I had a great experience at the Spark by Hilton, Exton, PA and cannot thank the staff enough! Trust me, I’ve had to stay at another Spark by Hilton location and they are not at all the same. During this stay, my sister and I arrived late but before we came, we called to make sure we would still be able to check in and were told by Zack that we could so we decided to go ahead and drive to the hotel. When we arrived, we were told that there were no more rooms available even though we had already paid and called prior to coming to the property. Zack did his absolute best to check the system to really make sure no rooms were available, he even called multiple times for assistance, being that he is newer in the front desk role. After double and triple checking, unfortunately we were not able to check in due to the hotel being booked. Zack however, offered us the complimentary tea they had in the lobby which helped us so much being that we’d had a very long day, explained the situation in great detail, and was just a very friendly and genuine guy. Being that we would have to come back the next day to check in, which was just about 10 hours since it was around midnight, Zack made sure to make sure we had a free night, upgraded room, additional Hilton Honors points, and he even came outside to give us some coupons for some local eateries. He also ensured us that he would speak to his manager about the situation and we could clearly tell that he did since my additional points and free

Clean, efficient, modern, quiet straight forward hotel. Breakfast was a disappointment. Just muffins and bagels (w jelly, butter, PB and cream cheese) and OJ. Coffee bar in the lobby open 24/7. Stayed over en route to a climbing competition. My teen obviously needed better fuel than that.

Chose this hotel as we were having work done on our house. Stayed for a work week. Chose it based on other reviews and location. So glad we did. The hotel has spacious clean and newly refurbished rooms. Lots of pillows, storage space, comfortable beds. Appreciated the wet bar facility. Front desk staff friendly and the lobby is bright, spacious and clean. Yes the breakfast could have been better, but we are not big breakfast eaters, plus, that would increase the price. There are places nearby to pick up a hot breakfast if you really want it.

The staff were friendly however night front desk was only on working so she could not leave to bring us anything. They didn’t have an elevator certificate with new company name so it could not be used!!!! They booked us on 4 th floor.

I had an excellent experience at Spark! My room was amazing, it was very clean and comfortable. All amenities were very new and up to date! The staff was also very welcoming and helpful, we were able to arrange a last minute late checkout very easily.

Overall, my mom and I had a good experience and would recommend Spark by Hilton Exton. We were surrounded by a lovely fragrance upon walking in. The coffee / tea bar was well stocked and the cookies and dog treats by the entrance were an unexpected surprise. The beds, pillows and sheets were unbelievably soft and felt clean. The facilities, including the gym, were in overall great condition. However, there were a few oddities that struck out at us. First, the wall thermostat in our room didn't control the heating / cooling unit. The temperature needed to be adjust at the unit itself and I wasn't made aware of this detail. Second, the front desk staff weren't very warm or welcoming. The cleaning and kitchen crew had warm smiles to offer us but, not so from the front desk team. We didn't receive a genuine smile throughout our entire stay though we walked in and out of the hotel multiple times providing plenty of opportunity. Third, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty in our bathroom. When we asked for it to be changed, we got conditioner and body lotion. All of these details wouldn't stop us from coming back but they are enough to prevent us from providing that final star. Despite these minute experiences, I still recommend Spark by Hilton Exton.

This property is very dirty. The bathroom was dirty especially the tub. The elevator didn’t work so I had to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor every time I went out. I would never stay here again.

We had to move rooms because the first one we were assigned was still dirty. The condition of the hotel was so-so. Thr breakfast was a bit disappointing---there were only pastries and coffee, and they were out of juice.

In the room you could hear all the street noises. The elevators was not working. The breakfast was just bagels and muffins. Good room but very bad experience. Not recommended and will never stay there again.

This hotel was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s newly refurbished, immaculately clean, and well staffed. It is very easy to get to and in a very nice, safe area.

The elevator was broken had to walk up steps to get to the room. Which was difficult for me. When checking out my granddaughter picked up something from the area i guess you have to pay for things and the front desk came running out like my grandddaughter was a criminal saying those items need to be paid for i told tjem to charhe the room which they should of just done without the confrontation.
