I stayed for two nights while in the area visiting family. On my first night, the people in the adjoining room were very loud and disruptive into the early morning. I eventually called the front desk and spoke to Pam about the loud guests. She immediately contacted the guests and was able to get them to quiet down. The next morning I spoke to Pam and Darcy at the front desk. I thanked Pam for her efforts and asked if I could change rooms to avoid a repeat of the prior night. Darcy was kind enough to provide me with a new room while Pam provided me with a breakfast voucher for my inconvenience. Their responsive and polite response showed me that they truly cared about their guests and wanted to ensure that I felt like my concerns were heard. They are spectacular employees and I will now make this my hotel of choice when I am visiting family! There was also an amazing gentleman working the breakfast service. He was working alone on the floor and made every effort to speak to all guests while providing quick food delivery. There were several families attending a polo event in East Providence. He asked about the event, and spoke to each family. He genuinely seemed to care about their stay and was curious about their trip. He noticed my baseball cap and asked me if I was a fan of the Patriots. We spoke for a few minutes about the team while I paid my bill. He did an impressive job for while working alone on the floor and still providing excellent customer service.

The rooms were clean and serviced every other day which was fine with me. My only complaint is that they allow dogs in the hotel and each morning I was woken up by a very loud large dog. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and parking was adequate.

The hotel and room were very comfortable and clean. Staff were generally friendly. Disappointed that there is a parking fee, not sure how anyone arrives at the hotel without a car.

Nice place but the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been upon arrival. 1 elevator not working and they didn’t put up signs notifying guests even after I had suggested it. People waiting like fools for an elevator that was never going to arrive.

We stayed here before an early morning flight and it was a perfect spot. The on-site restaurant is nice and the market has lots of options. The rooms was clean and quiet. Great choice for an airport hotel!

We travel to Warwick often. Hilton Garden is one of the places we stay. I didn't realize that there was a parking fee. I don't think there was a fee the last time we stayed. Other than that the stay was perfect. I will have to consider parking the next time when comparing hotels.

Right across the street from the airport and rental car pick up. Also easy access to the freeway. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant, The Iron Works was amazing!! Not happy with Expedia's knowledge of them though. They do NOT have a 24 hour shuttle as Expedia said and you CAN check in after midnight.

Due to flight delays I arrived a day late. The staff claimed Expedia canceled the reservation because I didn’t check in on the scheduled day. They tried to rent me a larger room (claimed no single rooms were available), I declined and left. I contacted Expedia was told they can’t cancel my reservation, they contacted Hilton Providence and suddenly I’m being refunded by Hilton.

The front desk forgot to take our car information and I had to go down a while later to double check if we needed a permit or anything for the car. She then admitted to forgetting to take the car information. A lot of the lights in our room didn’t work. I will say it was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet

This was our first hotel stay without a complimentary breakfast. it looked like all the same foods for $17 a person. We were very disappointed and went to the Honeydew next door for breakfast. We found a used bobby pin and a large toe nail on our floor. Staff was great, desk staff very friendly and helpful. The gym was a nice facility.

People at the front desk are very unpleasant and not very accommodating. Also the hotel charges for parking without disclosing that prior to booking. My bed sheets had blood stains. When I inform the person at the front desk she indicated that the staff is very diligent about keeping the rooms clean but she did not do anything to address the issue. In short, being in this hotel felt like being at a cheap motel. I would not recommend this place

Communication could have been more up-front about a parking fee -- $27 for two nights. The area is Not downtown Newport -- there did not appear to be a limited supply of parking and I wasn't expecting to charged extra for parking in an area where parking was not at a premium.

This hotel is right next to PVD, you can walk over! Everything was clean and new. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you typically want/need. The Iron Works restaurant attached to the hotel is a huge bonus! The food was very tasty.
