The staff were very friendly and helped us with our bags and the breakfast was good. There was mold in the shower area, and the surrounding area was not great. The parking area did not feel very secure, and when trying to drive out, there was some construction workers who left their cables hanging down over the entrance to the parking area and we had to pass through the cables. The air conditioning couldn’t seem to get the room cool enough at night but otherwise it was fine.

- Very poor parking - few places and difficult access - corridors of floors to access rooms with evidence of dirt - on the second day of stay, they only left a bath towel in the room. - At breakfast, I noticed that a gentleman would replace the cutlery by putting it with his hands, without the use of a napkin or glove, or that the cutlery was wrapped in a napkin to avoid contact of hands directly into the cutlery.

We had an fantastic stay. The family owned hotel has great service, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great with a big variety of food. Our room was spacious and practical. Good wifi. And car park.

Travelling from Argentina to Cascavel Plaza Hotel ,what was our first stop in Brasil. Arriving in the Hotel we felt very welcomed and the front desk people very helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was outsandingwith a big variety of food. We planned only to stay for two days but ended to stay four days.It is in walking distance from the shops.Good wifi and parking facilities.
