Hotel has 4* but really i dont know how its possible. Its inside a small shopping mall (they will keep saying its a passage to sound better), gym is not located inside the hotel, its on the other side of the street in different passage... breakfast... for 150eur its a joke how poor the choice is. I had better breakfast in some hostels.

The hotel is entirely modernized. The rooms are top-notch. It’s in the Old Town but just at the edge so it does not have the noise and crowds. Taxi drops you off right at the edge so it takes just takes 4 mins to walk to the hotel in the pedestrian-only Old Town.

What a horrible experience! When you arrive in the evening, there is no reception but just before you receive a message that the key has to be fetched "from the guy down at the entrance" - trying to guess who that is and where to find this person is not a great way to start your first night in Bratislava. The rooms look nice but there is no coffee provided, only tea. The only pillow available was the size of my suitcase so had to take the pillow out and fill the pillowcase with my t-shirts etc. There was no shampoo, only shower gel which left the hair ugly greasy. There were no English TV channels available, only German and locals. The view from was the room was directly at the ventilation machine. The breakfast did not have ANY warm food, the selection was like at a hostel - if even that. All in all I got the feeling that all the money was spent on renovating the rooms and now nothing is being spent on the visitors. And one additional comment; the taxis are not allowed to drive to the hotel so be prepared to walk with the luggage - in my case some 300 meters.

Really good location, nice and quiet. When it says its in a shopping centre there are only about 4 shops on the ground floor so don't let that put you off

We only stayed for one night, to celebrate New Years Eve in Bratsilava. The location was amazing - it was in the center of the city so almost everything was in walking distance. The staff was very polite. The room was clean and tidy. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

This hotel is right where you need to be. Easy walking to everything. The room is large and attractive and clean. There are large closets and dressers. There was even a good size fridge. So convenient.

Loved the location walkable to everywhere The security for the building was second to none and the people at reception desk very helpful . Even called me a taxi to main train station as I was a little nervous about the pickup point since hotel on non car zone . No problem there . Room comfortable no noise . Would stay here again

At first, we thought this hotel was in a strange location--in a shopping mall--but it turned out to be very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The room was nicely furnished, very quiet, and it had a spectacular bathroom.

Very friendly and welcoming. The lady in reception was very helpful in recommending places to see and helping book boat tickets. Large room, very clean and safe. Highly recommend

Staff friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, with mini fridge, very nice bed for a good night sleep. Great location, very close to the main spots of Bratislava. The city has a variety of really nice restaurants and coffee shops. The food was very tasty!

Very good hotel in the very city center, very easy to reach. Very kind staff but the reception closes at 6.00 pm maybe for the Covid situation. The rooms are equipped as a 5 star hotel. Very nice materials and decoration.

Do not book this hotel! They advertise that they have a fitness they do not! You can buy vouchers with them for the fitness across the street. When you tell them that they are advertising on Expedia that they have fitness facilities they say we never said it was free! Be aware of this misleading advertisement! I’ve never had hotel before that you need to pay for using the fitness when they advertise that they have the facilities! There are much better hotels for cheaper or the same prices. The carpets in the rooms are really dirty as well and the rooms are really noisy so be aware of a lot of street noise. The hairdryer in the bathroom was so dirty I didn’t dare to use it. I would not recommend this hotel and wish we would not have booked it.

The hotel is excellently located in the city center, all main attractions are within minutes, max 30 min, walking distance. It's a bit a strange experience to check-in on the first floor of a small shopping center but the rooms are actually very nice. The service of the reception checked all the boxes for us. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. The hotel outsources this to the restaurant on the ground floor and is actually organized in the basement. The kaiser rolls were stale to the point they were bone hard, really unacceptable. Whenever something was out of stock, they did not refill until you asked them to do so. Poor experience there...

The hotels is in a nice area close next to a rail station and within walking distance of many things. The room and bathroom was roomy and nice. No complaints at all.

Excellent location, well kept, spacious room. However, AC was broken throughout our stay which left the room very warm. I'd have thought a contingency plan for fans might have been available. We were assigned a room with a disabled bathroom which we were not in need of. Also staff tend to be non-engaging but I think this is just the Slovak way

Central hotel. Very close to centre of the old town. Perfect location. While we were there the air conditioning was not working for the entire stay. Staff were apologetic and they did warn us before we registered. However as we had already paid and had nowhere else to go we had no choice. Rooms are very large and comfortable. One room had a major issue with cleanliness. The occupants were moved however the next room also had a different issue with cleanliness. As it was 12:20 am and we were checking out the next day we put up with it. Hence the low ratings.

It is a 4 star hotel, why can't the people provide bedroom slippers? The room was clean. Still the workmanship was not so good, shower handle not secure, water tap loose, dirt inside the excess water drain hole etc:. Staff were friendly and helpful enough.

For the price, I expected a better quality in Bratislava. The room was spacious and was probably perfect 10 years ago. The carpet in the bedroom was very grubby and needs to be replaced and there was mould on the bathroom tile grout..It wasnt clear if there were any breakfast or dining facilities in the hotel. There were two snack shops at the main entrance to the building. It didnt really matter as there are numerous other options within 3 minutes walk of the hotel. A reason for selecting this hotel was that there was an airport transfer provided. It wasnt clear that this was at an extra cost of Euro20.00However the reception staff were very helpful and the location was perfect to explore a really wonderful city.

+ Very central location to visit old town. - Staff at reception very bureaucratic in handling questions like re-arranging bed linnen from twin into double setting. “We don’t do that”. - Never experienced such TERRIBLE BREAKFAST. Dark function room in basement, no daylight, little choice, oily and bad prepared. Staff - again - couldn’t care less. BETTER CHOICES IN TOWN FOR SAME RATE!

Having stayed in the hotel several times over the past 8 years, this last trip was probably my last. The hotel is tired and rooms and common areas in a terrible state for a supposed 4 star hotel. Cheap towels, cheap bedding and a very poor state of decoration within the hotel.
