The service in the hotel is not good. It was before at the Kempinski Hotel and it was much better. The price for the hotel is not good. We will not return to the hotel.

I had an issue with my room which was supposed to be partial sea view then it turned out to be view on a working area, the hotel dealt with it fast and the GM kiras changed my room into a better sea view room to make my stay excellent. I stayed 2 night 3 days, food was very good, the beach was clean all the time Rooms are spacious and clean. They spread water for all guests in all rooms. Breakfast was a bit crowded but they had many options. Thanks kiras for the great help !

The property has great location a great beach with beds and shade. The pool was nice and the service was great. The only thing I wasn’t expecting is to find the rooms very old and in bad conditions, the web page shows a very modern hotel but it’s not like that. I’m reality it’s old but well kept in common areas but my room was damage, old and very small (and I get the family room )

I stayed here for two night to visit Petra. As we arrived here in the morning, I think we had better go to the city centre before check-in. But the reception let us check in earlier so we took a rest instead of wandering under the hot sun. Breakfast was good. On the last day, we could stay in the swimming pool until our taxi arrived after check-out. I feel this hotel cared about visitor’s convenience and satisfaction. I will visit here again with my kids!

Sadly the Checkin was not adequately staffed. Although, occupancy was very low, and I’m a IHG member, the receptionist didn’t provide us with a sea or pool view room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and wanted to express my deep appreciation for the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The spa and animation teams, in particular, went above and beyond to make my visit truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The animation team's enthusiasm and creativity added so much fun to my stay, making sure my kids were having the most fun possible, there was never a dull moment. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. This hotel truly shines because of its wonderful staff, and I'll definitely be returning for another delightful experience.

Check-in took a long time, more than an hour indeed. in the beginning, they said that they were waiting for the email from expedia. but it turns out that there was a delay in their system. there was no apology and we were offered a room-temperature water only while waiting.

Had a minor tonic water spillage in the room. Called house keeping and reception multiple times over a span of 5 hours from 6pm to 11pm and no one showed up to mop up the sticky mess. Their final excuse when I called at 11.15pm to ask them not to send anyone as I was going to sleep? "Sorry, we're really busy"

It was a lovely location in walking distance to downtown Aqaba. The hotel was beautiful and everyone there was so helpful and friendly. When I found the pillows too soft they exchanged them for firmer pillows with a smile. The only improvement I can suggest (on the eco friendly side) is to perhaps replace the plastic straws with paper ones to cut down even further on single use plastic. We sometimes sat on our balcony with a cup of coffee at day break and noticed how hard the staff were working to make sure the garden, pool and beach areas were spotless. The hotel was a great base for exploring the area with many great excursion options on offer.

Very accommodating hotel who were able to offer early check in and allowed use of facilities after check out. We had to ask for bed to be made up and more towels, teabags, cups etc as there was two adults and two kids in room, but they responded promptly.

Don't order room service. It is supplied by a facility outside the hotel and it is bad. Just nibbled on it to get some nutrition. Otherwise it is you typical grand hotel, with huge grounds

Dropped out bags and 11AM and we were told to collect the room keys by 3PM. Very long que at 2:45 and finally spoke to someone at 3:30. But our room still not ready… I guess the hotel was surprised people would want to check in 3PM

In general the atmosphere was not comfortable, the service was bad and the staff was rude. And from Expedia Side I surprised that I got a bad experience from there side.

Bad experience during check in! The receiption staff didn't give me the room key because I have an extra guest (one baby less than one year). He told me we will cancel your nonrefundable reservation accoording to the hotel policy, or you have to kick your baby out of the hotel to receive the room, or you have to upgrade your reservation for seaview suit. So, I upgraded my reservation, then I received the suit at 3:40 pm. Everything else is excellent.

Excellent dinner buffet, pools and private beach. Service at the bar and buffet restaurant was great (as was the entertainment at the bar). Service at the beach restaurant was quite slow however and note that airport shuttle service is only available for Royal Jordanian flights.
