The front desk was very friendly and fast. The room was clean.

Room is as described, comfortable and clean. Internet was a bit slow even for normal browsing. Breakfast was nice too. Close to highway 401, all in all it was a pleasant stay.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was holes in the ceiling. Wall paper torn, crumbing ceiling, dusty. The water was turned off for 5-6 hours during the day and nobody notified us. They offered to put us in a new room however I was with a disabled person and moving our stuff without help would’ve been impossible. No one offered to help. They advertise HBO & ESPN plus premium channels on their website. They don’t feature that at all. You get basic cable and have to pay 6.95 PER DAY for internet that can stream video. Staff wasn’t very friendly. I tipped a cleaning lady and I wasn’t thanked. I had to extend my stay a day for various reason and boy I would’ve chosen a different hotel. They do have a nice pool though.

I would stay here again. Staff was awesome, our room was comfortable. The only issue we had was the plumbing in our particular room. The shower faucet handle was loose and it took some work to be able to turn on the shower as well as adjust the temperature. Also, the bathroom sink sounded like it was struggling. It kept randomly shooting out air instead water (that's the best I can describe it). Room 601 for reference.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was conveniently just off the 401 and within walking distance to restaurants. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the staff were responsive and helpful. At breakfast, a staff member gave the kids some fidget toys, which was a nice gesture that helped keep them entertained!

Stayed here for one night. Room was very clean and in great shape. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel was clean and welcoming ,breakfast was included and was very good, location convenient to major highways and pharmacy, restaurants. Room was clean but beds need new matresses so not comfortable for sleeping. Pool was fine. There is a hefty damage charge put on your card at checkin - 250- but was refunded at check out Overall a decent place for families.

Clean property and helpful dining staff made this stay an enjoyable one.

We liked: the proximity to the 401, the pool, breakfast option, convenient parking, it was next to a mall that had Tim Horton’s, a mini mart, close to shopping, and the room was like a mini apartment which included king bed, tv with cable, sofa bed, desk, table & chairs, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We did not like: There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, only a lounging area and snacks available at the front desk, we are elderly and no one offered to help us with our luggage (we stayed there for 2 weeks so we had a lot of luggage), it seemed that every day around 5-7 p.m. the pool was overcrowded with screaming splashing children so we had to avoid using the pool during those times, and the absolute worst thing we did not like was that we were not told if we wanted our room cleaned and bedding changed, we had to advise the front desk exactly what we needed done…i.e. floors vacuumed/washed, bedding changed, kitchen cleaned, toilet scrubbed and bathroom floor and kitchen floor washed, dirty towels replaced etc. The floors including the carpet were so filthy, our bare feet were black so we ended up keeping our shoes on. We believe this hotel can do better, after all, it’s a Hilton and our expectations exceeded what we got and we were very disappointed! We would not recommend this Hilton!

The property was clean. Staff are friendly. The bbq area worked perfect for us.

Rooms were quiet. Didn't use the pool and work out room but they were available. Breakfast was above average. They had beef tacos and waffle maker. Staff were cheerful and plentiful.

Safe and quiet

The receptionist upon our arrival was smug and was not guest friendly. Maybe the color of my skin or that my credit card didnt worked on the first swipe (but it worked upon re-try). She never made any eye contact with me while I was checking in. She placed the room key card on the table for me to pick up instead of handing it while all the time looking down the desk and walked away. I figure she may just really need to go to the toilet. When you have to go - you have to go.

Booked hotel through Expedia because they had a breakfast and a pool (we have two kids). Our youngest who is 3 was excited about going swimming. When we got there, we were informed the pool was closed. On the hotel website, they indicated that the pool was closed but no where in the booking tbrough Expedia did it indicate that the pool was closed. Thanks Expedia - was extremely disappointed. Another recent experience through Expedia has me thinking I will use a different service next time around.

The hotel was just ok, our view from the window was a whole bunch of utility items and garbage. Normally I wouldn’t even mention this but we were on ground level so it looked pretty terrible. The pool was also broken and no discount was given…. We picked this hotel so our kids could swim before our flight. Again normally wouldn’t complain but the pool had been obviously out of service for some time it was drained and blocked off. The lady in the morning was lovely, very kind and pleasant despite it being 4:30am. Overall I won’t book here again for price versus value.

Unfortunately the pool and the elevators were not functioning during our stay.

Had a beautiful suite. It is a nice place to stay.

Especially spacious rooms, clean, and well appointed. The staff, Madyson, checked on us daily to make sure our stay was great. I'd recommend this place to anyone, and plan to here again on my next visit.

Booked this property to get the kids out and take them to use the pool. Upon arrival, the pool was out of service which means i wasted my money and travelled 200km for nothing. I would have booked something else had they properly advertised.

Property was well maintained. The room we were given was much smaller than was advertised and was on the main/ground floor so the road noise was relatively loud.

Nice stay! Very quiet, nice poo. I love that they are pet friendly.
