The staff was very friendly and helpful and the area around hotel walkable and fun. Hotel restaurant excellent.

Hotel and staff were wonderful! Room was clean and quiet and we were able to walk to shopping and restaurants in just a few minutes. Would highly recommend if your travels take you to the Freeport, ME area.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Wonderful room exceeded any other in Freeport. Will be going back again soon.

Very nice hotel

Overall a nice hotel. We had a small wait to check in. Others were having issues with their rooms not being ready at 4pm on a Tuesday in summer. They were unhappy but we had no problems. For the price we definitely received value. Comfortable, quiet. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. A complimentary breakfast would have been preferred. Also, we didn’t care for the dog friendly environment (two dogs had an altercation by the elevator). It did not have any issues with pet odor or hair, however.

The bedding had stains, not sure if it was unwashed or simply too stained to clean properly. Thankfully we brought our own. The staff seem frustrated, I'm sure this has been a busy summer for them and they're over it. No hate, I totally understand but check-in was difficult. Staff were uninformed about handicap parking and when they tried to ask someone else the other staff member snapped that she was busy. Someone spilled blueberries on the stairs and sticky blueberries were still all over the stairs 2 days later. No shower gel or hand soap, staff said they were completely out of it. There is not a hot tub at this location (the pictures show there is) only a small pool that is not monitored and young children were left unattended in the pool area. So, after navigating a poorly laid out lobby with an adaptive stroller, using our own bedding, purchasing additional soaps, avoiding the pool, avoiding the stairs and picking up our own room service (they don't offer that either), it was an average stay...

Great hotel, quiet and convenient to everything! Staff was very friendly.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to downtown Freeport, L L Bean store and many shops and restaurants. The one thing I did not appreciate was not knowing the pet fee in advance. I had assumed it was included in the Expedia price but when I got to the hotel I was charged an addition $75 per night for having a pet. I believe this amount should be disclosed on the Expedia site.

Check in was about 2 hours behind. Room was fairly clean. Sink had lots of hair. Water ran orange. Staff was exceptional.

The location of this hotel was great for walking into town. The room was clean and comfortable although our bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast was not included but was fine for the price.

Nice hotel

A wonderful hotel with safe, free, plentiful onsite parking. The rooms are modern, sizable and clean and the staff is friendly at every visit. It is just a short walk to the heart of downtown Freeport which includes Patagonia, north face, and polo outlets and of course the flagship headquarters of LLBean. I have never been disappointed with my stays here and it is certainly one of the best of any hotels in the area and one of the two most convenient and enjoyable.

The only thing I didn't like about this location was that the train ran so close to the back of the guest rooms. It felt like it was in the room. We thought it was the Polar Express with Tom Hank. In a positive manner, we would come back because the staff was great.

Really good stay. We were initially given the keys to the wrong room and literally opened the door to two people shagging. Otherwise, what a great place, and town.

Wonderful stay! The staff was fantastic and the option to purchase a full breakfast at the hotel was exactly what we needed! Clean room with all the amenities we required!

we had trouble with the avon our room. we were hot at night. they came once to fix the problem but it didn’t fix the problem. Also they ran out of coffee by mid morning. so if you were a late sleeper it was gone by 9:30 ish. I have stayed at other Hiltons where the lobby coffee is available all day. the coffee machine in our room had coffee in the water receptacle and the coffee maker in our room had to be replaced I like this property and have stayed there a few times. I’ve not had these kinds of problems before.

The hotel is easy walking distance to all the fun that Freeport has to offer!

Staff was very friendly. Room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. Also the shower drain was clogged. There was a train right outside our room that passed in the middle of the night that we could hear loudly and clearly, I feel this is something they should disclose when booking the room

Very nice

Stopped for one night in Freeport and loved this hotel! The location was great and within alimony distance of everything. Sean at the bar was amazing, service was top notch and drinks were great.
