Very comfortable and clean

It started out awful. The hotel stated they did not have the room type I reserved at the property. Alec worked with us and found a suitable solution. Our room was clean and met our needs. Great facility, awesome views. Plenty to do nearby.

We were in town to consummate a home purchase. What a lovely resort and the entire staff were great!

Location is everything for this hotel! Views are stunning and is 100% walkable. We parked the truck and did not drive all weekend. We walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, sunset cruise, and the movies! Definitely recommend Huckabee Coffee and a sunset cruise with DFW Boat Cruises. All the main areas of the hotel are stunning. The elevators were always dirty and stunk. The workout room smelled better than the elevators! The rooms were okay but in our room there were horrible wallpaper seams that were peeling, mismatched art and furniture pulls and the bathrooms were by far the worst part. Shower was dirty and you couldn’t even get in the shower without opening the main door all the way to get in, then shutting it to open the shower door. The shower doors were extremely hard to open and the grout lines were brown and dirty. Also gave a four star for eco friendliness as there were no refillable water stations, only plastic water bottles. Rookie move on our part to assume that the paid or valet parking were the only options. There is free parking adjacent to the hotel so save that money! Overall, great location and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property.. staff very welcoming and accommodating

The overall experience was disappointing for a Hilton hotel. After going to dinner nearby, we placed some leftovers in the room refrigerator for a light lunch the next day; only to find it - and drinks we had stocked - all frozen solid and ruined. We ordered room service for breakfast the next day. After it was delivered, we discovered it had come with no silverware. Ran down to the front desk, got silverware; and came back to the room to find that the wrong breakfast had been delivered. Went to call room service, but the room phone wasn’t working. Went back to the front desk to report the problem with breakfast. The girl at the front desk said she’d take care of it and left to go into a back room. She did not return. Went back to my room; waiting for someone to come by. An hour later, I gave up and went to Chic fil A. The coffee maker did not work. Went downstairs and paid for Starbucks. No creamer. Asked the barista for creamer. She hands me a quart of Great Value half and half that had expired a week ago. Any one of these experiences in isolation would have been shrugged off - but the end to end experience shows a lack of attention to detail and customer service that I expect from Hilton.

Charging for parking at this hotel is ridiculous

no access to the lake pool filter made terrible noise all weekend Pool was closed for 24 hrs during 108 degree temperature

Every thing was great. From check in to breakfast to needing more towels to checking out! Saturday night they played a movie by the pool which was amazing with the kids. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect staycation

I enjoyed my stay.

Went for a girls trip. The location is key. You can walk to everything. The pool was pretty cloudy and had vonitung in it from the day before. The staff was okay. Front desk I was NOT a fan at check or out. I coukdnt get anyone on the phone fron the front desk. The pool bar staff were AMAZING!

Everything was clean, staff was attentive, hotel is modern and has excellent amenities

Paying for parking considering the hotel room are already expensive.

Beautiful place (and view). Perhaps the best staff we’ve encountered anywhere (shout out to Wyliam, Teres and all the restaurant employees and supervisors). REALLY enjoyed our stay.

Amazing pool that was actually cooled in the 100 degree days we were there. Bar staff by the pool was very nice hard working. Alot of restaurants and nightlife next door in the harbor. Only complaint was i bought a bottle of beer and a vodka and cranberry that came out to 21 dollars. There pina coloda frozen drinks in a tiny cup were 15 dollars. I realized that a little too late. However it is a great resort that was more than i had hoped for.

Great stay, only opportunity was the eggs benedict I did not care for the sauce it did not taste right. everything else was awesome

For a last minute stay it was perfect. It was a family 1 night get away we loved it. Only issue was toilet wasn't working properly but other than that it was a great room and hotel.

We had an amazing room with a spectacular view of the lake. The terraced Rooms give best view of the sunsets. We enjoyed the harbor area for dining and drinks and walked to the docks for a lake cruise. Very Nice. Pool was great too.

Beautiful setting for a business trip! First night was a little concerned with the kids running up and down the hall but eventually they went to bed. The hotel was clean and the gym met my needs. Loved the cafe for morning coffee. Staff friendly and attentive.

Employees and bartender was rude needs major improvements on their customers service
