Very decent hotel in this low season period, its location opposite the beach without having to cross a road can only increase its rating. Cleanliness, impeccable service at the reception. Not much to criticize.

The employees at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and the pool area was nice.

Shower didn’t work for my 3 days stay. Plumber came to look But you could tell this was new fittings in the bathroom

Property is excellent located on the beach. Great spa and bar. Live music everyday. Reception was friendly and helpful. Staff in the Dining area spoke no English and if you have any dietary requirements or intolerance or religious beliefs you have hard time. No labels to food items. The guy was making omelettes/ vegetable and ham for everyone with same utensils. You cannot even communicate as he didn’t speak English. Ladies in the dining area were helpful and got plain rice in case there were no vegetarian options. Overall enjoyed I wish hotel looks into that and we will book the hotel again!

Hôtel très bien placé, en front de mer. Parking gratuit devant. Chambres bien décorées et confortables. Personnel gentil. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir très convenables. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec spa. Je recommande.

Un accueil sympathique avec une hotesse souriante qui nous annonce que nous sommes surclassés,avec vue sur mer,que le bar de la chambre nous était offert et l'hotel faisait 20% sur les massages.Repas du soir et petits déjeuners tres bien. Super séjour. Merci au Montecarlo,nous reviendrons

Court séjour mais très bon séjour. Personnes à l'accueil très accueillantes et toujours prêtes à vous renseigner. C'est juste dommage que la piscine ne soit pas en accès libre mais que sur réservation.

Nous sommes déçu dans l’ensemble du rapport qualité prix de l’hôtel. La chambre beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations et en plus nous faire payer le coffre alors que dans l’offre de la réservation il était compris, salle de bains pas pratique, une poubelle minuscule pour l’ensemble de la chambre , le buffet était décevant, peu de choix . Nous partons très souvent en Espagne à l’hôtel ce qui nous permet de comparer avec d’autres, nous ne reviendrons plus à l’hotel Montecarlo

Séjour d’une nuit en couple, en demi pension dans ce superbe hôtel au bord de là promenade Personnel disponible et à l’écoute Grand espaces, Belle chambre avec vue sur mer et terrasse Mer agitée qui occasionne du bruit dans la chambre et qui peut perturber le sommeil Beau buffet varié et a volonté en repas du soir ainsi qu’au petit déjeuner Ce mois de Mars, place de parking devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, l’été ? On y retournera sans hésiter

Hôtel confortable avec tous les services possibles. Spa appréciable (les consignes Covid nécessitent néanmoins de réserver un créneau le plus tôt possible) avec sauna ou hammam, piscines d'eau salée et jacuzi. Restaurant qui propose une (trop?) grande variété de plats, à un prix raisonnable (18,50€ pour le dîner). Personnel parlant très bien le Français et réception disponible H24. Le séjour en vaut le prix!

Very basic hotel in everything. Weak english skills at reception was surprising. Also our tiny problem turned into a bigger one because of bad service attitude from the front desk. Spa...points for the steam room. People not using the showers between saunas and pool/ jacuzzi is sad, on the other hand the showers by the jacuzzi did not work properly. Also if you are given 1 hour at the spa, it would be useful to have at least one clock on the wall somewhere. Food I suppose is the best part in this hotel, plenty of choices at the buffet.

tres decu , j arrive avec ma copine dans la chambre et on nous mets 2 lits 1 place alors que j avais envoyé un message 3 jours avant mon arrivée pour leur avertir que je voulais 1 lit 2 places , resultat on dort a 1 metres l un de l autre , pour un sejour romantique c est louper !! vraiment a fuire , on s en fout du confort ou de l avis di client , c est l arrivée d argent qui compte avant tout !!

Hôtel bien situé, face à la mer, il suffit de longer la côte en se baladant pour se rendre en centre ville, spa agreable, petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Accueil sympa, nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet hôtel.
