This exclusive hotel offers spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable rooms in a serene and tranquil setting, surrounded by greenery—an ideal retreat for relaxation. The staff is highly professional and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant is elegant, serving exquisite food and delicious beverages, all at affordable prices. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh, healthy options. Having stayed at 10 hotels during our visit to Bulgaria, this was by far the most comfortable. We will undoubtedly return.

Beautiful gardens and eating area, staff were very helpful at the desk as we needed transfers to sozopol, room was great everything perfect and the wellness spa massage was wonderful the girls were very professional can’t fault

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through Hotels.com. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.

This was a very nice hotel, modern, clean and a lovely pleasant view. There is a peaceful feeling with natural beauty around. Breakfast was great and would definitely come again.

A friend and I were traveling around Bulgaria and had booked a couple nights at this hotel. There was a wedding taking place at the hotel the first night of our stay. The front desk staff kindly put us in a room on the opposite side of the hotel to assure we weren’t disturbed. The hotel is lovely and the service is excellent. The location of the hotel is in a somewhat sketchy area so when we went to the city center we took a taxi rather than walking the 1/2 hour distance to the town square. Plovdiv is an interesting and very walkable area. The portions of the old town we saw were wonderful! The hotels breakfast buffet is terrific. The food that should be warm actually is! The choices are widely varied.

It is a lovely, new, and well maintained hotel with a friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fast wireless internet access. Breakfast was pretty good too. It is a tad far from the city center, but overall a good value for your money.

I'd say it was an okay experience. The room is a good size and reception staff are friendly, but I had a few problems: 1. There was a big party held in the hotel on the day arrived, and there were loud music going on until very late at night. I could hear the music in my room and was difficult to sleep. 2. Their gym is in the basement and not very inviting. 3. Staff in the restaurant is not very helpful. I've asked a lady if she could heat up my take-away food in a microwave, and she flatly said No. Only if I suggested I could pay for it, she decided to help me.

It was the middle of the afternoon and we were hungry, so we had a late lunch at the hotel, after finding that it's prices were similar to those of restaurants we had eaten at before (hotel dining room prices are usually extortionately expensive). The actual lunch was as good as any other we had had. The walk to town was about a mile, rather longer than my wife was willing to put up with, but we found that buses 93 and 66 provided convenient transport to the city centre, the nearest bus stops to the hotel being at the junction of Maria Luiza and Lev Tolstoy. My wife had an excellent massage and facial in the hotel SPA at very reasonable prices.

The hotel was very nice - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast (included) was fine with lots of choice, although nothing special. All staff spoke good English - some were very friendly, others less so. My biggest complaint was the fact that on both the Sat and Sun night there was a wedding and on both nights there was a disco until 3 in the morning. I've stayed in many places with nightclubs but these are usually pretty well soundproofed - I've never experienced anything like this. On the Sat night in particular the fixtures in the room were literally vibrating with the noise of the bass from the music. And we were on the 4th floor. The Sunday night was not so loud, but still kept me awake until it finished. Complaints to the front desk were just met with a shrug. Although I asked repeatedly, a manager was never available to listen to my complaint. If it wasn't for the disco, my stay would've been fine, but this was a big issue in my opinion.
