I only got 5 hours of sleep after a very stressful trip because the cleaning staff banged on my door at 9am and woke me from a dead sleep. After that my anxiety was too high to fall asleep again, but they made sure to bang on the door again around 10 am. So much for paying for a nice place to rest on the last night of my trip.

I always like staying at a Fairfield hotel because their beds are so comfortable. We rolled in later in the evening after a long day of driving, check in was quick and the room was great. The only issue was that we ended up with a bathroom set up for people with disabilities. It was a roll in shower that was open to the toilet. The shower chair wouldn’t stay up because the grab bars were in the way, so you had to stay in the corner and the shower curtain kept sticking to me, yuck! Then when you were done showering the whole floor was a wet mess. A curved shower bar would have been more helpful.

Our room was clean, modern, and relatively spacious. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great. And, the breakfast provided more available options than any we experienced in an 8 week road trip. This hotel provided the best value of any during our trip.

The room was awful. There was beard hair left in the towels in the bathroom and one of the queen beds had green crusted snot or poo left in the sheets. When we confronted the front desk and housekeeping about the lack of cleanliness, they said they wouldn’t refund our stay and the maid said “only one bed was previously used and that was the bed she changed sheets on”… meaning she did NOT clean the room in its entirety. The manager was supposed to call me back and discuss the matter and they never did.

The bed was pretty bad. It sunk in the middle. The outlets on the lamp didn’t work so all by of the electronics had to be plugged in in the bathroom or pull out a chair and plugged in behind.

We love having our granddaughter’s Birthday parties at your motel. We were disappointed that the main pool was empty and one of the slides broken. The motel room was not as clean as in the past. The lobby bathroom was disgusting. The help are always kind and helpful. Breakfast good as always.

That staff at this hotel is excellent. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Our only complaint is the pool/water park. There needs to be more seating and some of the equipment needs painting & repair. One of the smaller pools was closed so that was disappointing.

The check-in was quick and the desk clerk was very friendly.. I chose this hotel because of the included water park on the description of amenities included in your stay.. but the fact of the matter was that half of the pool was closed off and empty and the hot tub did not work and it appeared that there was no water circulation in the pool.. so that was a bummer.. as far as the room.. the lamp on the desk had non-working plugs for your computer.. so you had to move the furniture and crawl behind it to find a plug.. so you either got a desk lamp or a plug for your computer.. the clock between the beds was very outdated because none of the USB ports worked.. the bathroom and the shower were clean and the room had moderate water pressure but it was acceptable.. as for breakfast that was included.. it was acceptable.. my score or this visit is 3.75 out of five stars.. would I stay in this hotel again? Yes I would

The pool is a free for all and the stuff that we’re watch the slides where on their phones the whole time. Also the pool was freezing and one of the pools were broken. The breakfast was good!!
