It was about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town, so it was relatively convenient. If you want to go to the ocean, it takes more than 25 minutes. The apartment was quiet, the bed and the shower were clean. I felt it was a good place to take a break peacefully after playing around all day. It was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, so I had no complaints about the facilities. If I had to comment on one thing, the Wi-Fi was a little slow and difficult to use. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

A 5-10 minutes walk from the Riva and Split city center, If you have a car, be aware that parking is scarce, but it was not a problem during my 3 days stay. Host was very sympathic and apartment has all the commodities you need. Loved it!!

Very helpful landlord who gave us a great explanation of Split with a map. The area is urban with a little graffiti but quite safe and there was an excellent friendly little supermarket a short walk away with superb bread. A short walk from the tourist centre. Highly recommended.

Great location, short walk from old town. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice, clean apartment. Rain head in the shower wasn't working properly, this was the only minor issue, otherwise everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful spacious Apartment. Everything you need even Washing machine. Great AC. Close in location. Great host downstairs. Be sure Uber takes you right to door, one-way streets can make it tricky for cars. Don’t be put off by graffiti in area, it’s everywhere in Split including good neighborhoods like this one. I’d love to stay here again!

The stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the historic part of Split. Street parking was available and free near the property. The host was very helpful and the apartment was fully equipped. The only draw back was the lack of an elevator making it a bit inconvenient to bring luggage to the apartment.

Nice location away from the hustle of the Old Town/Diocletian Palace, but an easy 10 minute walk. We had an apartment with a porch overlooking the nun's residence across the street. Apartment is clean, but decor could be updated. Full kitchen. Apartment had washing machine, but we did not use it.Josip is a wonderful host; it was a pleasure to deal with him and get to know him.A good value. Highly recommend.

Extremely clean apt with everything provided, even a washing machine. Excellent location for a pleasant walk to the palace area. Mr. Peric gave us a warm welcome and provided a helpful summary about things to do and places to eat in Split. We were there during a heat wave. Air conditioner in the apartment was very good. Sheets on the bed were so smooth and comfortable.

We were made very welcome by the owner, and given a coffee until we could leave our luggage, we had arrived early! The location was great, near enough to the centre of town, without being too expensive. It was quiet, and had everything we needed.

This was an apartment so I felt like I lived in Split, if only for a week. Our host could not have been better. His daughter was equally great.He left you alone and did not snoop around the apartment but when you needed him, he was right there. He even drove us to the beach. I miss my adopted city of Split.Apartment was well equipped and roomy.

When in Split I stay in this apartment in the heart of Split. Joseph is a great guy and now I consider him a friend. (who else would give me the last cucumber from his refrigerator when I ran out of salad ingredients and the store was closed!) The apartment is well appointed, tranquil, peaceful, and a wonderful place to relax, or cook a meal. It is walking distance from pier and old town.

These apartments are very clean and complete for a short or long term stay. About a 15 minute downhill walk to the old town and the promenade. Good location at a reasonable price. Friendly hosts, English speaking, airport transportation can be provided at less than taxi or Uber prices. Just be aware that there are no elevators,

Split should be on your must see list for Croatia. Communication in English is easy with Josip. Cash only. This is an appartment with a full kitchen. Parking is tough this close to Old Town but they have it figured out for you and you won't need to use your car after you check in.

Very friendly and helpful owner. He made us feel welcome from the start. We took his advice and he was on the mark. The location is superb. We would walk down the hill into the Old City and then come back for a rest before heading downtown again. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable, the wi-fi was great too. The furnishings were standard which was the only reason I did not firewall my rating all the way to the right.
