OK stay. Odd to find a bedroom with no windows. Also some plumbing issues, slow draining sink and toilet.

Very friendly staff

Pros- breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and many choices for both kids and adults. Also, location was so convenient to the beach. Staff was friendly and kind. Cons- rooms were old looking and run down. Beds you could feel the springs mattresses need a major upgrade! The pool was filthy, chunks of hair floating in the water and the filter wasn't on. Parking was a nightmare if you couldn't get in the top lot. Even worse of you have a larger car, truck, or SUV.

Amazing place super clean service was great and free breakfast was delicious. staff was super friendly and place is right by the beach easy to access. Thank you for having us we will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, and we could barely hear our neighbors. Definitely a beautiful location and easy walk to the beach

we absolutely love this hotel and the staff is always awesome. the pool could use some heat and updating but worth the stay in cool months. We love the view and hope the rates stay affordable during the summer so we can continue to stay with you!

Our family always loves staying at Breakers. We book a few times a year. We were extremely disappointed that they no longer have hot breakfast in the morning. We planned on having breakfast there the first day and were extremely disappointed to see there was nothing really to have for breakfast except baked goods. We felt like the price point was good due to the free breakfast. We might reconsider next time when we book.

The good: Room was very clean, which is a major reason we stay here. This is our 4th year in a row staying here, and the location is another reason, only a few minutes walk to the beach, and everything else. The staff are wonderful, always nice, and willing to help you if you need anything. Check-in was also wonderful, no issues. Beds are always very comfortable. The bad: Since this is our 4th year in a row, we are aware the bathrooms are small but that is not a negative since we know what to expect. The major issue we had was they got rid of the hot breakfast. They use to have eggs, bacon, sausage, etc., on the breakfast menu. Now it's only prepackaged items, cold items which is a big disappointment. The bagels you can toast, and you can get a waffle in a bag to toast but the waffles taste just like your eating plain sugar. They also have other cold items, some decent, some not. So we had to spend extra money going out to breakfast instead of enjoying the hot breakfast in the past. Other issue was the sink, every year they are always partially blocked, and drain slowly. When you brush your teeth or shave, the sink starts filling up, and takes a while to completely drain. The only other issue was the back door going out to the balcony. The door is hard to open, and then it doesn't want to stay closed when you are outside. When in the room we had to lock the door to keep it from opening because of the wind. Overall though a good hotel.

Excellent experience

There was nothing horrible, however it was dated and needed updated. Water temp in the shower was extremely inconsistent. The mattress was uncomfortable. The door lock was a bit wonky. The service was great. The location is fantastic. The price was reasonable. The parking lot was appreciated.

I was disappointed at check in and I needed to use the bathroom (after a 4 hour drive) in the lobby as my room wasn’t ready yet. As I was waiting for the bathroom, the hotel staff was using the restroom and wouldn’t allow me to take a turn in line. There was no parking available and had to wait for someone to pull out. We were also told that the room wasn’t ready and other people coming in at the same time were able to check in.

Great staff; comfortable accommodations; great location…could walk to so many restaurants and shops!

Only thing lacking was hot tub

Front desk staff, cleaning staff very friendly. Room was spacious. Room could use upgrades, had some stains in carpet. Overall nice room for cost and location.

The television was outdated and average resolution. The bathrooms were outdated and far too small. Furniture also was a bit ordinary. But the staff was excellent.

Good value and decent hotel. Love the location and the free parking! Breakfast is a nice feature. Front desk staff don't seem terribly interested in customer service. Not rude; just disinterested.

Came here for a Birthday party. Great location for where I needed to go. Hotel was and service was good. Just very outdated decor.

Mostly completely updated hotel. Very clean rooms and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I will be back, and certainly recommend to others

Close to the beach. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Ignore the site. They don’t serve breakfast anymore. It’s continental. Packaged carbs and yogurt. That’s it. The mattress needs to be replaced. But again, proximity to the beach and the price are great. The staff is very nice too!

Love it

The size of the room was awesome. The location was perfect. Friendly staff. Overall great stay. Disappointed they wouldn’t let us stay an hour later and then overheard another guest telling housekeeping they were given a late check out. Disappointed to hear that.

Friendly staff, clean. Could use better cable, but ok

Location is great. Indoor pool also nice. Quality of room was mediocre. Door to balcony did not fully lock, shower changed water temperature, beds and pillows not very comfortable. Had to go to desk to get towels and toilet paper each day-daily housekeeping was not an option-maybe due to off season.

Used to love this hotel. We've stayed here multiple times. This time -- found out upon arrival they did away with the hot breakfast, had to switch rooms due to howling and barking dogs going all night in the room below us, and then was threatened the next night by two men smoking outside of my kids room. Took the family and ran from that place. It was worth losing two nights stay just to be safe. Avoid.

Definitely would stay again… was a clean place and the staff is very friendly.

Nice and clean

Our plans were changed and the woman who fielded my calls was very helpful in telling me what to do to be sure my reservation would be honoured then taking very good care of us when we, finally, arrived. She was super! Great hotel. Excellent locaiton.

Great stay, nice staff, clean, good location could use updated rooms but they offer a fair rate.

I’ve stayed several times. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, easy to walk to the beach , shopping abd dining.

The customer service was subpar. The rooms were big but dated. There was breakfast available but nothing hot and the only options consisted of prepackaged foods like muffins, yogurt, and prepackaged waffles. VERY minimal. The area can’t be beat, however. It’s in a safe neighborhood and is a convenient location to the boardwalk and downtown shopping area. Id stay again if the price was right but wish I had a little bit of a better experience.

Room was super clean! Staff was friendly and very helpful. A nice getaway.
