Awesome place to stay, conveniently located to everything and in walking distance, quick shuttle pickup from airport, very friendly staff, hotel and shuttle driver, hotel is very quite, clean and smells good!!! I will be checking to locate the same franchise in any state I travel to …. This is how satisfied I am with this hotel!!!

The staff were super kind, helpful and accommodating! The facilities are well maintained and they even have shuttle service. The only issue I experienced was with my toilet, anytime I used toilet tissue, it clogged or overflowed. So the toilet needs to be replaced or pipes cleared.

Stayed here for a couple of days and it was a good experience. The staff were extremely nice and the rooms and breakfast was great. Highly recommend this establishment.

The value for money was unbeatable. The three ladies running the breakfast were the friendliest you’ll ever meet. The location was phenomenal with regards to accessing the main roads and Dulles Airport. Very happy that we booked our extended stay there upon our return to the area.

Stayed for one night with family if 5 - before flight from Dulles. Had 2 bed suite. Sofa bed is only a single which was fine for us. Very clean and very good breakfast - not too busy. Lots of parking and hotel located at Dulles 38 centre which has Target, Old Navy , Ulta and lots of eateries. We walked over to Chick-Filet. Had a pool but we did not use and kids played out on the putting green at front while we sat out and had a few drinks in a seating area. Lovely hotel for a stop over as 10min drive from car rental return in Dulles Airport we saw a hotel shuttle parked out front also so that is an option if you don’t have a car)

The staff was amazing, the amenities and breakfast were as well.
There were a few staff members that stood out. Ms.Gloria and Ms.Paz from the breakfast staff welcomed everyone and remembered special requests. The concierge David was also very friendly and attentive.
The pool was the perfect temperature and opened till late!
This place was very family friendly and clean. The two bedroom suite was comfortable and had everything you needed for a family of five including a second bathroom. The location was also very convenient with retail shopping walking distance and a supermarket as well. We will definitely come back.

This was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Really nice hotel with gym and swimming pool. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Very comfortable and clean room. Highly recommended

Very clean, great breakfast, nice facilities, nice area with plenty of dining options. Suite rooms are great. Staff is very good. One complaint, we asked for King size bed and they insisted there was one in our room after we questioned it. After two nights, we questioned again and found out it was Queen size. So don't take room 135 if you want a larger bed.

The property is very clean. The Staff was pleasant and friendly. We liked the quality of food served at breakfast. The hotel is located next to a small strip mall so you walk to a few casual eating places, Wegmans grocery store and a couple of clothing stores. I will stay there again. It was very easy to get to Udvar-Hazy air and space Smithsonian museum from there.

Housekeeping schedule and delivery is not guest friendly and not particularly high quality. Our room smelled unfresh. The room air conditioning is incredibly loud and impairs sleep.
Reception staff, however, are friendly and very helpful.

Indoor pool... but it's not heated, so may as well be outdoors, was very cold.
No restaurant/bar/room service.
Fireplace didn't work.
Game room was just a pool table.
Couch in living space of suite was very uncomfortable and creaky.
Beds were comfy.
Showers were serviceable.
Everything else about the room was great.
Breakfast buffet was decent, nothing to write home about. Even the bold coffee was weak and awful.
I would stay again as it's good value and convenient but just know it's very middle of the road overall.

I loved every thing about the Residence Inn. I was bothered by my Expedia search, that listed the price at $88 dollars. Said I had $59 dollars in points to use, and I still paid $107. There is a lot of number manipulation going on here.
