Not worth price. Bathroom was a closet. Toilet could have been connected to tub it was so close! Not what a suite is expected to feel like. I’ve stayed at other locations for this brand and the rooms were not this tight.

This property charge to park your car. Parking is NOT free. Hotels.com listing said parking available which is misguided. It should say parking available with fee. I am giving 1 star. It’s like you rent a room and have to pay to use towels. Parking fee should be included in hotel rate. In one mile radius there are 10 other hotels and no one has parking fees. I will not be staying in this hotel. Shame on Marriott Brand. You are not located in NY city. This is call Greed.

Great experience. Only issue was I wanted a king bed but they apologized when we arrived that they only had 2 queens but offered to give me comp Marriott reward points and keep room at same price so we took it. The room was quiet and clean. The hot water ran out pretty quick but they had a free breakfast and the pool and hot tub while small were clean and working. Very close to Arundel outlets and lots of food and shopping.

I loved that the place was clean and there was so much around for an affordable price! The room was nice and spacious, very relaxing. The staff were a little awkward and cold (at least with the ones Ive interacted with), but it wasnt bad

They pool was a bit small, cool tho. We had a leak from the ceiling the last night we stayed and they happily switched us rooms. Great customer service and nice size rooms. I will love to stay there again.

We booked this hotel for a one night and we will never come back to this hotel. As soon as we walked through the door the clerk was on her cell phone talking. We had to pay for parking in an empty parking lot. When we managed to get in our room it had an bad odor, the bathroom didn’t have a new room of toilet paper it was used from the last guest, we asked for blankets for our kids and was told they only had one (how does a hotel not have extra blankets??), the kids wanted to go to the pool the smell of the chlorine was over powering and burnt my eyes, there was a used wet tissue when you walked into the hot tub and there were brown marks on the wall near the timer for the hot tub. This place was horrible and I do not recommend wasting your time and money going here.

Hotel and staff were nice. Lobby was clean and overall the facility was presentable. Had trouble with sleep however as the bed was uncomfortable, the bed spring could be felt protruding through the mattress. Further, the bed covers were old, tattered and ripped. The hotel charged for Parking, even though parking is in a wide open air space adjacent to a coporate area and shopping mall.

This property is the only one in the area that charges for parking. Will not stay here again due to this totally unnecessary daily $10 parking fee. I was so annoyed that I drove to 5 nearby hotels, and none charged a fee. Parking charges are outside of the Hotel billing and an added stress to travelers. Was even a flatbed tow truck hovering in the area a lot. Money grab by parking lot owner or something. Hotel and staff were great. They offered codes to cover the parking. Would be 5 star rating if not for the inconvience of the third-party parking BS.

Hotel was very nice. I was concerned with how slippery the bathtub and the pool deck were. Also, the spa is in need of work. Two of the jets were not working properly. All in all, a good stay.

The area was nice. The hotel was absolutely packed in the mornings for breakfast because it was so good. And the staff just kept refilling everything all morning. The pool was small and crowded the first night but the other weekdays were great. Did not expect to pay for parking but it was fine.

I checked in this hotel on the 1st and checked out on the 1st. I regret purchasing my room at a nonrefundable rate. The hallway and room smelled moldy, and old. The carpet had brown stains in it. The walls were marked up. I thought I could stay the night and then move hotels the next day but when I pulled back the covers the sheers and the comforter were stained. I literally started to break out in hives. This is a nice area so I expected better. I ended up at Cambria down the street and it was much better. I am sad I wasted $900 on this place.

This is our normal hotel we stay here 5 to 7 times a year for various reasons. This time there were parking charges for a spot on the lot 20$ for friday to sunday.

Air wasn’t working in the whole building, so hot in hallways and Lobby, couldn’t get it very cool in the room which made sleeping challenging in July. Have to pay for parking now, stayed multiple times and never had to pay to park

It was really hot when we were in Baltimore last week. We liked the service, breakfast and the facility in general. However, the lobby and elevator were very hot and uncomfortable. The AC in the room could not cool the room. We had to go and purchase a fan to move the air to try to sleep. This made our stay miserable. Also, the beds were bad and uncomfortable. I have a bad back and booked with Marriott so that we would have good beds and comfortable sleep. For this reason I would rate our stay a 3 of 10 with 10 being excellent. I will not book this same hotel again. The worst part was that we were there for 12 days on business. Disappointed.

We came to this hotel a few years ago and it was great. This visit we came with our granddaughter and I have to say it was very unpleasant. From the cleanliness to the beds to the charge for parking now to the overall lack of care for the hotel now. We were extremely disappointed. And will never be frequenting this hotel again. Not to mention they charge $4 for a mini little ice cream the size for an infant ! It’s ridiculous.
