Great service, comfortable bed and pillows, very nice clean bathroom. There is a super fun pool for kids. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been here several times…Highly Recommended!

The room and food was good. Only problem was that the very early morning scheduled airport shuttle canceled due to break down. The options they offered were'nt really options. None would get us to the airport at the time we prescheduled with them. Why didn't they precall the taxi/partner van instead of waiting until we were standing there?

Hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk called the room not long after checkin to make sure everything was okay . There was a nice family restaurant right across the parking lot. Breakfast had about anything you wanted….pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage(regular and turkey), biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, and assortment of breads and drinks!

The hotel was clean. The pool was great for our 11year old. The hot tub could be hotter but certainly was still relaxing! The sauna was very nice! Not an amenity that most hotels have. Lastly, the breakfast service staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend, and will most likely be staying again.

So the first room I was placed in weird ol I'm odor upon entering room. Opon going further inside I noticed a bug crawling on floor. So I switched to room next door......same odor from previous room instead of crawling bugs. There was flying ones flying new room. Whomever was above room you could hear stomping, banging all night. I do not see myself going here ever again

Stayed with grandkids who totally loved the water park area! I was impressed with how the staff kept up on keeping towels stocked for the participants. The breakfast was incredible! Room was very clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay again when on the same route of travel

Pretty nice place. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough but if you’re on a family trip, the water slide is a hit. My one and only complaint actually was in regards to the buffet. The food actually was quite good and contained more options than one usually finds in these types of hotels. But while we had those multi-use toiletries in our room, the dishes in the dining room were all single use and the styrofoam. Since this is a company doing business for example in CA, I would expect they can at least have paper products or even recyclable/compostable dishes for their breakfast buffet.

The front desk was amazing at check in! It was very busy with the pool area right in front of the check in desk. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. My only 2 complaints was that staff didn't enforce the rules of the pools, hot tub, or sauna. Probably the reason the hot tub didn't work and was just luke warm water, none of the jets would come on and the sauna was on its last leg. Couldn't really try to enjoy the sauna between it barely working and kids consistantly opening the door. Staff would just watch and walk past, and even when others told the staff about children cannonballing unto the nonworking hot tub they did nothing. :(

It was very clean and quiet in the room. The breakfast was great and staff really kept up on all the items. The only thing that could improve is the the person who checked us in although effective could have been more upbeat and talkative. The other thing that was a small irritant was the very slow elevators which had nothing to do with the business of the hotel. Just slow at all times. I definitely would stay again though. Lew

Rooms need updating. Bed are too soft. Pillows are lumpy. Chair in room was extremely uncomfortable. Electric in bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair at the desk. Room was clean but the decor just looks dirty.

it was a great stay had there not been babies and small kids with parents & some without in the hot tub & sauna room. the lazy river & kid area water was Ice cold so no one wanted to go into those areas. the pool was packed cause of how many families with kids where there. also they don't give enough towels & washclothes in the bathroom for showers . also they had all full size bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion but it didn't feel like dove to me & my dtr who use dove daily. it felt more like dial

Our room was very clean. Hotel overall was in great shape. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunate pool incident with a child defecating. Closed down the pool for our stay. We chose the hotel for hot tub and pool. Unable to use it. Asked for some compensation on the bill. Was told because we booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed.

The staff was great, Mike stands out he is very approachable and polite. This is a great place to bring the family and it was sold out when we stayed. The automatic pancake maker was a hit with us. Breakfast was ok. The cinnamon rolls are great. No omelets (i was looking forward to those. The serve the same powred eggs that many hotels serve. The coffee was unremarkable. The juices were tasty. A few cons. The bottom of the pool in the kids area was not visible. The water slide has bolts sticking out on the inside of the slide my kids got hurt on those but nothing serious. The hot tub is just warm. I wish it had been hot. Over all it was a good value. There are plenty of beaches, restaurants, and sights to see in the historic town of North West. We enjoyed the ice cream shop in town.

Some trouble with check-in It appears the key card machine was not operating properly 1. The clerk ran 3 or 4 cards through the machine before giving me one for room 304 2. When I went to room 304, the key card didn’t work 3. After returning to the check-in desk, I did get a key card that worked 4. I was in my room about a half hour, and I could hear someone trying to get in the room. When I went to the door, there was another guest trying to get in with the key cards he was issued. He showed me that he was given room 304 also??? I assume he also had to go back to the desk to be assigned another room, as I heard nothing else about the issue

The genius in placing a hot tub next to an entire splash pad set up for children is next level. Everything was wonderful; and I am very picky as to where we stay. The reviews on this place speak for itself. It’s AMAZING! Chose to stay here a little ways away from our Splash Lagoon trip as a last minute change in our hotel itinerary and am SO glad we did!!!

When we first got into the room there was hair in the shower stuck to the wall as well as dried marinara sauce stuck to the carpet next to the tv. Every 20mins all night long you could hear people coming in and out of the rooms . Didn’t sleep . The morning breakfast was amazing tho.
