Very clean, lots of towels, nice room.

Nice accommodations

I requested 2 queen beds and got 1 king. There weren’t enough toiletries in the room. I was charged twice at checkout and now have to wait a week to get a refund.

The only issue I had with the hotel was the bathroom. Mostly the shower and tub, but also the toilet. The shower head was difficult to adjust and had yellowing plastic. The tub rim was super high off the ground and difficult to step up into and I am 6 feet tall and it was very difficult to get into for my 5 foot tall wife. We each thought we were going to slip and fall every time we got in or out. The shower curtain let water go all over the floor even though I was trying not to let that happen. The toilet seat was misaligned with toilet rim and it slipped around when sitting on it. Also, the door to the room and all of the non automatic exterior doors of the property didn’t quite line up with the door latches and made opening and shutting all doors very difficult and very loud. Everything else about the room and stay were great. Every employee was super courteous and helpful. Just some issues with the property that need to be brought up since I paid almost 700 for a two night stay. I have no problem paying for quality. But paying that much and getting the physical quality of the property that we got doesn’t sit right with me. I am not the type to whine or leave negative reviews for places I go, but I was very dissatisfied with the bathroom and the exterior doors.

Room was musty. I have a larger TV in my garage at home. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am had to evacuate hotel for a half hour until we got the all clear from the fire department.

The 1 bedroom jacuzzi suite was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 grandchildren

The front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. The doors to the room were heavy and sticking. Stores are close by 20 minutes from the beaches.

The room had been heavily smoked in - no accomodations were offered.
