Van Cleef hôtel in Bruges is one and only. I was with my wife and my mother , they have extremely taken care of my mom in all sides, her stay her breakfast her time. It to forget about the rooms they were breathtaking with the design and most importantly hygiene . Their terrace is wow best in whole Bruges enjoy their house champagne. We will sure be back.

A hidden gem! Perfect Brugge Boutique hotel. Everything is top notch--the atmosphere, location, service, etc. It's quite unique--only 17 rooms, and open ONLY to hotel guests . . . Great patio by the canal, truly a magical experience. Thanks Benjamin and Arnoud!

A world class 5* boutique hotel, easily an attraction worth visiting on its own. The space is elegantly designed with top notch furniture and finishings, super comfy beds and zillion details. Our stay at the Hotel Van Cleef was an absolute delight. From the attentive staff, the wonderful breakfasts and easy walk to central Bruges made it a great place to stay. Very safe and quiet, one also needs to sit in the area next to the canal to enjoy a meal or an adult beverage. We’ll be back!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with unique and decoration all around, cozy and the personalized attention was wonderful. The view on the canal for having drinks, coffee, or reading a book was amazing. It was a wonderful location - close walk to everything we wanted to see in Brugge. The breakfast was excellent - very fresh fruit, delicious pastry and bread options and we loved the coffee made to order. The bathroom was modern and beautiful as well. the only issue we had, which was of our own making, was that we did not review the laundry prices before sending out, and it was much much more than we had anticipated. We would have not used that service had we known, but again - it was an outside service and it was our mistake not to inquire as to cost.

We loved our stay at Hotel Van Cleef. The hotel staff were outstanding -- super helpful and inviting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property itself is awesome. The space is very well-decorated with several spaces to sit back, relax and hang out. We honestly wish we had more time to enjoy the space! Our favorite part of the property is the terrace overlooking the canals, where you can enjoy a coffee, tea or cocktail most hours of the day. We'll definitely find our way back to this amazing hotel. Highly recommend it for others as well.

This hotel truly beat our expectations, the staff were wonderful and met out every need - when we visit Bruges again we will certainly be staying here every time. The breakfast was delicious and as it’s a smaller hotel, it always felt very relaxed. This was a lovely stay. I recommend the place. Tips for the staff/management: • do not explain what egg benedicts are - that came across a bit patronizing - instead provide clients in restaurant with the same menu you have printed outside the restaurant. It is more valuable to have that information when we are at our tables before we order. • consider style vs efficiency. The silver set used to serve coffee is gorgeous, but the coffee gets cold really quickly, defeating the purpose. Either serve individual cups, or consider a temperature efficient coffee pot. • check supplies in the room, we had a wooping 1 tissue in the tissue box. None of the above are a reason to avoid Van Cleef, quite the contrary, expect requests to be welcomed by the staff and quickly resolved. They are a very helpful, welcoming bunch :-)

Each room in this boutique hotel has been thoughtfully curated and is both beautiful and comfortable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff is very welcoming and take great pains to make sure you are comfortable in every way. The breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed eating outside with the canal view two of our mornings there. We really enjoyed our stay here!
