Outside look was very nice and location was good also but room itself needs upgrading it has very old look and comfort is just about average not much variety in breakfast.

The food was terrible nearly the same food everyday Food wasn't keep it hot as should be when its served Even coffe just warm. It was a virus around as some children were very ill including my child with a diarrhea and fevers and could be a food poison or something to do with the pool as we heard from another costumers. My adivice is to avoid this hotel

The worst stay ever Personnel was so rude. It is a Motel and not a hotel. Food is a disaster. I feel like robbed, not worth the price$$$ at all. Trust me I spent more than 70 nights in hotels this year and this is by far the worst among them. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH A MOTEL TO ANY ONE. MY ADVICE IF YOUR READING THIS. GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE RIGHT Now

Not satisfied with our stay at this hotel. If you're planning to stay at this hotel, please read the following points before you make your decision! * Stains everywhere. Stains on the walls, stains on the bed, stains on the balcony, stains on the tub. * Leaking air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hall of the room and it leaks. This means that every minute 2 waterdrops fall down on you or on the carpet. The carpet is therefore always wet in the hall which leads to mold. * The carpet is old and torn apart at various places in the room. * During our stay the whole 3rd and 4rd level of the hotel had a technical error concerning the passes to the rooms. This means that no one had access to their rooms and everytime had to walk back to the reception to request assistence to open the room. This is especially annoying after a long day outside. The problem lasted several days. * The (free) food in the restaurant is satisfactory, but the place is way too crowded. This means long lines for everything and leads to people cheating their way to the front of the line. The amount of people also means that there is way too much noise, mainly coming from children running everywhere. * Much more negative points, but I've reached the word limit. Expedia and the hotel itself mention that it is a 4 star hotel. The 4 star rating was given in 2005 - over 14 years ago! This is very misleading, because there was clearly minimal - to none maintainance done during this time.

They should try to renovate the carpet from the floor. It was old, dirty and smeeling bad. The AC on the room is faling water from ceiling. The cloose the pool for private swimming class. The brekfast wasn't bad. No wifi on the room

I stayed there 2 nights. Only Internet connection was poor. Every service is good. It is very clean. Good environment especially the area, I like it very much. I have introduced this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is ok, in need of a lot of work. Cleanliness has a lot to be desired. Only basics carried out on daily basis. Still dirt and hair from previous occupants, even on last day of stay. Disappointing

The hotel was in a nice location with a nice pool. breakfast and dinner were included but very bland. only bad part was the hotel insisted on extra money, which I was forced to pay and hotels.com was not available or helpful at all to sort this problem out.

The pics of the hotel are very nice. The setting is great. However, dont be fooled by the good online prices. They attempt extortion at every chance. Despite our prepaid booking. They charges us a series of fees which doubled the cost of our rooms. Beware.

P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C:PleaseAvoidTheHotelEvenThoughIt'sCost-effectiveNEGATIVES:From the reception staff that doesn't even welcome you with a smile or a look and answers the phone in the middle of your question...to the OUTREAGOUS Half-board formula that DOESN'T include water in its menu (oh that's right, Tunisia isn't a country where keeping yourself hydrated is important!!)...it's just a avalanche of disappointments! I also have to mention our tentative to play table tennis....15 Dinars to rent the table and equipment...for those who don't know, you can have an amazing Couscous in the medina for that price!POSITIVES:The Atruim of the hotel is splendid...hence the bigger disappointment!The restaurant staff (and its managers) are, I have to say, very reponsive to feedback and seem to have the sense of costumer service that all the others don't have... perhaps they could train them!The price remains competitive. But DO NOT tell me that "you get what you pay for", because Tunisia is a beautiful country where cheap hotels often come with great service!

Air didn't work the first night, shower head leaked all over, no do not disturb sign so we were woken up every morning by housekeeping! Old linens and towels and I do not recommend this place at all!! This is a 2 star hotel if that!

This hotel has its own beach staffed with security & lifeguards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are included with your stay. Room size was clean, spacious with large bathroom. Daily housekeeping. Food selection in the buffet was incredible to satisfy most palates-vegetarian, meat, seafood, salads, an amazing dessert selection with both sweets & fresh fruit everyday. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. There is an office in the hotel that can help arrange tours throughout Tunisia in several languages.
