I’m not sure why it was rated so high overall on the app but this place is dingy and extremely run down. The bed was comfortable but the rooms were in poor condition. There were cracks in every wall and there was a lot of work to be done in the rooms The front desk clerk was very nice but that’s all I can say. It was so instanced that I took a shower with my flip flops on. Thank God I didn’t see a roach or I would’ve been out of there.

My only gripe is that often when I get a room because I stay there often. There are many gnats flying everywhere or attached to the ceiling and walls. I killed them myself with a towl. Also sometimes hair is under the pillows/Sheets and bathroom areas.

When we got to the hotel, I asked for 2 rooms on the first floor and they were very kind to accommodate us. They rooms had to be cleaned and they cleaned them quickly and sufficiently. The beds were comfy and spacious. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave.

Overall, I was quite happy. The room (313) was very clean and surprisingly spacious. I've paid more for lesser rooms. The stay was comfortable and quiet. I had no concerns over the safety of my vehicle. If you can survive without a swimming pool, this place is a good choice.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location was decent, the condition of the room left much to be desired, especially considering the high price. Upon entering, I noticed several small damages throughout the room that should have been addressed, particularly with the $100 deposit charged to all guests. The water pressure was a major issue; it took nearly 30 minutes for the water to warm up, and even then, it was barely adequate. The bathroom was especially troubling. The shower had strange stains on the floor, and stepping in revealed a concerning dip that felt unsafe. The shower head appeared clogged with residue or mold, and the bathroom constantly emitted an unpleasant odor that resembled urine. Additionally, the mini fridge did not cool items well. The complimentary DOVE products were misleading, as they seemed to be refilled with an off-brand product. Noise was another issue—there was a pressure washer operating every five minutes, making it impossible to enjoy fresh air with the window open. I also encountered a surprise $25 pet fee per night, which was not mentioned during booking. Thankfully, it was waived for my service dog, but it added to the feeling of being misled. The TV remote was faulty, the toilet’s water pressure was concerning, and the reception area gave off shady vibes. I recorded a video of the room to document damages, fearing I might be scammed out of my deposit. I can't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Horrible. I will never spend another night at that location. They had holes in the bathtub and they had bugs in the room. Bed was uncomfortable.

The area was what we needed to what we had to do there in San Diego but the condition of the plumbing dealing with the shower was very poor no pressure at all. Also we have four people in the room the beds were nice but they only furnished us with one face towel and one regular dry off towel.We had to request for each day more towels knowing that we have four people.

There isnt enough parking for all the guest. Very inconvenient. Not coming back just that. I had to park on the only handicap spot per the staff on-site.

We stayed several times in this hotel but this time we stayed in a room where the floor of the bathroom tub was cracked, the shampoo bottle didn't work, and my daughter saw a cockroach in the bathroom sink.

The room was large and freshly cleaned. The hotel staffing was not clear since they had a night bell but no one answered when I used it at 7 pm. Overall a good value.

The hotel itself is not bad. I didn’t like that they withdrew $100 deposit and they said it could take several days to get it back depending on the bank I had. The area around the hotel is pretty old. There were 3 girls outside our room smoking weed in the back of a truck holding a baby and another little girl with them. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very bad experience staying at this place. Reached at 11pm and there was no parking. Had to park at the road. Room was stinky. Bathtub was broken and dirty. Air conditioner was also not working properly. Over rated place. I wish i could get my money back.

My review is based on my experience trying unsuccessfully to check in. My son and I arrived at 10:45 pm, and there was no one in the office to check in, no note explaining what to do, and no one answered the phone. Waited in the car for almost an hour, watching sketchy activity around hotel, then someone broke a lobby window to gain entry. Possibly the management, but I felt very unsafe and left to find other accommodations. Would never, ever stay there.

Bed sheets were damp from the AC. Shower tub was cracked. Only stayed 1 night which was enough. Don't think I would've stayed more than that, especially with a family. Check in was easy and friendly.

This hotel is not in the best neighborhood, but I slept fairly well. The bed was comfy and the noise outside and above my room was limited. There were few amenities, including no blow dryer, and my room looked like it had seen better days. Room prices are lower than many San Diego area hotels so this one is an example of you get what you pay for.

Shouldn't have "Hotel" in the name when it's clearly a motel. Dirty and dangerous. No staff on checkout at 10 o'clock in the morning, so no receipt that I need either. Wouldn't stay here again if it were the only option available. I would cancel the whole trip to avoid it.

I didnt even get to stay. Im in the middle of trying to get a refund. Drove 2 hours from Moreno Valley to Chula Vista, and I even called in advance. When i arrived they turned me away saying they didnt have any rooms and my booking was a result of the recent data breach. Then they instructed me to call for a refund but they're ghosting me and the agent "Reggie B" literally minutes after they told me what to do.

people partying around the facility till morning 6:00 AM did make sleeping easy. It was like trying to sleep in the college dorm. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. However, the bathroom is asking for some remodeling. Water pressure was weak too. Overall the room was nice and clean. Next time I will try to choose a different place.

The stay peaceful and quite and affordable the little down side was required a deposit and that deposit was the last money i have till next week and i have to wait till i get it in my account i was told 4 day max. It would been ok if was a vacation stay but its not it was housing situation that it was not the hotel flault or to be blamed. Maybe theres a way change a faster process to get the deposit money back to the account faster Aybe one fay would be better. Thank you but your hotel is helpful for us cause we were safe in the room and nit in the streets. For me 5stars. More information like hotel required deposit and how much should be listed on the hotel app.
