Convenient and facilities are good.

They children loved it !! For a 4 star they need to fix the wardrobe very difficult to open it , also the room card keeps on stoped working it was frustrating and one one staff trying to blame me that I have been mixing it with my phone. Other wise other staff was very nice.

I liked the general cleaniliness, hospitable staff, very friendly but the communication about charges for me and my wife's breakfast wasnt clear. I ended up having to spend extra money i was not prepared for. The breakfast charges should be included on the daily price.

Our check in process was good until this morning when we realized we were told incorrect information about breakfast. We were told it was at a restaurant around the corner and even given a paper about it. Restaurants serving breakfast in Paris open at 9. We went down to eat at 10:30 to find that breakfast here is from 6:30 to 9:30 IN the hotel. We missed it and we paid extra for it - $70 USD! The front desk was no help at all and completely unsympathetic to their own errors that caused us loss.

The hotel is amazing clean good value for money my children enjoy the swimming pool and it’s good that we can cook at the hotel. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I had a bad experience as there was no internet during my stay and no proper response from the management.I have been waiting for refund my deposit for week.. they need to be prompt and learn more about customer service !

The room was not prepared for 3 people but for 2. We went down to reception. given sheets that were too big and had to make the sofa bed ourselves. The man at reception was rude to my daughter and told her off for taping her nails on the counter, he did it in a rude manner. The pool and jacuzzi were freezing, the sauna was just warm, not hot. So disappointing as we booked this place specifically for that.

Very clean, spacious. It has everything we needed. Easy access to public transportation. Helpful staff.

There was absolutely no customer service at the hotel until I got in touch with hotel.com that tried to help me, as well I've begged to speak to hotel manager who was on holiday.

The location was the reason we chose the property. The Lobby and Reception areas are welcoming and clean. Check in was done in a fast way. Our air condition unit was not working and we were given a bigger unit in no time upon arrival. The units were clean and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable and linens were good quality. Bathrobes and towels are plush and good quality, as well as toiletries. Kitchenette equipment was in very good condition. A small dishwasher made things easier. The room lightning is very good. Parking garage is on site offering many spaces. Indoor swimming pool available with a few guests enjoying themselves. The only problem we had was that we asked to reserve a taxi for early morning the next day and the reception forgot. We had a very early medical appointment to go to and this created a timing problem. We recommend this property and would stay here in the future when visiting the area.

We have stayed here for many years since it opened and found it perfect for the family being able to prepare simple meals for the children. Unfortunately the building is in a poor state of repair. Our last two visits have found the steam room closed and it appears this is permanent. The jacuzzi was also closed during our most recent visit. The grouting on the walls and floor in the apartment was broken And floor tiles cracked leaving sharp bits under foot. The silicone was peeling and mouldy in the bathroom and there was a terrible and constant smell of sewerage through the drains. This is all very unfortunate as it was a favourite of ours but based on our latest experience, we shan’t be returning.

Great location next to the train station, grocery (Carrefour), restaurants, &movie theatre. The pool looked nice, though we didn’t have time to use it- they provide robes & slippers to use going to the pool. We can’t speak on breakfast available either (was €12pp).The room layout was awkward while large. The toilet was configured for SHORT people. I am 5’4” and my husband 5’6”... we had to sit sideways because our legs and feet wouldn’t fit. Our room was also next to a mechanical area so we had the background/white noise of generator & air handling sounds. The Kitchenette w fridge, was nice to have, kettle & microwave. We didn’t use the cooktop. We used mugs, wine glass & plates & dishwasher.The construction of the room had ‘gaps’. Like a gap where the vent & air handling were in the ceiling, for example, & there was quite a buildup of gray fuzz & dust in the gap (writing this 3 weeks out ). Our room cleaning was fine the first 2 nights but they never gave 3 towels & we had our daughter, so we always had to ask for extra. The 3rd night of our stay I asked for the extra towel on the way up to the room in the evening, but found that our bathroom only had a single bath towel (a rolled up dirty one) so I had to go back down & ask for 2 more towels. The front desk gentleman was angry at me and asked me to explain why I wanted even more towels. So I explained and he grumbled off to get the towels. He did kind of apologize for the oversight when he returned with the towels.

Nice clean apartment style hotel rooms. Breakfast better than most. and a small swimming pool + sauna make for a good package. Price a little too high, but that's Paris i suppose.

Room wasn’t ready on time. Service was minimal. Had to ask for even basics to be delivered/serviced. WiFi was weak. Day staff was friendly. Night staf not so much.

The room nice and clean and convenient cause it close the store and restaurants

I though is was ok til they are trying to bill me for my stay saying that I have not paid.. I have a reciept for 1316 euros that I had paid with mt credit card. This is a very poor way of doing business.

This hotel is well located near the RER B station and there are many nice restaurants and a grocery store close at hand. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly however, the water infrastructure is poor and the showers facility leave much to be desired.

Good for business trip. close to restaurants & train station.

Stayed here for the Ryder Cup. Good size room and great bed. Good bars & restaurants within 5 minute walk. A bit of confusion at check-in but resolved quickly.
