I would not recommend this place one bit. It is overpriced and we had nothing but problems from the get-go. Our first room had no heat they wanted to put us in another room and upcharge us $60 every night I was very upset. The second room had a plumbing issue in the kitchen they came to fix it left the pipe off and did not tell us so we had a minor flood in the kitchen. We gave it another benefit of the doubt went for breakfast the next morning in an hour earlier they ran out of food they finally corrected it later. And the last adventure was we went to go swimming a heated pool while we walked in the air conditioner was on the room was about 40° and the pool was equal to the room temperature was not about to swim in that. It was way overpriced I would not recommend this place at all very sad made for a horrible experience especially being in the Princeton area I'm very disappointed and disgusted I didn't bother telling the manager yet but I will I should get compensated something back I would take them off of hotels.com if I were you have a lovely evening never had this experience before very sad

Had a reserved room. At check in they could not find a room for me. As I was in a hurry to keep a dinner appointment I was quite mad. When the clerk called what I believed to be a manager in to help, they communicated in a different language so I did not understand what was exactly going on. Manager left and the clerk kept repeating he was sorry and it wasn't my fault. I knew it wasn't my fault - I had the reservation in my hand! Ten minutes later he had to go back and find the manager and the two of them did the exact same thing! I said I wanted to cancel the room but lo and behold they found me a room. Internet did not work. Never again.

Honestly I do not like to rate places negatively, but I was so disappointed with my stay that I had to say something. Before booking this hotel, I called them directly and specifically asked about the indoor pool. I wanted to know if it was open and if the water was warm. They said yes. I only chose that hotel because of the warm Indoor Pool! And they affirmed that it was all good and heated. When we got there, not only the pool looked dirty, soapy, it was freezing cold! My 4 year old was so excited about going to the pool that he was disappointed and I felt horrible! Though one staff member was really nice and very apologetic, another one was not only rude but he disrespected my wife and I. I will not go into specifics as he apologized and seemed to really regret the way he addressed us, I’ll just leave it at that! Everything else was ok. The room was nice and the kitchen was good. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was good. I will no longer go that place ever again!

I checked in and thought the room was amazing as I inspected the room my refrigerator had hair in it my dresser draw had hair which turn my smile into a frown cleaness is a big thing with me house keeping have to be very aware of everything my refrigerator had a funny smell thank goodness I had my cleaning supplies

Comfortable beds, nice spacious room. The pictures show a hot tub by the pool but that has been filled in. Housekeeping did not come to our room the second day even though we took the do not disturb sign down. Had to request the linens for the pull out couch bed. The front desk staff were very friendly

We liked the suite, with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. The kitchen was good & stocked all the essentials. The shower was okay, although you basically had to get sprayed with cold water before it turned warm, even while standing outside it. However, the sheets didn't seem to fit one of the beds, and we had to ask for more pillows and towels. The minimart at the front desk was almost empty the night we arrived. And the breakfast food just wasn't very good, nor was it replenished quickly on a busy morning.

The first night the air condition did not work. It was very hot in the room, at least 80 F. And there was no room to switch. The hotel provided two fans, which helped a little. The next night we were able to change to a room which A/C worked. Because I ordered through the third party (Hotels.com), I cannot get any discount on the stay. Only thing they can do is to waive my pet fee.

The room was fairly quiet, except for periodic heavy feet from room above. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was fine. The property needs renovation. The carpets and furniture in the common spaces could do with a refresh. Otherwise, it was fine.

First they gave me a room with a broken sofa, then exchanged me to a room in which someone slept there already! Finally, they promised an upgrade but unfortunately no room available even there were available on Expedia. Worst ever experience! Not even mention out of toilet paper, no towel replacement and super bad breakfast.

This hotel is perfectly adequate. The bathroom was odd and could use an upgrade but didn’t have any serious issues. The staff was the best part of my stay, they were as helpful and conscientious as possible.
