning unit in our room made loud noises at night; in addition, it was not properly cooling the room. When we tried turning it up, it only made matters worse. We let the front desk personnel know, and they informed us that all the units there were of the same quality, thus changing rooms was not a viable option. The front desk staff was seemingly indifferent to our issues and even found them amusing as they laughed at us when we departed a day early. They also refused a refund for the day we departed. Hard to believe this hotel is part of the Hilton brand which is usually a great hotel.

Nice people. Good breakfast. Noisy traffic and room really needed a good clean. Floors and couch stained/ dirty.

The people who work at this hotel could not have been nicer.
They have a shuttle bus that not only takes you to and from the airport but also runs to downtown West Palm Beach.
The free breakfast is really good. Excellent coffee, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, english muffins, make your own waffles and more.

Stayed here one night returning from a cruise. Staff was friendly, hotel was close to the airport and had a restaurant available at the Hilton garden inn to get dinner.

The room was stuffy and could not control temp. Bathroom smelled like wet dog and was not that clean (hair on shower walls, towels).
For the price per night - I expected much more !

Unfortunately the first room I was assigned upon check-in was occupied. It was a not a good experience and made me feel unsafe that the same could happen to me. I was reassigned from occupied room on second floor to the fourth floor.

Hotel nice and clean. Room very clean and spacious. Great location near West Palm airport. Very good staff. Pool very nice. Only problem with the hotel is that the parking which was advertised on hotels.com as free, was not free, as they charged $10 per day for parking. Trying to get this resolved through the hotel has not been satisfactory and will require calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. So, you could say that customer service after the stay is poor. This situation is annoying.

Property was nice, clean, and centrally located. I didn't like the room I chose due to the adjoining room with unknown guests but other than that the front desk staff was awesome and friendly. I will be booking again in the future but will definitely read the room options very carefully first!

I usually at thr Embassy Suites nearby but they were filled for my dates. Glad i cam by this hotel. It was pretty decent and Ms. Laurie at front desk was super welcoming!

Missi was very helpful with my check-in process. I was having a bad day and her kindness and genuine caring really made my evening. The hotel was nice and clean, and Missi was the best!

It was a fine stay, it wasnjust for a night since I had a 6am flight. My room was a but noisy since it eas on the 1st floor and inwas woken by people yelling in the hallway at 3am. I also requested a 4am shuttle to the airport the night before and got there 10mins early. I waited an extra 30mins since the shuttle driver was late. They said he had a lot of pickups but the shuttle was empty and the guy seemed loke he overslept, not very helpful with my bags either. Very unprofessional, since shuttles should never be late. I had to hussle through the airport and almost missed my flight.

The front desk staff personnel, Fabian, was super pleasant and helpful. He assisted us with checking in early after a long day of travel. The hotel shuttle not only transported us to the airport but also to the downtown shopping area. Our driver Michael was very kind and helpful giving great suggestions on where to eat. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was meager but fulfilling before our early morning flight.

First of the front desk clerk was really nice. She upgraded us to a bigger room. Breakfast was good. The pool is nice an clean but not heated. It was a good location for airport. There are good restaurants within 2 mile radius. Overall very good and I would recommend it.

Shuttle was fast picking us up at the airport and the driver was very helpful and great. The man at the front desk was super helpful with a bunch of random questions i had. Very clean, comfortable beds. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

Room looked clean but bathroom floor was dirty and toilet too. Bed and room was clean otherwise.

The room was a good size, the closet size was fine. There were no drawers to put your clothes away. Some outlets worked others need to be replaced. The bathroom was a good size but the shampoo and conditioner bottles were left empty. The Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately our was not great due to a family that I believe came for a reunion and were ignorantly disrespectful. Very loud, obnoxious and unruly. The staff did not put an end to it but from what I understand there were many people complaining about the same group. Not ok.

The property was well kept. The staff was professional. I did not like two days in a row, someone entered my room without authorization and asking us are we checking out. There should be a list of those who are checking out. I was very angry about that.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. I was hoping to use the pool but didn't because it was in an undesirable and somewhat isolated location next to the busy street. Also, the only dining nearby seemed to be the limited selection at the Hilton Garden Inn or a 15 min. walk to an IHop or Wendy's. Lastly, the view out the window was to the mechanical tower on the roof. Luckily I was only there at night anyway.
