For the most part my 3 night stay was great. A few hiccups. Heating system use was difficult to figure out in the bedrooms. There were extra pillows but no extra blankets. TVs were hard to figure out if you’ve never used Roku. Otherwise place was great. Super clean and spacious.

Great place and wonderful front desk people!!!! Unfortunately, inconsiderate family with middle-age kids were above us that should have been in a bottom floor unit. Sounded like a basketball game going on without time outs!

The pictures on the listing do not come close to the actual unit we received. Our unit was dark, outdated, closet doors all scratched and some hard to open. Walls had several scratches, sprinklers on the ceiling had no trim around them just exposed into the ceiling, floors had soft spots and areas where floor boards did not connect. Beds very uncomfortable and no extra blankets provided. Had stayed here before and it was very nice. I don't know if we just received a bad unit or if the whole complex has fallen that far. It definitely feels like false advertising and what we got was not worth the price paid.

Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Beds seemed small and air conditioning was only in certain rooms but the staff in the office was very helpful and gave us a fan.

Overall, we were satisfied with the property. I will say when we got there the room that they put us in was not what I had booked. We were a party of 6. One bedroom was a king size bed in the other bedroom had a twin and a full size bed. It seems odd to me that they would’ve expected 3?people to sleep inside the king bed especially since we were not traveling with infants or toddlers but that first room was beautiful with the exception of the number of beds not meeting the need. They did immediately agree to put us in another room however that room was not nearly as nice or updated but was definitely clean. Overall, it did not affect our stay. I had been to this property before this last time and I would certainly go to this property again

Nice condo. Weve stayed at this property before. Different condo. A well stocked condo. This one not so much. No spices or salt and pepper at all. The stove had only 2 burners that worked. The pull out ciuch was probably good for 2 nights. 3rd night our backs were needing something a bit firmer. Those were about the only issues. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the amenities. Such as the indoor pool and the gym. Next time we want to stay longer and maybe get to use the grill.

As soon as we walked into our room it felt like we were at home. Very easy to relax here even with the kiddos. Have already told friends about it and will definitely be telling more. Great place for a good price

The king bed was on a wood frame and when we you moved it squeaked very loudly. It made it hard to sleep. We also lost power 2x both when cooking so not ideal. The staff was nice, and my kids liked the pools. The condo was. Lean and allowed us to spread out.

Clean apartment well suited for 6 people: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room. Balcony. However, Sound insulation from the apartment above is very poor and disturbing at night when trying to sleep and you hear ever steps as if elephants were living above.

We absolutely loved our stay at Village by the Sea. We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bth condo, perfect for our family of four. The rooms were very clean with lovely decor and all staff was very kind and prompt if we needed something. We will definitely be back!

Sadly I won’t return here got ground floor which smelled horribly of mold you could barely breathe. Carpet was duct taped down to floor visibly. Bed sheet on one bed was blood stained. Trash on floor in unit.

This was a trip with my mother and sister for our first time to Maine. The apartment was lovely: open, airy, welcoming, and equipped with everything we needed. The two bedrooms meant that each of us had our own bed and also a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The stunning view was the icing on the cake. The resort was located close to everything and made sightseeing easy. I intend to stay here every time I visit Maine from now on.

The rental was okay, but very old and lacked air circulation. While there was air conditioning, cooking caused smells to linger for hours. The pans were either too big or too small. When we arrived, the fridge handle was broken, the waste shredder was broken, and the air dryer in the bigger bedroom didn't work. Luckily, there was another one. The description said it was a room for 6 adults, but there weren't enough beds. We had to pull a single bed from one of the wardrobes, and fortunately, we brought an inflatable bed. We managed to be comfortable anyway, but it was very expensive for what we got. We were a little disappointed. Also, we could hear the people on the foor above walking so loudly. The beds are very comfortable, there is.a big fridge, stove is good. We cooked with their BBQ a few times. There are many positive points but this unit needs a lot of love and a refresh. This was Unit 15B. Maybe the other are better.

Me and my family loved it. Started a little rough because Wi-Fi wasn't working but the awesome maintenance worker from Honduras, forgot his name, was amazing. Kids had a blast and me and my wide loved it as well. Spacious and clean. Close to amazing restaurants. We will be back!
