Andy and Bernie are the perfect hosts who have so much knowledge about the local area. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable and Bernie’s breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. We will definitely be back

The hotel was clean and tidy, the room had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming to us and helpful with what we needed. We couldn’t ask for a more friendly service.

The couple that run the hotel where lovely and made you feel at home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Drinks where reasonably priced. Definitely would stay again.

Was welcomed by Andy and Bernie. Both are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was clean and comfortable. A great location close to everything you need. Will be returning and highly recommended. The kids didn’t want to leave.

What a lovely stay we had the hotel was amazing what a lovely couple run the bnb food was just delicious friendly atmosphere room was spotless and bed was so soft had best nights sleep either couple who run was so friendly and chatty will deffo be rebooking again lots to do and was worth the visit

First time staying at the Rock Dene and it certainly will not be our last. What an amazing couple who run it. It was like a home from home. We would rate it 10 stars if we could. We have found our little home when we are away now. Thank you andrew and berni for an amazing time. We will see you soon xx

We stayed for 1 night, 2 adults & 3 children. Andy & Bernadette were lovely hosts from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully clean and was well stocked with teas coffees & soaps etc.
The breakfast was exceptional....with a huge variety to choice from. After a long day at the pleasure beach Andy was happy to serve us at the very well stocked bar with a variety of gin :) until we were finished.
I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitley be returning!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was small but clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. They also have a really well stocked bar which is perfect for the evenings. Had a lovely stay and no complaints at all.

Came to this hotel because because I did the memory walk on the front and it was ideal for that breakfast was fab room could have been a bit bigger and bed was only a 3/4 not a double .

We were meeting friends in Blackpool so were looking for somewhere reasonably price to stay. We couldn't have picked a better place. Everything was so clean and the staff made you feel at home, they were such a lovely couple. They went out their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone.

They also are knowledgeable in all of the events and places to go, even have deals to some of them . The place is lovely, very clean and new, nicely decorated felt very upscale, and breakfast wast great. And if you just want to relax after a long day they have a private bar! And the price can't be beat! Definitely going to stay here again and recommend to all of my friends!

The owner had reserved a car parking space for us for when we arrived. This was a good thing as parking in the are was very limited.
Andy and Bernadette couldn't do enough for you. They are brilliant hosts. When we arrived Andy asked what we had planned, they had been given tickets to the 80s festivel on the sea front. When we said we didn't have anything planned tha evening, Andy gave us 4 tickets. It was a brilliant evening.
The room we stayed in was small but fit for purpose. They are clean and smell lovely. The only downside was there was no blackout blinds on the window.so when the sun rose at 4/5am so did I.
We can not wait to come back again. Would highly recommend.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole hotel is incredibly clean, the family who run the hotel are as friendly and as helpful as can be. We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary and couldnt have asked for a more comfortable stay. Any and Bernie were incredibly informative and helpful and their breakfast was spot on.

Extremely clean family run hotel. Nothing is to much trouble for Andy and Bernie their local knowledge was really helpful saving us money for mamma Mia. Thank you for making us feel welcome and will certainly be returning again
