Though we clearly listed 1 adult, 3 children on the reservation and received a rate based on those numbers, the hotel charged an additional fee for 3rd child. Desk attendant said fees were based on 2 adults, 2 children. This makes no sense at all.

The Roosevelt inn is an amazing and comfortable place to stay. Close to all, with a quiet in the main part environment. Our room had a separation from the bedroom quarters which is very nice. I would love to have a living area with a sofa, tv and place to make a snack which this inn offers. The bedroom is separated from the gathering room: for 2 guests. It is very comfortable, and accommodating. We will always come here when we plan to visit.

Staff was helpful, kind and accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious, very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Very quiet during the evening. Good decent breakfast of eggs, yogourt, waffles, fruit, bagels etc. Good coffee. Well priced, location is good.

This property does not look like the photos. It has been let go. They stuck us in what i can only describe as a building that looked like a broken down old dirty motel. Tennis courts overgrown. Pool closed. For sale sign on property. 1 star hotel. The bedding was stained with bodiliy fluids and blood. A deck of the room was broken floor boards and covered wirh algae.We immediately left upon checking in and requested a refund. They made us pay one night. We slept in the car that night and headed elsewhere after. Not a $300 a night place.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is worth driving another 15 minutes to Albany area. This is the dirtiest room I have EVER seen. There literally was garbage in the corner and the bathroom floor was filthy. I do not think it had been washed in weeks.

The room smelled of cigars and cigarettes. I'm a non-smoker and the smell was very noticeable even over the strong smell of a cleaning product. You cannot cover it up, it just makes it worse. The bed was comfortable enough but the sheet and towels smelled of cigars too. This is an old motel which is fine but far from perfect...

The property is very poorly maintained. Needs lots work unlike he website that says outdoor pool, tennis courts, jacquzzi, well pool outdoor was closed has been for over 7 yrs I was told tennis courts haven’t been used in at least that long. The jacuzzi was out of service. As for the room smells musty and Smokey and the rooms say no smoking. Dresser in room was warped and draws were always opening in there own. Found ants and spiders in bathroom and bees nest outside the room in light fixture. We told management about it and nothing done. Also found out the property went up for sale for 7 million last month so I don’t expect them to do anything to repair anything. Also around the grounds empty beer cans and bottles around. Not worth the $300 a night. When I went to check out at 545am the doors were locked to the office so I just left . I will never stay here again

Chosen due to proximity to Saratoga Lake. Very old inn, but room was a large suite and clean. Funny smell. Hallway carpet had wrinkles and stains. One entry door stayed unlocked while the other stayed locked and room key did not unlock. Were not able to experience the included breakfast due to our early days. (Breakfast starts at 7) Pool was closed.

There was no soap or coffee when we arrived. They never came to clean the room while we were out. We had to ask for towels and coffee again. They were not very pleasant with all computers down. The 888 number I called the man was rude and hung up on me. I will not recommend or ever stay here again

We stayed here last year & loved it. We were in room 109 & we were pretty sure there’s a dead mouse in the light fixture & it really grossed us out so we left a day early but other than that its a nice ish place & the location can’t be beat if you’re going to a concert at sPAC
