I had booked 4 rooms, for 7 pax. Out of which we only got 1 room as per the booking i.e TRADITIONAL ROOM WITH 2 Queen Beds. The rest 3 out of 4 rooms were not available during check-in and we were dumped into smaller rooms with 2 single beds. Inpite of having a prepaid booking, a month in advance, our rooms were not available. We were treated like walki-in clients and told take what we were getting. It was a very disappointing and terrible experience. After complaining and writing to the ROOMS DIVISION manager, we were told it was an upgrade. The staff at Four Points Sheraton is not at all serious and considerate. I am shocked that hotel of this high standard can take their clients for a ride and cheat you. It is so humiliating. I have travelled enough, to make out a difference between an upgrade and a downgrade of room. A smaller room with 2 single beds from the room originally booked is explained to me as an upgrade, this is totally not acceptable. I do not know how EXPEDIA will be able to help me resolve this matter, but I have surely learnt a lesson, never to prepay a booking so at least you have a choice to walk out or settle for what you are paying for.

Four point Sheraton Hotel was amazing and quiet

good location in town center. The lobby is too small and crowded. Good breakfast. Rooms are average, but with good shower and TV. Nice garden and pool. The gym is substandard. The staff is helpful.

I stayed here for two nights. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Short business trip. Excellent location. Good variety at breakfast. Good sized room. Two downsides - the gowns are so small even a child would find it difficult to fit in; and no local/Swahili food on the menu!! While in Tanzania we should have access to local food!

Great property seated right in the heart of Arusha. Staff, amenities, service, and rooms are clean and comfortable. I had no problems what so ever and will make this my property of choice the next time I visit Arusha.

I have known this property since 1991 and now it is a lovely gem in the middle of Arusha. Will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel, good service and kitchen. It’s an oasis in the crazy hustle of the outside city. Beautiful lush garden to relax and a great spotlessly cleaned gym. Friendly helpful stuff. Highly recommend it.

Amazing staff in a nice hotel (definitely overpriced) but the restaurant is awful and having a menu was pointless because they couldn’t provide many items from their menu. I was forced to leave the hotel to eat and the neighbourhood is pretty sketchy.

A very well run hotel with all the amenities one could ask for. Excellent food, service (the staff is top notch), nice pool - and the grounds are gorgeous.

Outstanding hotel! Staff went out their way to make me feel at home!!! The facility is modern and new. Perfect location in the center of town. Great for all trips to Arusha!
