Perfect stay. Hotell was clean, comfortable, breakfast was well stocked and great servicd. I would stay here again.

Room smelled like cigarettes
Whirlpool and shower were not cleaned properly and there was something sticky all over the dressers.

We were NOT allowed to check in. The computer was down and wven though we had already paid theu hotels.com the clerk couldnt process the $150.00 deposit on the computer and refused to give us a key. We left and drive another 30 minutes at 10:30pm to find another hotel

Hotel was excellent, once you fixed the tv. Neighbor kids were noisy but it wasn't too late so it worked out okay.

Greeting and check in was good. Room clean, roomy and comfy. Breakfast was awesome and Vandi kept are clean and stocked, she was also very nice!

This hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The mattress wasn’t hard, as they are in many hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk and cleaning service was exceptional. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. Good stay at a nice price. I would stay again.

Service desk not friendly or helpful at check in. Give us the keys to the room but did not mention anything else. We had to look for the room. Stopped by the front desk later that evening to ask where the ice maker was, the lady said it's by the elevators. I did not know where the elevators located, so I had to ask for the directions to the elevators, she was not happy that I bothered her.

It took us an hour to check in due to a mistake made by Expedia. That was a huge hassle! Then we couldn’t get it warm in the room and it was really loud from road noise. Turns out the window was opened about 2 inches. We couldn’t get it closed. It took two of us to hold it closed and lock it. Overall experience wasn’t bad. But I’m still upset about taking forever to check in

Staff is always amazing and kind. Very clean. Great breakfast. It’s close to a WalMart and Dollar General if you need last minute trip supplies on the fly.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, Room was recently renovated, fresh and clean. The jet tub being located in the sitting area was a bit of a surprise at first, but it was actually a really nice relaxing stay. Great location for visiting Four Winds Casino and the Dunes

Clean for hotel age / didn’t like $150.00 required deposit

Clean rooms and comfortable stay. Hot tub and sauna not working. Also not declared when making reservations about the $150 hold on CC in case of damages. That should be told to customers up front. I know it will credited back to the card but I think it’s crazy!
