Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there

My most horrible stay in more than 30 years travel!!! I’m coming regularly in this hotel and they gave me a room on top of the kitchen where air extraction causes noise and vibrations in the bead… my 1st goal when I go in an hotel is to sleep…but when I need to ask 3 times in 2h what is this mess in my room before a reaction… so before 23h15 impossible to sleep and not possible to change room…not acceptable the rent those rooms above kitchen in a 4* hotel…should be transformed in storage place!!! And breakfast under Chinese troops assaults, and too long to reload…I have the feeling the hotel management did not take in account my comments during the night or during checkout…

Wonderful hotel! My room is extremely comfortable. I have been in Italy for two weeks and I had the best night sleep ever. Their pizza is amazing too. Very nice breakfast buffet. Recommend staying here. It’s a 10 to 15 minute ride to the airport.

I booked this hotel stay through Hotels.com on June 5, 2024. The day before my reservation I got an email from hotels.com saying the hotel could not honor the reservation. I tried to call the hotel to confirm this and was told they desk was too busy to help me. This was the start of a nightmare experience. Hotels.com told me they weren't sure but thought the hotel had most likely overbooked itself. After 2.5 hours on the phone they found a very sub par hotel and made it sound like it was more expensive, it was not. I am trying to get compensation from hotels.com. If the hotel can provide any information on this situation I would be greatful.

We arrived early and had to wait til 2pm to check it once a room was available. We went to the room and it was cold. We increased the thermostat temp and waited for the room to warm up. IT DID NOT. Finally after 3 hours we called the front desk. They said they would change at the desk to a higher temp and we waited. It did not get warmer. They sent a person who knew nothing and then then decided that they would give us a couple of additional blankets to sleep with that night. Never mind that the bathroom was cold and we had to take showers before travel the next day. We went down to the front desk and the manager proceeded to tell us that they were over booked by Hotels.com and could do NOTHING to assist us, but refused to refund our money.

We didn’t have a working air conditioner in our room. They sent someone in to take a look and all he could say is yes, sorry the A/c isn’t working. They would not offer me a different room. We were sweating through the night (July summer) and didn’t get a restful sleep at all.

The hotel airport transfers operates on a set schedule and requires a reservation and for us an hour wait. 15+ minute walk to town and food. Found an amazing rake away pizza place in a neighborhood and brought back to hotel. Hotel clean and staff is helpful. Our room AC did not work. It was HOT all night. They tried to fix it. They did not offer any discount due to issue.

Front staff had an attitude. You would ask a question, and they were replied with an attitude. You do not feel welcome Love the place. Not walkable to stores. If you are driving, they have spacious parking space.

My family and I have been staying at the Dolce Hotel for many years prior to it being called Dolce and have been going back every year since the new ownership This is one of our favorite hotels for many reasons. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities you’ll need. It is very close to the Malpensa airport and they offer a shuttle service. The breakfast is one of our cherished meals as it offers so much variety and at the highest quality. This is our special place and I can’t say enough positive feedback regarding the staff members who are detail oriented and helpful always.

This is the first time i left a negative feedback. I book the hotel because my flight was cancelled and they advertised free shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. I booked can called for the free shuttle right after 1300 and they said it should be here in about 10 minutes. It was like a 100 degrees outside with a child and every time the shuttle come it decline us saying he was picking up only crew members. I keep calling and keep in mind that theses are international calls on my cell phone. I called a total of 7 times and we did not make it to the hotel until after 4pm. I book for the morning shuttle and they said since it was at 0600am it’ll be 24 euros but they will put me on it for free due to the inconvenience they caused. The morning came we got downstairs and they said i have to pay cause the other passenger that paid was not going anymore and they shuttle won’t go unless i paid. Too much but very pissed about this.

Airport shuttle was hit or miss. Driver did a drive by and didn’t slow down enough for us to attract his attention. A paper sign in the windshield was all the marking on the van.

Reserved shuttle from airport at 1 am for 24€ and after 20 minutes no one arrived to collect my son and me. Called three times and only answered the 4th call and said that I still had to wait 20 minutes! So I got a taxi and had to pay 26€! I was really upset that nobody called me or texted me to tell me about the delay. Good was the cleanness of the room and cold water in the fridge. Breakfast was really good.

Very poor communication. We contacted the hotel regarding our late arrival weeks before our arrival and requested a shuttle. We were informed about the shuttle service hours but we'll be missing it since we arrive around midnight. In the email, they told me to just call the hotel when we arrive at the airport and they'll arrange for pickup. They gave me a WhatsApp number to call or text and I tested it days before our arrival. I informed the reception via email that tge number doesn't work, but noone got back to me. Last night, our flight was an hour late so I was trying all the numbers the hotel gave me but none worked. It took me almost 2 hours to get a taxi. We arrived at the hotel at almost 3am. The receptionist was apologetic. This hotel is clean and has nice staff but online communication is really bad. I plan for everything so no response regarding a non functioning phone line is unacceptable. Receptionists and breakfast staff are very helpful and nice, though
